• Kerstin (6/5): Excellent location, spacious apartment, friendly host and staff, with a bit more attention to maintenance, bedding, and - I chose this property because it offered an excellent location for my needs, an attractive price offer. The host was always responsive and friendly which I truly appreciated. The staff welcomed me friendly and was always available in case of need. I appreciated the welcome offer on water and snacks. For the short time I needed to stay actually during the day in the apartment, the spacious apartment itself was more than enough for me, a single traveler, the price offer and location convinced me to book it anyway although it would be too big. It provided everything necessary for my short stay; I beliefe also for a longer stay it can be a good option. The apartment looked very nice on the photos, I have found it the same way also in real, but however a few points that are important for my personal comfort and feeling at home did not fully meet my expectations, which are easy to change. A few details affected my comfort during the stay. I’ve solved one myself by bringing always an extra bedsheet from home with me, which I used this time, as the bedding of each bed was incomplete. Each bed had only one sheet which covered the mattress and the duvet did not had a cover nor a second bedsheet was available. The balcony door handles were also not functioning, so the doors couldn’t be opened. It was not such a big issue for me but maybe somebody else would love to use the balcony too. There were some remains in the kitchen sink and shower upon arrival, cleanliness has to be improved.

• Vladimíra (5/5): - Na ubytování se nám nejvíce líbila lokalita. Taxíkem všude blízko. Majitel při příjezdu ani nedorazil. Na "recepci" o nás nikdo nevěděl,nakonec jsme ale klíče dostali. Byt má kromě mikrovlnné trouby vše co potřebujete. Zklamání dorazilo v čistotě bytu. Měli jsme pocit že právě někdo odjel a byt nebyl uklizen. Všude vlasy, dveře od sprchového koutu jsme si museli nasadit. I když bez efektu. Po každém sprchování potopa.Umyvadlo špinavé, zrcadlo špinavé,v pračce špinavé prádlo.... Lůžkoviny jsme si museli nejdříve vyprat.V tomto ohledu velké zklamání. Zámek od dveří nebyl v pořádku,takže při každém vstupu do bytu jsme bojovali s otevřením dveří. Bazén v areálu byl pěkný a udržovaný, ale na celý areál pouze 2 lehátka na kterých byli místní děti, takže bez možnosti využití. Kdyby byl apartmán čistý, byla by spokojenost.

Lägenheten var precis som beskrivet i annonsen och stämde helt överens med bilderna på Booking – ren, välskött och mysigt inredd. Alla bekvämligheter som utlovats fanns på plats, vilket gjorde att jag kände mig som hemma direkt. Ägaren var otroligt vänlig, ärlig och pålitlig. Han var alltid hjälpsam och lätt att kommunicera med, och fanns tillgänglig när som helst om något behövdes Jag uppskattade verkligen värdens gästvänlighet och omtanke. Det gjorde hela vistelsen både smidig och trivsam. Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta boende och skulle utan tvekan boka här igen vid nästa besök.

Piscina cerrada la mitad de la estancia por mantenimiento, sin agua 24 horas por obras, sin luz otras 24 horas por obras, el apartamento sin limpiar, llegamos nosotros y aún estaba otra familia alojada, nos entregaron el apartamento sin limpiar, el propietario ni se molestó en aparecer y nos entregaron las llaves en portería

• Sally (10/5): Spacious clean apartment for comfortable stay - The compound location is accessible and close to Al Mamsha. The apartment is spacious,new, very clean and well furnished, equipped with necessary tools and the host is kind and extremely decent, very considerate too.

• Tatsiana (1/5): No appropriate fo living - A host paid the WiFi right when I came, it didn’t work before I checked and requested it. Extremely dirty. Everything is totally worn out and needs refurbishing. Conditioner didn’t work and it was very cold during winter. There was so much dust that I coughed all the time. I needed to leave the apartment and lose money.

• Angela (10/5): Love it , highly recommended, we will be back - The property was big spacious & clean , with a balcony that looks onto a swimming pool The kids room was delightful & lovely wall paper & had a neon light which was good as a night light Adult room was big spacious & clean All amenities ( shops ) are very near right outside the building , chemist, gym , juice place , fruit/vegetable , supermarket, everything you need hustling yards from the apartment The communal stair & swimming pool are kept lovely & clean & staff and residents were nice & helpful Will visit again in the future If we needed anything we messaged alaa & he replied straight away helped us with everything
