- Pamela (7/5): Gute Lage, aber sehr einfach ausgestattet und leider Qualität nicht wie erwartet. - Tolle Lage nahe Altstadt und Zentrum. Die „private Dachterrasse“ ist leider vom Treppenhaus und anderen Wohnungen des Hauses einsehbar. Direkt daneben ungepflegte Fläche mit allen Klimageräten des Hauses (Lärm) und dazu die 2 Fettabluft- Schornsteine der Bar nebenan. Lautes Dröhnen (auch über Innenhof zum Schlafzimmer ) und Frittierfettgeruch von früh bis spät. Unter „privat“ stellt man sich etwas anderes vor. Der Ausstieg zur Dachterrasse erfolgt über ein ungesichertes Schiebefenster (von außen leicht zu öffnen).

La terrasse et son jacuzzi avec vue sur la Giralda La décoration de l appartement et certains équipements comme lave vaisselle lave linge La facilité de dialogue avec Magno apartments et l organisation de transports vers la gare , vers l aéroport et la réservation de spectacle de Flamenco. La têtière décrochée du jacuzzi,tous les coussins de chaises extérieurs sales ; le manque d ustensiles de cuisine : pas de petites tasses à café,pas de torchon ;un plateau avec anses pour monter votre petit déjeuner ou café ou autre sur la terrasse accessible après avoir monté 20 marches et ouvert le toit en verre serait vraiment indispensable Et à certaines heures. le bruit assez important de la hotte d un restaurant juste à côté de la terrasse. Le manque de confort du canapé lit.

They were a text or phone call away and they wen - First of all, the location couldn’t have been better. 10 minute walk to Triana, 10 minute walk to the Cathedral and the Real Alcazar, 19 minute walk to Santa Cruz. Magno Calla Almansa 7 is literally in the center of everything to do and see in Sevilla. I can’t think of one thing that we didn’t like. I know it doesn’t sound believable but it’s true. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could need, we took advantage of the clothes washer (with detergent provided). Hell, even the pillows were comfortable.

Por otro lado, cuentan con un gran equipo de atención al cliente, quienes fueron capaces de resolver cualquier percance sucedido. Lo recomiendo 100%

Most frustrating was misleading description on booking.com that implied there was a hot tub but then we were told it was only for certain apartments. So may be an issue with booking.com— but was disappointing for us as it was the reason we booked.

We found it a good base to explore Seville. I think we had much higher expectations for the ambience. The photos showed very bright rooms and big windows. We understood it didn’t have a roof terrace but the outside courtyard was enclosed on all sides with 3 storey walls, it was very cold as it didn’t get the sun and very overlooked it didn’t look like it was ever used as outside space. The bedroom window looked out on a wall and the living room window looked out on the internal courtyard so very little light. We didn’t feel the overall advert gave the full impression even though the photos were of the apartment it was all quite dark and gloomy.

Von Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten bis zu Shoppingmöglichkeiten..die gesamte Infrastruktur ist unmittelbar verfügbar. Die Dachterrasse mit Jacuzzi ist ein absolutes Highlight. Ich würde nichts anderes buchen außer Magno Appartements wenn ich wieder nach Sevilla komme. Check in und Check out sowie Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber völlig problemlos und immer erreichbar. 10 von 10 Punkten. Danke! Nada.

I especially appreciated the convenience of using a code to access the property instead of carrying a key. The location is excellent—right in the city center, close to great restaurants and charming streets to explore. The terrace was a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while relaxing in the jacuzzi. We would have appreciated having slippers available for use on the terrace, as well as dedicated towels for the jacuzzi area. During our 6-night stay, we found ourselves running short on clean towels. It would also have been wonderful if the jacuzzi could be cleaned more frequently, ideally every few days or even daily.
- Giulia (10/5): Wonderful apartment for a Seville holiday - Wonderful apartment! Located within walking distance to all sights, such as Cathedral, and the river. The apartment is spacious, modern, comfortable, clean and importantly: quiet. It has a lift and good Internet and good amenities in the kitchen/bathroom. We would have happily extended our stay and we will definitely book this again if we return to Seville. They didn't offer a crib for our toddler, but he was fine sleeping in the sofa bed. On arrival, we couldn't find the sofa bed linens/cushions so it was a bit confusing - the customer support via Whatsapp chat helped us find them in the wardrobe's top cabinet. The apartment has windows facing inner courtyards, so it is very quiet but you don't get a view of the city or the sky / direct sunlight.

- Gooitske (7/5): Goed - Heerlijk bed, echt een van de beste hotelbedden waar ik ooit in geslapen heb. Perfecte locatie, alles in het centrum is bereikbaar per voet. Fijne douche. Fijn appartement. Genoeg handdoeken (er is geen schoonmaak). Tip: je kan je bagage niet stallen als je pas later dan de check-out van 11:00 wil vertrekken, maar er zit echt om de hoek een bagage depot waar je tegen betaling kluisjes kan huren om je bagage te stallen (ook grote koffers) Verder goed om te weten dat het dakterras niet voor iedereen toegankelijk is, maar is een privé terras voor enkel een bepaald appartement. Dat had ik niet helder bij het boeken. - Airco was kapot terwijl het vrij koud was (begin maart). Er werd direct naar gekeken maar er moest een onderdeel besteld worden. Er was wel een elektrisch kacheltje maar door de hoge plafonds kon die niet zoveel doen. - De bank was oncomfortabel. Het is ook een slaapbank en als je er gewoon op wil zitten begint de bank al te bewegen. - Geen basisvoorzieningen voor het koken, zoals peper en zout of een flesje water. - Er is alleen communicatie mogelijk per app, en op een goed moment werd er helemaal niet meer gereageerd. Er is alleen een QR code in het appartement beschikbaar naar de website met instructies voor het appartement, maar de website laadde niet. Ik wilde bijvoorbeeld weten waar ik afval weg kon brengen, maar nooit een reactie gehad.

