• Christoph (5/5): Aufenthalt war okay. Allerdings hat der Host nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung und nach Kontaktieren dirch Booking.com nie e - Gute Lage, um das Vienna Centre zu erreichen. Möbel z. T. verwohnt, aber akzeptabel. Keine Mikrowelle.

Вся постільна білизна така, що неймовірно бʼється током, за свій багаторічний досвід подорожування і життя я ніколи не бачила, щоб білизна була настільки балась током, що страшно до ліжка підійти. У душову кабіну було гидко зайти, вирішили не купатись взагалі. Але найгірше - ми зняли житло на одну ніч і зазначили, що нам потрібно дитяче ліжко. Орендодавці одразу підтвердили, що воно буде. Через два дні ми заїхали, ліжка немає, на що о 9 вечора нам орендодавці повідомли, що вони помилились і ліжка не буде. Ми всю ніч з однорічною дитиною не спали.

• Jessica (9/5): - The apartment is large, beautiful and comfortable for our family of four. Lovely balcony, large kitchen and living space, and nice and clean. Close walk to grocery, tram and could walk to old town if you like. Definitely recommend. The shower head requires a hook, and the sofa bed has a bit of a dent/dip, but not too big an issue for us.

• marco (2/5): Evitatate questo appartamento! - La posizione Cucina sporchissima, piatto doccia sporco, frigo sporco con avanzi, divano letto sfondato da un lato, asciugamani piccoli, nessun telo doccia. Ma la cosa peggiore: la luce della cucina/soggiorno guasta, impossibile da cambiare. Nessuna risposta dal proprietario e nemmeno Booking è riuscito a rintracciarlo. Abbiamo dovuto cenare al buio per tre sere. Il contrattempo ci sta, ma non essere proprio presi in considerazione da chi dovrebbe darti un supporto non è accettabile. Comportamento vergognoso dell'host che si disinteressa dell'ospite. Booking dovrebbe prendere provvedimenti.
• Viraj (7/5): Great Potential, but Comfort Needs Improvement - The apartment has good potential, and the location was convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant place and we enjoyed our stay in general. The beds were not very comfortable, which affected our sleep, and the lighting could be improved. These issues impacted the overall comfort of the stay.

При заезде были: постель, полотенца, гель для душа, туалетная бумага с запасом, кофе машина, посуда. Апартаменты отапливались, в прихожей теплый пол. Посторонних запахов не было. Приятно удивил собственный балкон с качелью. Я бы сказала, что очень большая изюминка. Утром выходишь пить кофе на свой балкончик, ну сказка 😌 К сожалению, одна половина двух спального дивана продавлена. И если бы на ней спало 2-е людей, кому-то было бы, некомфортно. Нет микроволновки.

One of the beds was sunken thus impossible to sleep. I was only one night but I communicated and receive a fast response so for further guests probably was fixed.

• Nicolas (4/5): Great location, but the stay was affected by non-working Wi-Fi and a strong damp/mouldy smell in the sleeping area. - Good location and easy to get around Vienna. The apartment itself is nice and spacious, and check-in communication was fine. Overall it could be a great place for a short stay if everything is working properly. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work during our stay. We arrived around 9pm and informed the staff right away; they said it would be fixed the next day, but we were only staying one night and leaving very early, so there was no practical solution for us. Also, the main issue was a strong damp/mouldy smell (almost like something rotten), especially around the bed area, which made it uncomfortable for both my partner and me. Because of these issues, the host offered a partial refund. Even with the refund, it’s important to mention the experience for future guests.

• Coca Daniela (6/5): Nu recomand. - Nu pot sa zic ca mi-a placut ceva. Sa zicem ca pentru Viena prețul si locatia au fost ok avand in vedere ca am mers cu mașina. Exista locuri de parcare suficiente in zona insa contra cost si destul de piperate,proprietatea deține si un garaj contra cost 20 euro/zi pe care noi am ales sa nu-l folosim. Apartamentul ,desi la prima vedere arata bine,este foarte murdar. Am gasit lenjeriile de pat folosite,pline de par,sifonate. Prosoapele desi erau curate, aveau urme de uzura excesiva..aproape tocite. In apartament a fost facuta o curatenie foarte superficiala. Pernele miroaseau foarte urat si unele chiar erau umede la baza. Am dormit cu prosoape puse peste perne pentru a nu ne atinge de ele. Paturile nu sunt foarte confortabile. In dulap exista o perna extra insa avea pete foarte vizibile pe ea si foarte imbacsita de praf/mizerie/folosiri repetate.

• Geanina (10/5): Am reveni oricând aici și recomandăm altora - Am beneficiat de liniștea și de confortul de care aveam nevoie în vacanță. Zona liniștită, aproape de mijloace de transport, de marketuri și de restaurante. Intrarea în clădire este elegantă și bine organizată pentru situații de urgență. Apartamentul călduros, amenajat practic, cu strictul necesar șederii. Paturile și pernele comode, perfecte pentru odihnă. Ne-a plăcut totul. Am înțeles imperfecțiunile ca fiind urme ale unor foști chiriași (cabina de duș parțial funcțională, scaunele scrise cu marker sau ușor imobile, parchetul scris).
• Martin (6/5): - The space is satisfactory although the double bed is hard. First, don’t look for Crystal Apartments via an address. The building is actually Waldmullergasse Apartments. The inner courtyard view and balcony are underwhelming; the washing machine could be handy but there is no dryer or facility to hang clothes; as a backpacker note - it is nowhere near Vienna main train station. You will need to catch a suburban train, then walk; I was provided with three different wifi passcodes - none of which worked.

• Sergiy (6/5): Overall, these are good apartments, but the host should work on addressing the shortcomings - "A quiet and peaceful place. The apartment is spacious, with enough room for four people. There is a balcony, although without a view. The entrance hall is beautiful. There is a coffee machine. There are several shops within walking distance. When you rent an apartment instead of a hotel, you expect basic things to be provided — coffee, tea, oil, sugar, sponges for dishes, trash bags — but none of this was there. There was no large pot for cooking or baking tray for the oven, which was very inconvenient when staying with a whole family. The lighting throughout the apartment was very dim and unpleasant. The furniture and beds were quite old. The handles on the front door and balcony were broken. There was very little shower gel, so we had to buy more ourselves — the host clearly doesn’t take care of basic things. The advertised Wi-Fi didn’t work! We contacted the host, but the issue was never resolved.

So we tried to call the host and he didn't pick up the phone or did not answer the messages in booking. And we required baby cot and there was no way in the apartment
