• Majdi (3/5): Il posto ottimo,tutto il resto da dimenticare! - La posizione è ottima,a pochi passi ci sono le fermate per i pullman che ti portano in tutte le direzioni della città, quindi molto comodo. Si trovano in vicinanza anche Lidl e un paio di ristoranti. La cucina è nuova e attrezzata. Da tenere presente che le foto sul sito sono degli appartamenti misti,quindi quello capitato a noi era immagino il più piccolo e il più brutto che hanno a disposizione. La camera da letto è senza finestre ,il letto è corto ed è un letto gonfiabile, quindi molto scomodo. In bagno la doccia è datata e si apre con grande difficoltà (bambini senza l'auto non ci riuscivano). Eravamo in 4 e solo all'arrivo e dopo aver richiesto dove sono altri 2 letti ci è stato detto che sono letti gonfiabili e di farlo da soli. Hanno occupato tutto il soggiorno per non parlare della comodità. Non si può affittare un appartamento a oltre 200eur a notte e poi offrire cose del genere. In più muri sono sottilissimi ,di notte si sentiva ogni passo delle persone accanto e sopra. Da aggiungere che il riscaldamento si è spento da solo ogni giorno e anche di notte, la mattina toccava riavviare la caldaia per farlo funzionare. Non si può affittare e guadagnare in questo modo. In conclusione non ci tornerei e non lo consiglio.

• Elma (8/5): Die Unterkunft bietet für den Preis den man zahlt mehr alls genug. - Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht. Der Eingangsbereich mit der direkten Treppe war mit dem Kinderwagen schwierig.
• Gültekin (2/5): Mit den Problemen allein gelassen - Die Heizung und WLAN Die Dusche Das Klo (man hat immer gedacht das das Wasser nicht schafft ES wegzuspülen) Das Schlafsofa ist kein Schlafsofa. Sonder ein Sofa nur zum Sitzen. Es ist eine Wohnung für max. 4 Personen Die Luftmatratze die es gibt verliert Luft. Die Zweite Luftmatratze konnte nicht aufgepumpt werden da nicht elektrisch und keine Pumpe da war. Die 3 Luftmatratze hat auch über der Nacht viel luft verloren. Das eine Bett war falsch zusammen gebaut gewesen. Deswegen sind die streben verbogen gewesen und die Matratze lag schief im Bettkasten. Also haben wir dann das Bettgestell auseinander gebaut und haben die Matratze auf den Boden gelegt. Nicht Normal!!!!!!! Das schlimmste: Die Außentür konnte micht abgeschloßen werden. Die Schlüssel hat beim verschlißen gehackt. Erst nach 4 Tagen habe ich ein Ersatztschüssel bekommen (durch Zufall) wo ich dann abschliessen konnte. ( An der Aussentür waren beschädigungen zu sehen wo welche schon mal versucht haben es aufzuhebeln). Habe andauernd mit dem Vermieter schreiben müssen. Entspannter Städtetripp ist anders. Am Ende wollten die mir von 1100 euro nur 75 euro Entschädigung bezahlen. Für 4 beschi...... Tage. Habe abgelehnt
• Tina (3/5): Very poor and dishonest. - We where told sofa bed left air beds with heavily pregnant girl, wrong address given on page it’s 119, no heating 1st night and no reply till 3pm next day, shower is awful no power at all and takes a while to heat. AI photos used to advertise accommodation not as described. Mould in bedroom and since home no reply to complaint. Have been told by taxi driver not a safe area though I never experienced anything to confirm this. Wouldn’t waste your money

• Stephanie (8/5): Perfect stay, nice easy booking. - It was walking distance to all local amenities and has a 24 hour garage opposite (great for any last minute or forgotten bits) It’s really close to the Motorpoint arena (we were attending a concert here) Nice compact apartment with all anything you would need for short or long stays. The windows weren’t sealed the best so despite being closed you can hear the road below. The gated parking space was a fair distance away from the apartment but was a manageable walk.

The main light didn't work at all, and one of the windows didn't shut properly. The handle on the window was extremely stiff and I had fears of breaking it. When I turned the TV on and went onto YouTube, there was no connection even though the WiFi was connected

Nice shower and comfortable bed, it was very hot so the fan was welcome Because of the layout the bedroom didn't have a door and therefore the morning light streamed through the blinds. There was a building site opposite - not your fault - but they started crashing about from 7am

Laminate floor damaged . Radiator and skirting boards filthy , carpets not clean or hoovered very well , sofa stained . Walls and overall maintenance really poor with marks on wall , kitchen doors that don’t shut , sticky tape in the fridge . Bathroom dated , black marks on tiles in places and disgusting hair in the plug. Duvet stained . I felt uncomfortable throughout the whole stay and we left early the next day . Complained via email as soon as I checked in and sent photos the next day at their request . Telephoned when back home and spoke to a man who said he would chase it . Still haven’t heard anything which will be 2 weeks tomorrow . Great reviews but for us it was a big mistake and I would definitely not recommend. I paid £148 for 1night with early check in. If I could leave more photos I would but restricted to 4

We are in a cost of living crisis and have refused to refund original booking fee which now I will get back from the bank under my visa guarantee

• Caron (1/5): Didn’t get to stay as property double booked and left us in a real predicament. - We didn’t get to stay here as the room was double booked. We walked in with the door code to find someone else’s belongings in the room. This wasn’t good as for a start that is really bad security - had we been that way inclined we could have taken anything from that room. Also as there were no other available rooms we were in Nottingham for an event at 8 o’clock with nowhere to stay and were just fobbed back off to Booking.com who offered us something 27km away.

We stayed during an unseasonably warm weekend in Nottingham and the flat was really a little warm as there is no Aircon and windows don’t open very far as it was on the fifth floor. All completely understandable, but meant that it was a little warm in the room.

• Koen (7/5): Good - Decent apartment. I didn't use any equipment. Just slept in the bed for one night and used the shower. No issues with the bed or the shower. The number of messages that were sent out with information about check in, check out and the use of hot water was over the top. The stay itself was pleasant.
• David (9/5): Great value apartment - Very well equipped apartment near centre of Nottingham. Proper lounge and kitchen area. Everything fairly modern. Door fob entry system a bit fiddly and only one fob, fine for a single traveller but less convenient if you were traveling as a couple.
