Το δωμάτιο που είχαμε κλείσει ήταν για 2 άτομα και έγραφε 1 bed και προφανως θεωρησαμε οτι ηταν 1 διπλο κρεβάτι, αλλά οταν φτάσαμε διαπιστώσαμε ότι ήταν 2 μόνα κρεβάτια ενωμένα... τουλάχιστον τα στρώματα ήταν πολυ ανετα..

Umeblowanie troszkę średnio nowoczesne, ale jak na fakt że byliśmy tam tylko w nocy to dla nas nie był to problem. Fajnie że codziennie sprzątane w pokoju. Bardzo sympatyczna Pani:) lokalizacja też fajna. Stosunkowo blisko do plaży Chyba głównie umeblowanie ale tak jak mówiłam nie było to nic co by sprawiło że nie wrócę w to miejsce

Camera a fost mare cu toate utilitatile iar locatia excelenta. Recomand oricui atat pentru sederi scurte cat si pentru sederi mai lungi. -
• Chloe (10/5): Gorgeous - The staff were so lovely, during our stay they were amazing ! we got locked out of our apartment, but in 10-15 minutes Mrs Netkaria was there and unlocked it for us! When we arrived she was so pleasant, gave us the local bus and local mini market and shops. We asked if a late checkout was available due to a 11pm flight home, they were able to accommodate this no problem. Thank you so much for letting us explore chania and being so kind and flexible. The facilities were lovely and clean

Didn’t sleep well though. - Close to amazing beach, restaurants and coffee shops nearby,staff was nice and welcomed us politely, cold water in the fridge and biscuits and jams left on the table. Room was cleaned every day and we had clean sheets and towels every day. Mattress was very hard, we didn’t sleep very well . It was nearly like sleeping on the floor.

• Marta (9/5): - Simple accommodations in a convenient location for going to the beach, catching a bus to Chania, and a market and a good bakery neat by for snacks. The place was very clean. Good communication after booking with check-in instructions. The lady looking after the rooms on-site was wonderful and very helpful.
• Sami (9/5): Perfect for a beach holiday - I liked that the place had more than enough room for the both of us. And we liked that there were many restorants near by. And also the best part was that the nearest beach was only 10 minute walk away :) Only issue was the small TV and no free breakfast.

• Alexandra (9/5): Super Unterkunft, schönes Ambiente - Kleines schnuckeliges Apartment: Die Wohnung war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt, Mitte der Woche werden auch die Handtücher getauscht. Terrasse ist schön groß und Klimaanlage funktioniert super. An sich alles da was man braucht (Duschgel/Seife/Spülmittel vorhanden). Der Golden Beach ist direkt die Straße runter (auch freies Parken direkt dort möglich): seichtes Wasser und schöner Sandstrand. Nach Chania selbst würden wir empfehlen eher mit Auto zu fahren, da der Weg doch etwas weiter ist und die Anteile am Strand teils nicht beleuchtet sind. Wir haben aber jedes Mal recht schnell einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden. Es hätte etwas mehr Besteck geben können -vor allem scharfe Messer. Denkt an Kaffeefilter für die Kaffeemaschine, die waren bei uns nicht vorhanden.
• reviewer1978 (3/5): Peggio di così, forse solo nelle peggiori favelas del mondo - Residence completamente bocciato, non merita neanche le 2 stelle e voi di Booking dovreste rimuovere tali strutture dalla vs pregevole offerta, in quanto è del tutto squalificante, oltre che deludente, affidarsi ad una multinazionale come Booking e ritrovarsi in una condizione lungamente al di sotto di ogni soglia immaginabile. Non ci è piaciuto nulla, se non la ristrutturazione che hanno appena terminato all'esterno della struttura, che però poco incide e migliora la vivibiltà delle stanze, anzi rende il confronto esterni/interni ancora peggiore. Gli arredi interni, probabilmente erano degli anni 80, come anche i condizionatori: all'interno dello split, i filtri avevano 2 dita di polvere, quindi non erano mai stati igienizzati e trattati con i prodotti dedicati ad intervalli costanti. L'aria nella camera puzzava pesantemente, soprattutto perchè in 7 giorni di soggiorno non sono MAI state eseguite le pulizie dei pavimenti, oltre che hanno cambiato gli asciugamani dopo 3 gg, ma non le lenzuola.
• Louisa (6/5): Je ne recommande pas cet établissement malheureusement - Le personnel d’hygiène était prévenant et efficace. C’est la seule personne à qui nous avons eu affaire. L’endroit est plutôt bien, on peut aller à Chania à pieds ou en voiture. Il y a une boulangerie-café très bien juste à côté (Monterno) et un excellent restaurant traditionnel à 200m (Sterna). Je ne sais pas comment cet établissement est noté 9/10 avec un confort de 9. Les lits normaux étaient ok bien que pas super confortables, mais en ce qui concerne le troisième couchage supposé être un « canapé lit » c’est tout simplement honteux. Il s’agit d’aune banquette étroite et dure comme la pierre. Dormir par terre reviendrait au même. Nous ne faisons jamais d’erreur en réservant nos logements sur booking mais celui là a été la première. Je comprends qu’il puisse convenir à des gens mais ce n’est pas un logement 9/10. De plus l’appartement se compose d’une petite pièce où il n’y a pour ainsi dire pas grand chose, pas même une cafetière.

