- Emanuela (9/5): Beautiful stylish apartment in Alicante! - Perfect location (15 minutes walk to the beach and city centre - we never used public transport, just walking everywhere, in 5 minutes you can also take the bus to go to the airport, very convenient), quiet area but close to everything, beautiful room, all new, the little lovely swimming pool, the owner helped us immediately when we requested help. Coffe machine with coffee and buiscuits. You could cook (we didn't) but there is a fridge, microwave, kitchenette unit. Tall ceilings with woden parts. Automatic check in, possiblity to leave the luggage the day of the departure. All perfect :) Very minimal disruption, being picky you could hear other guests outside the room or people in the street, but as I said everything was very quiet! So not a problem!

- Neil (7/5): Enjoyed stay but could be improved - The location was good, an easy 25 min level walk to the sea front restaurants and bars. Close also to the C6 airport bus stop. So there was noise from above our apartment, tilled floors which echoed, there did not seem to be much sound insulation between the floors or from the stairwell outside. Sounds echoed and the metal front door banged loudly as some guests arrived back in the small hours. Our balcony was also very small 1 table and chair or 2 chairs just no table. There was a washing machine located on the balcony? The bathroom was tastefully decorated but could have benefited with a heated towel rail to dry towels after use, not being a hotel items like towels and bed linen of course were not changed during our stay.

- peter (9/5): - The room was on the 1st floor with a small balcony on each window. The room had been renovated to a good modern standard, bathroom had a large walking shower , the kitchen was modern and had all amenities needed if you wished to cook at home, small splash pool to yhe rear but didn't use as weather was a bit chilly, would defo use again if visiting Alicante. Ther wasn't a lot of info on Alicante, maps places to go trips ect.

Communication was very good re arrival / departure and the hosts were very quick to respond to any queries. The doors to the rooms were very heavy and sometimes hard to open.

- Jessica (8/5): Estancia muy cómoda - La cama es amplia y muy comoda, la decoración es maravillosa y acogedora, todo muy limpio y se ve que esta bastante cuidado cada rincón. La tele es grande y la cocina tiene todo lo esencial para unos dias. La atención de la chica fue amable y cercana en todo momento. Es un placer alojarse en lugares asi. La ducha no tragaba bien el agua. Lo demas todo bien!

- OLIVIA (8/5): Séjour trés agréable, appartement très bien situé et confortable. - L'appartement est très sympathique, propre et efficace. Il est très bien situé au niveau d'Alicante, et au calme. Nous avons appréciés la qualité de la literie, son confort, ainsi que la petite piscine extérieure. Les hôtes sont disponibles, le check-in a était très pratique avec la machine à l'entrée. On recommande. Peut-être un petit four dans la cuisine.

- Pamela (10/5): Wonderful - We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I have honestly never slept this well in my life. The building was very quiet, and thanks to the external roller shutters, the darkness at night was absolutely perfect for sleeping. The apartment is very well equipped and located close to the city center, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The bathtub was a great addition and gave us the opportunity to fully relax and recover after many days of walking. We also really appreciated the heating, which made the stay very comfortable. The apartment was clean and the equipment was excellent. The only minor difficulty was the somewhat complicated check-in process, but this was easily resolved thanks to great phone and SMS support. Overall, we highly recommend this place.

- Marcus (9/5): Allt bra men krånglig incheckning om man inte kan Spanska - Allt var bra. Perfekt för 2 personer (utan barn). Välutrustat kök, eluttag på båda sidor om sängen (vilket annars är irriterande). Läget var bra, för vårt behov, lite långt från stranden om man är ute efter det. Jag rekommenderar lägenheten och kommer tillbaka vid nästa besök om lägenheten är ledig då. Vid lncheckningen finns det en maskin som inte går att ändra språk på. Vi kan inte Spanska så vi satt fast en halvtimme. Jag ringde telefonnumret jag fått i appen men den som svarade kunde inte Engelska. Hade inte en annan gäst hjälpt oss så vet jag inte hur vi skulle löst det. Onödigt mycket krångel, maskinen kräver att man ska skriva in allt, namn, fullständig adress, skanna pass etc. Allt detta har man redan uppgett vid boknings tillfället så detta var frustrerande. Se till att ha en översättare av något slag annars blir ni fast i trappuppgången hur länge som helst.

- Slava (8/5): - Absolut alles, bis auf Kleinigkeiten Letzten 2 Nächte der nervige Nachbar der hat viel Krach gemacht, zum Glück hat nicht lange gedauert.
- Marijana (10/5): - Boravili smo u ovom predivnom, modernom smeštaju u novembru, isključivo u obilasku grada i zato nam je lokacija odgovarala.Savršeno čist, savremeno opremljen svim što je potrebno za boravak.Odavno nismo imali tako lep ugođaj u nekom smeštaju kao ovde. Najiskrenije preporučujem svima koji ne dolaze na letovanje, jer je od plaže udaljen oko kilometar. Čekiranje za ulazak je prilično zahtevan i komplikovan.

