• SAILI (10/5): Made our Trip end beautifully in Hanoi because the stay was so comfortable and cosy. We was so relax and carefree. 100% - It is really cute loaded with all equipment’s clean and most important it’s cosy and stylish. The host Mike was really helpful and friendly.. He was just a call and text away for any help needed. Thank you Mike for hosting us in your city. We will definitely come back again with our friends and stay in French house ❤️ Stay here was really outstanding Nothing everything was perfect

• McLaren (8/5): Excellent location and host. Overall good accomodation. - Mike was extremely responsive and hospitable. Offering suggestions for food, entertainment etc and always quick to respond either any questions. The only note was there was a smell that came through from the back alleyway that was quite strong. However we got used to it after a day or two.

• Thor (9/5): - Convenient location and incredible value. The apartment is newly renovated, and there is a nice kitchen (although we didn't use it). The host Mike was very helpful and he checked in frequently with us to see that everything was good. Highly recommend The water pump up by one of the beds was very loud during the nights

• Julia (10/5): Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen :) - Die Unterkunft ist sehr großzügig und sauber. Außerdem ist sie in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Mike ist ein toller Host und steht jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Vor Ort kann man außerdem Bus Transfers und Touren zu einem super Preis buchen, wie sonst nirgends in der Stadt. Zu Fuß ist man auch wirklich schnell in old town und wenn man nicht laufen möchte, kostet das taxi maximal 50k. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :)
• Nicole (7/5): Good place to stay - The host Mike was really responsive and helped out a lot. The place was clean and fairly comfortable. It was further from the Old quarter than we realised and the outside light and water pump came on and off all night.

Comme je pense tous les logements à Hanoi, le manque d’isolation phonique, même si étant excentré du centre-ville, on réussit à être au calme quelques heures

• Quang (10/5): - I have visited Hanoi 2 times a year since 2009 & lived in many apartments but this one is the best, very clean, kitchen modern with all the equipment I need, very comfortable bed, big TV, very good & quiet location, the owner & reception are really helpful, can't find the bad point here. I highly recommend & hope every time I come back to Hanoi I could stay here!

• Siqi (4/5): not trustworthy - Nice location but no view Not very comfortable, and not trustworthy. The management of this hotel is very poorly managed. We arrived at 9:00 PM, but there was no one at the front desk. It took 20 minutes of calls and messages before someone finally responded, telling us where to get the key. The room itself looked fine at first, but the shower makes an unbearably loud noise as soon as you turn on the tap. Then, construction noise started at 8:00 AM, which was extremely disruptive. The most frustrating part was that after confirming I needed to extend my stay for one more night, and being told it was OK, they suddenly informed me there was no room available. This is extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy, and it completely ruined my travel plans.

• Carla (8/5): Very good - Everything was really clean and the place is really nice and comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small but okey. At night, a box that is on the upper part started sounding like water was entering into it. It was a loud noise at midnight and it lasted for half an hour, when we were trying to sleep.
• Maebelyn (10/5): An excellent place and has staf that has excellent interpersonal behavior. - Almost everything since we stayed for quiet some time therefore we were able to somehow assess the totality of what this place offers-convenient, safe, clean, and outstanding staff service and courtesy. Excellent! There was just a mess with the laundry as some white clothes were stained but i know it was just by accident and hoping the service will be better for the next occupants.

• Stehnová (8/5): Nice comfy stay in Hanoi - The location was fine, beds comfy, owner reachable when we had an issue, so all fine :) I would recommend to stay here. The kitchen was just perfect. there was a noisy box next to one of our bed (but luckily the owner helped to shut it down pretty quickly) :)
• Adrianna (10/5): You are in good hands - We absolutely loved how convenient it is to come back to and from the apartment. It is also conveniently located in the old quarter within a fair walking distance from various shops, sights,street food cafes and even night markets. A very quiet street which is great for a peaceful night sleep. Comfy and clean bed and room, bathroom is a little small but it has everything you need. Mike was also super helpful with all queries and requests, rest assured you are in good hands with the French house.

• Zi (9/5): Worth the money, suitable for family stay. - Good location, friendly host and staff, has every basic essential, good value for money. Might be due to renovation, there was a scent of smell in the property especially on the first day, however it quick reduced from day 2 of stay. Washing machine was not included, but there was laundry service available at a cost at the reception located next door.
