Guest Reviews
- Ashleigh (7/5): - Central location- room was bigger than I thought- plenty of room for luggage. Shower was nice and hot and also had a small fridge. Was a bit loud at night due to location being in a Plaza. But ear plugs were provided so it wasn’t a big issue. The communication with the host could be better but was good enough.

- Carol (3/5): Do not recommend staying here. - Hot water in the shower. No bidet. Sheets did not dither matters and fell off during the night. There was no sofa bed, no sofa, and a very uncomfortable bed. The bed is too big for the room and it has to be climbed over to sleep on the other side, and to open or close the windows. There w me several hooks on a wall for clothes, but no other place to put them and no hangers to use on the hooks. The offers are misleading. The owner was really nasty about collecting the city tax, even though i wrote that we would leave it in the lock box. We were in Florence for a festival and we’re not available after we checked in order t than to sleep at night and in the early morning. We regularly rent places to stay, as we live in italy, and have NEVER had a problem with leaving the city tax. NEVER.
- Janine (1/5): Good location, terrible stay, not worth it. - Only good thing about this place was the location. Staying at the place was the worst part of my entire trip. The place was a bit difficult to find and once at the front door you have to wait for the person online to buzz you in so if they’re not available you’re left waiting. There was a mistake on the booking so the person in communication had me pay an extra $80. The Murphy bed was not comfortable. The floor was so dirty my feet were black after walking on it for a short time. One of the blankets they gave, smelt so bad it smelt like they had taken it off the street, we had to leave it at the front door. No shampoo in the bathroom. They wouldn’t allow early check in or anywhere to store luggage however it felt like the unit was barely clean, we found eyelashes and hair in the bed. it was very loud at night even with the windows closed as it’s next to a little plaza with restaurants that you HAVE to have the AC running as background noise but then the AC barely worked and had leaked out a lot out of the tray and you couldn’t adjust it so it was freezing but you also didn’t have a thick enough blanket because they only provided a thin bed sheet to sleep with. Was overall a terrible stay and would definitely not stay here again.
- Thach (6/5): The location is great, but the price should be carefully considered. - Location: the hotel is situated right in the Old Quarter, which is very convenient. The window overlooks a small courtyard, providing a fairly open and airy view. The price is too expensive compared to other properties in the area

- Samantha (6/5): Good value for money for one person. We’re a couple and due to some confusion we needed to pay an extra €50 per night as - Great location Very small, studio with pull down bed
- Margherita (8/5): Very good -
- Debbie (8/5): I enjoyed my stay here. Easy access to many sights and restaurants. The host was very helpful. - The location was very central and placed on a quaint lively piazza surrounded by restaurants and gelateria. There are restaurants and coffee shops very close by and the Boboli Gardens 5 mins away. The Ponte Santa Trinita and the Ponte Vecchio are close. The Santa Maria Novello train station is about 10 mins walk. Easy access to the Duomo area. The window of the flat opens out onto the piazza so you feel part of the area. There is a very steep flight of stairs up to the second floor where the flat is. The sofa bed is not very comfortable so probably need replacing.
- Phuong (7/5): Good -
- Celine (7/5): Good -
- Louise (6/5): Comfy enough for a couple of nights - The location was excellent, the square is so beautiful with a few bars & food places It’s quite small
- Timoteus (8/5): Very good -
- Hdz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Caroline (10/5): Very kind host and best location. - Our host was very kind and went above and beyond to accommodate us due to one of us being sick. He got us in to the apartment within 2 hours of booking it! The location could not be better and compared to another place we stayed on the same street earlier, it was much better value. Loud outside so you must prefer to be in a busy, exciting area.
- Selvaggia (7/5): Cosy, dmsll flat in the heart of florence - Google search Very good location, can be noisy at night as a lot of restaurant are around