• DIMITRIOS (10/5): - Υπέροχη τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στην πόλη των Χανίων με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε πάρκινγκ κοντά στο κατάλυμα και σούπερ μάρκετ όπως και φούρνος σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση. Η κυρία Νεκταρια που μας υποδέχτηκε ήταν ευγενέστατη φιλική και πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμασταν. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και καθαρό όπως και το μπάνιο. Οι υπηρεσίες καθαριότητας του δωματίου συχνές και άψογες. Αν και υπήρχαν πολλά διαμερίσματα στο συγκρότημα, υπήρχε μια αίσθηση ιδιωτικότητας αφού το κάθε διαμέρισμα είχε τη δική του βεράντα. Για μένα το απόλυτο value for money στην ευρύτερη περιοχή των Χανίων

• Nataliia (10/5): Everything was great, we are happy with our stay at this place - The stay at Rainbow Hotel Apartments was really comfortable. The room is clean and cozy. Ms. Nectaria was very hospitable and friendly. There were some problems with wi-fi at the beginning. However, when we contacted the manager, the problem was solved very quickly.
• Ro (8/5): Cheerful and multi-level near conveniences and store/cafe. - Really nice set up on multiple levels for being on the road and not having a water view....but there is a cafe and store right there which was nice, but a little ways from the old town. There is cleaning lady/owner? that is onsite most days and easy to get help if needed. The internet connection in the first room did not work but not known until after I had already unpacked, so had to pack back up after a very long day and move to the room right next door...and down 6 stairs and Wifi there was fine...it was odd but they responded quickly and have someone onsite for immediate response to issues. On second stay I ended up with room on lower level with only view looking at other units and washing...
• Ua (8/5): Perfect for a short stay - The apartments were clean, well equipped and located close to wonderful beaches and good supermarkets. The staff is very friendly and very caring. In the apartments I rented, the windows of the room were located opposite other apartments, so I had to choose between privacy and natural light in the room. But this is a matter of taste and leisure (it rained on the days I lived there, so I had to be in the apartment for a while).

• Viktoriia (10/5): Everything was perfect! - We really enjoyed our stay at Rainbow Hotel. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, located in a quiet area. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby, and the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The nearest beach is only a 5–7 minute walk away. We also want to mention the lady who cleaned our room—she was very kind, polite, and did her job with great care. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. It was truly a pleasure!

I have to say it made a stressful time more relaxing and Antonis was very helpful and explained thoroughly the process for when we arrived, even let us check in earlier than we should have. Mrs Nektaria was also amazing, showed us round the apt and was there whenever we needed any help. Made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend using and staying at the Rainbow hotel apartments to anyone, location is great to, views stunning and stay was very enjoyable like home from home. We will definitely be booking a stay again.
