• Varga (9/5): Highly recommended pleasant apartment in the hart of the city center - Nice location, very safe area. The Acropolis and was only 10 minutes walk and there were many attractions within easy reach. Caffès and restaurants just right around the corner. Access to the building and rooms using the access code was very convenient. The studio was clean and tidy. The kitchen and the bathroom are well equipped. I really appreciate the water as a gift and the coffee capsules. Bathroom towels were available in various sizes. Although I knew it is a studio, it was quite small. I feel the pictures showed similar but different apartments (bigger ones). The was not really a place to sit and relax, except on the uncovered bed or in the kitchen. If you want to relax in the kitchen, you could only face and watch the wall. It would nice to have a cover over the double bed so this inconvenience would have resolved. The bathroom was quite cold (in April) and there was no ventilation system. The windows can only be opened a crack. Apart from all these minor inconveniences, the studio was very pleasant, I recommend it. Next time I would choose a bigger one.

• Jaclyn (10/5): A gem in a great location with even more wonderful hosts - We love everything about our stay - from the location, to the wonderful and very functional room, and to the ever so lovely staff who went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. Special thanks to Matan, the manager, who arranged for us to leave our luggage for one more hour after their operating hours, which was a massive help. As we have a little one with us, they have also very kindly gave us an upgrade so that our little one has more space and a lovely balcony to play in - which was a very lovely gesture and was very much appreciated. The view of the Acropolis from the balcony was such a memorable event our little one has drawn a few pictures in her doodle book! Not a big issue. Would be great if the property had a small washroom in the public area.

The staff was available via WhatsApp and responded quickly. During our 7 nights stay we had room service once. Unfortunately the TV did not function and after having sat on the sofa we both had itching legs. We contacted the staff who immediately took care of it the day after.

The location is simply perfect, very central and close to everything: the train station, attractions, and many restaurants and cafés within walking distance. The apartments are comfortable, luxurious, and beautifully designed. The large balcony with outdoor furniture was a fantastic addition and made our stay even more enjoyable. The building also has an elevator and a welcoming entrance lobby, and everything is maintained to a very high standard. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need: free coffee and tea refills, towels, strong and reliable Wi-Fi, and everything is spotless and very well maintained. The place is perfect for both couples and families who want to spend time together comfortably. We would especially like to mention Matan, the operations manager, who was always available for any request, very friendly and extremely helpful. He also gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, cafés, and things to do in the area, which made our stay in Athens even more enjoyable. Highly recommended and we would be very happy to return again.

• Gemma (10/5): Beautiful solo stay in Athens - Fantastic studio apartment, great balcony with (slightly obstructed) acropolis views. Fab communication and easy access with the staff. The best location within walking distance to everything. Less than 10 min walk from both Syntagma and Monastiraki stations which connect to the airport. Some beautiful bars and restaurants nearby and always felt super safe as a solo female traveller. Only thing to mention - not an issue for me but could be for some people - there is a large church behind the apartments and the church bells can be loud in the early morning. That being said, the square and church itself are beautiful and worth a visit.

El apartamento estaba muy nuevo en general. Nos encantó el detalle de dejar una botella pequeña de aceite, que siempre se necesita para cocinar. La cama y el sofacama ambos muy cómodos. Al dar a un patio interior el apartamento no es nada ruidoso. El agua de la ducha se salía del plato y el baño quedaba encharcado. Deberían revisar las juntas. El ascensor es muy pequeño, si llevas mucho equipaje tendrás que subir y bajar varias veces. Las ventanas no se pueden abrir, solamente una rendija de unos 10 centímetros, lo que dificulta mucho la ventilación del apartamento, y tras varios días es necesario. A veces se enciende algún tipo de máquina del edificio y por la noche puede molestar para dormir.

We would be pleased to book again for our next visit to Athens. - The hotel is situated in a prime location, and the staff are exceptionally courteous, professional, and attentive, providing assistance with all our needs. Additionally, the apartment was impeccably maintained and very tidy. The hotel is currently adjacent to construction work, so despite having soundproof windows, we were still able to hear the noise.

• Robert (9/5): - The views were incredible. The apartment was spotless and spacious. Everything was incredible and I would both stay here again and gladly refer. Parking was the only issue.
• Suna (1/5): There is no humanity in this apartment. - I had one of the most traumatic experiences of my life during my stay. My brother had a serious motor accident, and I lost the vision in my left eye. I had to return to my home country urgently and was taken from the airport to the hospital by ambulance. Despite this extreme situation, the hotel showed zero empathy or understanding. I had a 5-day reservation, but I checked out after 2 days due to the emergency, and they still did not return my money for the remaining days. I was in pain, scared, and trying to handle a medical crisis, yet they acted as if none of it mattered. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No compassion, no support, no humanity. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
