• jean-francois (6/5): Dommage, cela aurait pu être parfait. - La taille de l'appartement. Le chauffage. Linge de maison fourni. Arrivée à toutes heures. La taille de la tv. Une couette de 130 cm pour le lit de 140 cm: c'est trop petit. Pas assez de couverts et de vaisselle pour 5 personnes. Pas assez de chaises pour 5 personnes à table. Les casseroles sont trop usées et donc dangereuses pour la santé (silicone dégradé). Moisissures à la salle de bain. Les rideaux ne permettent pas d'occulter le jour: ils sont cassés. Extérieur pas entretenu.

• Vincenzo (1/5): Pessimo - Niente Posto sporco,lenzuola non cambiate, salviette in giro per casa sporche di feci, spazzatura degli ospiti precedenti, animaletti che giravano per casa, siamo stati 1 notte poi siamo scappati, Booking ci ha rimborsati e per fortuna abbiamo trovato un altro posto. Lenzuola sporche di sperma. Non so come faccia ancora questa persona a ospitare gente e farsi anche pagare, quando abbiamo lamentato non si è più fatto sentire, pessimo davvero, non andateci!!!
• Stéphanie (8/5): Super séjour, emplacement idéal pour visiter Londres - L'emplacement est parfait. Tout est à proximité : transports, commerces, parc. Le quartier est calme et agréable. Tout a bien fonctionné dans l'appartement. La communication avec l'hôte a été très bonne. Certains ustensiles de cuisine pourraient être remplacés ou complétés, ainsi que les stores du salon.
• Sophie (3/5): Wouldn’t stay again, property pwrfect size however it not clean - Location and size of the property is perfect it’s a whole house. Cleanness is a huge problem, mould in the bathroom where the shower is and there’s no shower curtain The hot water don’t work properly, one person had a shower then there’s no hot water the host already knows this because they advised us to run all the hot taps in the house for two minutes however you can’t run the hot water in the bathroom because the sink blocks in 10 seconds The single bedroom on the right the bed clearly broken, as when you sit or lie in it in the middle it sinks down The main bedroom the double bed and bunkbeds the guests in the double bed have been bitten with bedbugs all over their body got pictures to prove this as well The front room blinds are broken only a third of the blinds are in the front room not like the picture where it goes all across the The whole property is filthy, honestly it’s a perfect size property however it needs looking after cleaning and then there would be no issues

• Naheed (10/5): A friendly neighbourhood… excellent value for money. - The property is spacious situated on a cul de sac…close to local amenities… Aldi is a 5 minute walk…there is regular direct buses to central London. The tube station is a 5 minute walk, with easy access into central or you can take a 25 minute drive to central London after congestion zone ends at 6 pm. Camden Market is 10 minute drive. West End and Harry Potter are within easy reach. The parking is free however is chargeable between 10 am and 2 pm. The blinds in the lounge and bedroom need replacing as they are broken.

• Joe (2/5): It meets the bare minimum if you are there just for a night, anything longer I would not recommend. - Location for Finsbury Park was good. The area of the apartment seems a little rough but was very pleasant surrounding area. The bathroom had mold in it, the beds had barely any support, the sockets are hanging off the wall. Also it appears that the back door has been broken into at somepoint as there is shatterd glass surrounding the door panel and a camera (not plugged in) directly facing it.
• Ana (7/5): It’s nice but there are thing to improve - The space and the amenities were good. This place is relatively next to an underground station. The cleaning could be better, and the pots available on the kitchen as well. In the other hand, the responsible people for de location were able to answer, clean and provide more utensils for the kitchen.

• Kevin (8/5): Very good - Location. Ideal hub for the occasion. Price. Affordable Ambience. Not fussy, basic and comfortable. A few quirks that a bit of maintenance would easily sort, but not Communication. Friendly, informative, available. Untidy front bin store area neglected and unhygienic.

Sent away by the cleaner as he hadn't finished Property still very dirty when we were finally able to check in Very ucomfortable beds in every room - one has a big dip in the base as there are no wooden slats on it Unable to use the bath as no plug No blind in 2 of the bedrooms so woken up early in the morning every day Broken blinds in the living room States free parking which is absolutely not the case as a permit is required which the owner of the property refused to help us with therefore I got a parking ticket Very old noisey boiler which kept us awake Have to turn the hot taps on upstairs and downstairs at the same time for a while to be able to get hot water Property is very hot and there's no thermostat to control the heating Would not stay again

(normally wouldnt use one on a holiday but had promised to bake something for Xmas ..which I then didnt) And the fact you cannot put toilet paper in a toilet but in a bin..not a huge issue..it certainly didnt ruin our holiday

