- beatrice (8/5): Siamo stati bene e consiglio questa struttura! - La struttura é piccina e accogliente, il divano letto é grande e comodo. Ha tutto il necessario. La posizione é molto strategica e tranquilla. L'unica riscontro che abbiamo trovato è stato il riscaldamento che non funzionava e perciò la notte faceva freddo.

- Ana Laura (7/5): Excelente opción para 4 personas o menos - La ubicación es perfecta. A la vuelta del Metro. El departamento es en general muy cómodo y está bien provisto. Las camas estaban bien. Es luminoso y bien ventilado. Las persianas oscurecen por completo los dormitorios No es la mejor opción para 5 personas. El sofá cama del comedor esta bien, pero tiene dos ventanas sin cortinas que dan al interior del edificio, y una luz se enciende en el pasillo cada vez que pasa alguien, iluminando toda la habitación. No nos dejaron sábanas ni toallas para la 5ta persona. Tampoco habia 5 vasos no cuchillos. Creo que para un grupo más pequeño es perfecto, pero no una opción para 5 personas.

- Kamil (3/5): Localisation was OK, but the rest wasn't OK - Localization was OK. - Sound detection device! There wasn't information about any such thing. The device was just next to the TV. We were just talking, TV was ON and host was writing and calling on my phone that we are really noise. Absoultely nonsensical and untrue. - 2 toilet paper rolls for 5 people - No kitchen towel - No dish drainer and there wasn't place for the dishes to dry - High deposit - and they can keep some part of the deposit due to late registration. Particularly interesting because you use code to open doors so you are not even meeting anyone - You must fill out the form on the external website - no info about this and it wasn't our first trip to Spain. We didn't need to complete it during other trips

- Jesus (9/5): Great location on a budget in Madrid. - Great location in Madrid. You can get to any place taking bus or metro from around the corner. Cleanliness of the property is superb. And all facility is very comfortable. Seems that it has been recently renovated. Property size is smaller than we expected, but enough to comfortably accommodate all guest. There are windows to the side of the street instead of balcony. Only one air conditioner for the whole place (common for Europe).
- Dejan (6/5): Pleasant - Beds were very very comfortable. Main area was very small and the windows over there were constantly being glowed by lamp in the hallway. Then you had to close the doors from the rooms, but then it was too hot. Water in the shower goes away extremly slow.

- Nathaniel (5/5): The location is great and easy to access, but broken air conditioning made the stay uncomfortable. - It was a great location with good access to the metro. The are was quiet and residential, which my group appreciated. All of the communications felt very corporate and impersonal compared to other apartment rentals and especially compared to hotels. Also, the air conditioning did not work. The host said this was due to a heat wave, but even at nighttime the indoor temperature never got below 28 degrees. Eventually we just ended up opening all the windows to be able to sleep rather than rely on the air conditioning.
- Maka (1/5): I've been SCAMMED by this property! - SOS, I've been SCAMMED by this property! > After booking, they sent the email through another platform, through which I was requested to pay a security deposit of 200 EUR before check-in to get access to the key. > After 3 days since checking out, I contacted the property requesting my deposit of 200 EUR. They promised that I would receive it within 2 weeks. > After a while, I received the message including some photos of the duvet and mattress cover with stains, saying that I need to pay an additional fee to clean it. When I reminded them that the cleaning fee was included in the fee we paid while booking the property, they said that they needed to buy new ones. > After a week of waiting again, I contacted the property and was informed that I will receive 130 EUR out of the 200 EUR deposit that I paid. > I requested a receipt that proves that they have spent 70 EUR to replace the duvet and mattress cover, but they did not provide any.
- Ana (8/5): We have a lovely time in Madrid and the apartment was very good. - Location was good, close to Retiro and Atocha. The apartment is small but has big rooms with comfy beds. It was really clean when we arrived and the kitchen had plenty of glasses, cutlery, pans and even a cafetiere. It took us a while to open the apartment door when we arrived as I don't think the instructions are really clear. It was cold at night but they didn't have extra blankets and when we asked for more we didn't have a reply, maybe because it was closed to Christmas. No many or not enough little extra things that can make your time a little easier like dishwasher liquid. Too many automatic emails asking for the same thing. I have to say that they were really quick at contacting us when we got a scam trying to still our card details. I am still waiting for any information regarding this and coming from BOOKING.COM even when I have complaint. So if you could get to this apartment through a different website I would recommended it.

Good location for the price We all had slow internet connection, had to call for help and wait for key page to download. It loaded the 3 rd time. Better when connected to Wi-Fi. But slow connection not your problem, just inconvenience
