• Charlotte (1/5): A Scam best to be avoided - We arrived in London to see Lana Del Rey, this was my birthday present as was the accommodation. When we arrived at the property there was no one to let us in, or a key pad. We had contacted the vendor to ask for clarity on this and had no reply. When we rang up we were told that we had cancelled a month ago, this was an untruth .and the money for the property taken out my account. We were left stranded. It was really scary as Im in my teens and live in Leeds. No idea as we never got to go in
• Neil (1/5): Disgusting ‘service’.Shocking and beyond belief. - Unbelievable. Arrived with my young daughter to be treated aggressively by a family living there and told to go away. Booked months in advance. No communication since from ‘Zack’. Disgusted is not the word. Never trust this man.

• Heather (1/5): THIS IS A SCAM PROPERTY!! REMOVE THIS FROM BOOKING.COM AND REFUND ME - THIS IS A SCAM PROPERTY!! I arrived with my family after a long day on the road and at a football match to be greeted by a man asking why I was trying to get into his home. He has lived her for 4 months and rents the whole house off his landlord. This property was meant to be taken off booking.com a year ago. Me and my family were stranded in London at night after being on the road since 5 am. The tenant told me 3 or 4 people have already turned up at his home trying to get in. The landlord is not contactable. I have rang booking.com and asked for a refund and they are looking into it for me. I have also told them to remove this property from their site. I have video evidence or the tenant telling me all of this too SCAM PROPERTY!!
• Patricia (10/5): Wonderful - Lovely house, very clean and tidy! Very nice hosts, I can’t complain about, would recommend for everyone! I loved the bed, excellent mattress, nice are for Wembley walk I found my room a bit cold what isn’t a big deal, nothing else to complain!