• Prof. (9/5): A great choice for a family stay - The staff is really2 responsive. The house is clean and comes with great kitchenete. Will definitely come again. The separate toilet is quite small and has no sink, so quite inconvenient for Muslims.
• Chloe (1/5): JUST DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! - nothing there were so many problems since we got there. The lights had blown twice just from plugging chargers in the 2 small bedrooms,there was mold downstairs behind the door,glass shattered in the back door,blinds falling down,some creepy books that say watching the English which Is just weird if you ask me! Water pressure and water was disgusting! we all had to sleep in 1 room and the door handle was half falling off!! When we reported the light suitation they wanted us to leave the keys behind so they could get in which they knew we were already out anyway someone came to fix the electric and then we turned on the PLUG SOCKET to the TV and guess what? bloody electric went AGAIN and they didn't seem to care! there was also a knife in the back garden stabbed into the fence (which i told them and they didnt seem to care) and also a murder was committed 3 days before but it wasn't the knife it had been there for ages but the polic ehad took it away! We didn't feel safe at all so we all had fork out more money to stay in a safer hotel as we didn't feel safe at all! And stains on the duvet too!! DO NOT STAY HERE ITS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY! We are getting a full refund thankfully but please do not stay here!
• Sopoligová (2/5): Very poor - The shower is not working properly, very little water was coming out of the tap and it was impossible to take a shower. We could not shower for our entire trip. Making the power work was also challenging, and one night the entire second floor was out of power. The TV did not work at all. Even after I asked for help, the owner did not come and help to resolve all the issues. We could not have the basic needs met (functioning shower, power).

• Michaela (7/5): Good - Spacious flat would easily fit 6 people. We only used our rooms since we only spent there the nights, but there was also living room and kitchen to use. The Google Maps shows a slightly different location for this address. The area did not feel particularly safe, but it was still okay for two solo females. The wifi did not work on arrival, only started working after restarting the router a couple of times and waiting a couple of hours. Any time someone ran water, the huge boiler went off and was very loud. The water was only lukewarm. There is only one set of keys to the property, so sometimes we had to leave them in the box for the other person from our group to pick up, which also did not feel really safe.
• Fayaz (10/5): Family Stay in London - A clean and accessible place. Quiet, spacious, and well maintained. Provided us with plenty of towels and other accessories. The fridge and the cupboards were not completely empty and instead had some basic supplies which we found very useful. Gives you feeling of coming home ... The flat owners were responsive and meticulous in their responses.

• Raman3888 (8/5): Warm and Cozy - The location is prime.. Shops, restaurants and Bus and Tube are nearby Its a very silent and peaceful area. The property was clean.. Wifi was good.. Warm house Toilets and Bathroom needs to be improved.. we got used to the hot water function in few times.. Clear instructions was provided by the host.. still if that can be fixed then it will be even better..

• Freyakinz (9/5): Just 1 negative against 9 positives. - Value was amazing to be honest! Great location, everything we needed at the property such as towels, extra toilet roll, netflix... As a group of friends we had a great time. The toilet just doesn't work, you can't flush toilet paper at all. We were told this the day we checked in by the host. It's the only negative we have as a group. We had to make sure we were out if we needed the toilet, the shower was cold on day 2, but we were leaving anyway so we had a quick cold shower. Not sure I'd stay here as a family, but as a group of friends it was good.

• Michelle (3/5): The flat has potential but we had significant issues. Manager has been unresponsive re compensation - Great space, the flat has a lot of potential. Fairly responsive property manager. Large park and playgrounds nearby. Unfortunately we had a number of significant issues over our 5 night stay. Major Issues - Toilet was really grim. It struggled to flush consistently & cleanly, doesn't have a u-bend. We put most of the toilet paper into the bin from day 1 & it still didn’t flush properly. Thankfully there is a lid on the toilet! Manager was fairly responsive & got the plumber to come out on day 2. They plunged the toilet. However issues with flushing/blockages remained for the remaining 3 nights. - Cleaning - The flat wasn’t clean; surfaces (bedside table, coffee table, kitchen counters, bathroom shelf) weren’t wiped. Plates, cutlery, placemats were filthy. No dishwashing liquid. Rubbish was left on the floor of the bedroom wardrobe. Toilet bin was not emptied. - Kitchen pans were unusable. All but smallest pans were rusty so not useful for cooking a meal. No rack in the grill pan. The toaster did not work, that was replaced later that day. - Fridge door shelves were barely usable, most of the brackets are broken. We found that out the hard way. We placed the milk on the shelf upon check in & it immediately fell off, breaking the bottle on the floor. - Dining chairs - Only 4 dining chairs, so insufficient even for our family of 5. Less major issues - Insufficient plates/cutlery - Mould on the painted wall in shower/bath Recommendations for general improvement - coat hooks in the hallway - towel rail & hooks in the bathroom (there’s nowhere to even hang a towel) - clothes drying rack to hang clothes from washing machine - more dining chairs or extra fold up chairs in the closet - extra plates & cutlery generally - extra pillows would be a nice touch - hooks on back of bedroom doors We reached out from on day one & were certainly patient as the numerous issues arose. They offered a refund of half the first day but that hasn't happened &, considering the issues, insufficient. They have not responded to me or Booking.com.
• Olga (7/5): Good stay for the price - The property is very spacious with a lot of space,got everything you need Overall good stay for 2 nights One thing that wasn’t great is the sinks the water took very long to drain out so if washing face in the bathroom you’d have to wait for the water to drain so it don’t overflow

• Simon (9/5): Perfect for us, let us have a great holiday - Space, facilities, play parks and shops nearby. Perfect space for families. Hosts were quick to respond to queries and very helpful. Would recommend. No plug in bathroom sink, sockets in one small bedroom didn't work. Sime families might prefer bunk bed in single rooms rather than kids with parents, but was fine for us.
