• Vera (10/5): Ubicación y equipo genial! - La ubicación y lo amable y dispuesto que es el equipo! Son súper majos y están muy atentos!!!! le hacía falta un par de mejoras en baño y en algunas otras partes que estaba roto, pero nada serio ni grave ni que te moleste la estancia

• Christine und Rainer (9/5): Schönes geräumiges Appartement, zentral, ruhig - Das recht geräumige Appartement hat 2 Ebenen, unten Küche mit Wohnzimmer, oben 2 Schlafzimmer und Bad mit Toilette und Dusche. Es gibt einen kleinen Hof/Terrasse mit grünen Pflanzen und einem überdachten Sitzplatz. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und doch ruhig gelegen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geschäfte, Cafes, Restaurants etc sind fussläufig zu erreichen, so dass wir das Auto stehen lassen konnten, nachdem wir ca. 50m entfernt einen Parkplatz ergattert hatten. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten, es gab Tee, Kaffee, Toilettenartikel, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Es gab genügend Stauraum. Alles war tippitoppi sauber und ordentlich. Der Gastgeber bzw die Organisation war immer zu erreichen und reagierte unverzüglich auf unsere Fragen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder! Das Bad mit der Toilette hat keine Lüftung
• Gábor (8/5): Great location in Triana, comfy bed - Great location, comfy king-sized bed, dishwasher. Nice inner patio area. Toiletries provided. Upon arrival we received a wrong code and were not able to enter right away, however it was resolved quickly via WhatsApp. There are some moldy spots on the ceiling and the apartment smells a bit musky as a result. We were only provided with 2 dishwasher tablets for 4 nights.
• WILMA (10/5): Ideal location for a stay in Seville - Perfect location for sightseeing. The area is interesting and lively with good choice of bars and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to the river and the Mercado indoor food market. The short walk across the Puente Isabell II Triana bridge which leads in the direction of the main historic sights and shopping streets also adds the daily pleasure of views of the river in two directions. • Neil (10/5): A wonderful quality place to stay. - A very comfortable and modern apartment with excellent facilities in a great location. The only concern is the usual Spanish bureaucracy of getting in. Using a lockbox is far easier than opening by electronic codes that often mal function.

• Marina (9/5): - Muy limpio , camas cómodas, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, ubicación perfecta y personal que responde muy rápido. Al ser un bajo encontramos por la noche un par de cucarachas que probablemente vendrían de la calle

(10/5): Precioso piso en un barrio auténtico sevillano! - La ubicación, el barrio de Triana es muy bonito y está cerca del Río Guadalquivir con mucha oferta gastronómica y a unos 20min andando de la giralda y el real alcazar. Los anfitriones dieron instrucciones precisas de la entrada y fueron atentos. El patio se puede aprovechar para una cenita al aire libre. Solo puedo decir que había un escape room al lado, sin saberlo al principio escuchábamos gritos y después nos dimos cuenta el porqué. Eso sí hasta las 10 u 11 de la noche, no interfirió en el descanso.

Walking distance to bus station and all of the attractions. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. We cooked our breakfast each morning and there was nothing that we lacked to do so. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Great shower as well Loved the courtyard. Great communication with the host who also left me a beautiful welcome message on my phone. Great stay in Triana No WC downstairs, didn’t worry us but if you have mobility problems it could be an issue. You don’t get the access code until after the apartment is cleaned and ready to be occupied. This is a bit of a pain for travellers who do not have phone or wifi. We managed to navigate this but I don’t like leaving a destination without having these details sorted out before we leave. Having said that, the positives definitely outweigh the negatives

Mario, the owner, kept in regular touch with us during our 8 night stay.the apartment was in a perfect location, close to all the attractions . The area was surrounded by plenty of shops and bars. Just a short walk across St Jorge Castle bridge, is the Monument area Tirana and Seville centre is a beautiful place to just wander around. Nothing negative to say,

The location was unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk to the city center and surrounded by great bars. The space was immaculately clean, with a cozy bed and a fully equipped kitchen that made my trip so much easier. The host was super kind and quick to respond to all my questions. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Seville.