L’hôte a été réactif quand nous en avions besoin. L’espace extérieur est bien emménagé et propre. Tout était parfait. Si nous devions rajouter quelque chose, nous évoquerions que la lumière du « sortie de secours » était trop lumineuse. Nous avions dû mettre un drap par dessus pour atténuer la lumière. L’appartement serait parfait si il y avait une machine à laver.

No kettle - ridiculous using a saucepan to boil water for tea ; a coffee maker should be in addition to a kettle 2 tv - impossible to work ; one remote for two rooms ; gave up trying to work it out as I don’t speak Spanish : some instructions would be helpful ; 3. Frosted glass in the shower ; to be showering in full view of the living room is not ideal; yes you can clearly see into the shower from the living room; 4 for the cost of staying a week I would expect change of towels and sheets; two bath towels and two hand towels not sufficient for 6 nights 5 the shower water leaked into kitchen as lovely modern look not practical; water not draining ; amazing this is no where on other reviews ; had to mop the floor after a shower 6 we met no one from the apartments for the whole week 7 one key ; one; which also is for the electricity; I had to keep checking if I had it when we were going out ; two keys for two people should be a minimum.
- Dawn (10/5): Exceptional - Just perfect. I thought at first it was too far away from the beach and central parts of town but after wandering around we ewalised it was best suited for us . And so close to the tram stop. Could have had ice cube trays and a dishwasher . . Microwave was a little high for me ... I'm only 5 feet .
- Smith (8/5): A very nice place to stay. - Lovely, modern apartment. We had a really nice stay. The pool area was a bonus as it was better than it looked in the advertisement. Everything was kept nice and clean and there was plenty of space. Would have benefitted from a table and chairs and somewhere more comfortable to relax. The sofa was small and had a broken leg which concerned us about using it. The terrace needs a sunshade, we were unable to use it in the late morning, early afternoon as it was just too hot.

It also felt very private and was mainly v quiet. A couple of small daft things. A lack of desert spoons, no decent ironing board (one of those useless mini ones) & the huge bath was great but took ages to fill

- Viktor (9/5): Superb - We are very happy with the choice of the apartment. The owners used the advantages of the building to the maximum! High ceilings, exposed stonework, classic staircase... I liked the smart reception. Quiet place. Within walking distance of the embankment, shopping centre...Nearby is a magnificent panoramic view of the city from Castell de Sant Ferran.. The staff is very responsive and friendly. We will recommend it to our friends! the vacation ended quickly(

- Nic (9/5): High spec place in the centre of Alicante - Incredibly high spec. Property appointed to a high standard. My only complaint would be the lack of natural light. The only window looked out onto the swimming pool terrace. But seeing as I was only using the apartment as a stopover from my flight from Colombia. Before continuing on to Newcastle. It wasn’t a big deal. Especially as I got in from meeting friends at 1am and left at 8am.

- Leia (10/5): The perfect holiday for my partner and I - Just returned from the most incredible stay in Alicante! The apartment was huge and beautifully decorated, we felt right at home the second we walked through the door. Not once did we hear any noise from other apartments, and the apartment was perfectly situated, a 15 min walk through beautiful streets littered with cafes to reach the beach. We managed to get alone time in the pool every single day, and it was incredible to soak after long walks in the August sun! We also had a huge balcony with furniture which I made use of every single morning and evening as it was a sun trap most of the day. The host was also perfect, responses were fast and we were even granted early check in, late check out and free lockers to use on the day of our departure. We will 100% be returning before the end of this year, thank you for an incredible stay! 😊 Nothing at all!

Very good location, very close to the Court Inglés. Not enough toilet paper and coffee supplies. But I texted the host and she brought us more toilet paper rolls. We bought the coffee pads.
- Urša (10/5): Exceptional - Big apartment in historic building. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is nice and has a great shower. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Nice pool in the yard. The location is great as it’s near the center but in the quiet area. The beach is 15 minutes away and the city center 5 minutes away.
- Nicki (10/5): A brilliant place to stay - faultless - Superb apartment we stayed in number 12 with a balcony facing the pool. The two beers in the fridge were very well received as our flight was delayed. Beautiful spacious well equipped rooms with tasteful decor and well maintained. To have a pool in the centre of Alicante was pure heaven. Hope to return one day soon as we loved every minute of our stay. Nothing we couldn’t fault it