- Robert (3/5): Nicely furnished and located, pity about maintenance issues and lack of resolution. - The AI chatbot was very quick to respond, even if it included limited information and lacked actual follow up from staff. Maintenance issues were not resolved during stay. Was informed day of arrival air conditioning was not working and would be fixed that day. However, was not working at all during three night stay. Water also leaked from roof in room into lounge area throughout stay. AI chatbot response through messages were immediate, however no action was taken at all during stay, leading to constant drips throughout the four days, three nights, whenever other apartments used water. Water damage on roof significant and clearly indicated issue was not new. Despite providing evidence property only offered to provide a 10% discount to stay despite the circumstances.

- Brenda (9/5): It was a very comfortable apartment in a super location. - The location was great and it was spotlessly clean. It is very modern and the bed was really comfortable. The apartment had lots of space, a well appointed kitchen and a great shower. I would stay here again. We had a negative experience with the elevator when it went totally black but when we reported it, management dealt with it well. Nothing except when the elevator went black. Management assured us that the problem was reported and it was fixed. They were concerned about our well being after the incident. It would have been nice to talk to a person right away rather than AI but management called after I said "I need to talk to a human about this".

Het dakterras was geweldig, al hebben we het (bijna) niet kunnen gebruiken door het mindere weer. Alle faciliteiten waren er, om lekker te kunnen ontspannen. De checkin vooraf was wel een gedoe, omdat er bij ons een fout in stond met het aantal gasten.

La posizione è ideale per visitare la città a piedi in quanto dista a soli 10/15 minuti di camminata dalle maggiori attrazioni. Il personale è sempre disponibile via telefono per ogni necessità. - Kunal (5/5): Great location but beware. Heating Facilities not available - Its in a great location and is modern. Heating was not working in the apartment. This is very critical especially in winters. After constant reminders, portable heaters were sent on day 3 of our stay. The bathrooms didn’t have any shower gel supplies only shampoo. Despite constant reminders, nothing was sent. Later got a message saying there do not have supply. I was offered a discount for inconvenience but nothing was given. The customer service was very poor and not responding to my messages.

- Jennifer (8/5): Lovely, well appointed apartment affected by some nighttime noise. - Great location for visiting many principal sights. Very well presented, comfortable apartment. The apartment seemed to be located in a quiet residential street with one bar and one restaurant. However, on the Friday night and Saturday night the noise continued until 5am and 2am respectively. The bedrooms faced the street and the noise affected our sleep substantially. The windows were double glazed but this seemed ineffective.

Every amenity to be comfortable and great price for what we got. My kids loved it! There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom that was a bit unpleasant.

Die Apartments vereinen modernes, stilvolles Design mit einem hohen Maß an Komfort und Funktionalität. Alles war makellos sauber, hochwertig ausgestattet und bis ins Detail durchdacht von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu den bequemen Betten, die für erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt haben. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die zentrale, aber dennoch ruhige Lage: Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés sind fußläufig erreichbar, sodass man Sevilla ganz entspannt entdecken kann. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert, und der Service war jederzeit freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich hier nicht wie in einer typischen Unterkunft, sondern fast wie zu Hause nur mit dem gewissen Extra an Eleganz. Ein absoluter Geheimtipp für alle, die Wert auf Qualität, Stil und eine perfekte Ausgangslage in Sevilla legen.

- Louise (7/5): Good prestation but jacuzzi takes time to heat - - L'appartement est moderne, bien équipé et propre. - L'emplacement est très bien, tout est faisable à pieds. - Les lits sont confortables. - La terrasse est super avec le jacuzzi. - Le jacuzzi n'était pas chaud lors de notre arrivée, et nous avons demandé à l'agence d'envoyer quelqu'un à 15h. A 16h nous recevons un message comme quoi quelqu'un est passé et que cela prendrait quelques heures à chauffer. A 19h en rentrant, le jacuzzi n'était toujours pas chaud, et à 22h il n'avait pas augmenté non plus en température... Quelqu'un a pu repasser le lendemain vers 13h, et finalement le soir quand nous sommes rentrées il était chaud. C'est très dommage pour un séjour de 2 nuits de n'avoir pu utiliser le jacuzzi qu'un seul soir, surtout que nous avions choisi cet appartement spécialement pour le jacuzzi... 😭😭😭 - Par ailleurs nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié la communication avec une IA, avant en pendant le séjour!! A s'arracher les cheveux - Dans la douche nous avions du shampoing mais pas de gel douche. - Nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner le chauffage.

- Larissa (10/5): Ótima opção para estadia em Sevilha. Apartamento reformado e confortável. - O apartamento foi ótimo para um grupo de 4 adultos e 1 criança. Confortável, com boa estrutura para convivio e banheiro. O apartamento esta reformado e muito organizado. A localização também foi boa. O acesso ao prédio e ao apartamento também foi fácil e rápido. As camas poderiam ser um pouco mais firmes, mas nada que atrapalhou a estadia.

- Thomas (7/5): Nice appartment fir families, a bit noisy and some problems with beds and bathroom - Central, clean and spacious. Good kitchen with utilities so you can make food and dont have to eat out all the time. Nice sitting area with tv The beds are quite hard and the pillows are thin and hard. There also was a very strong sewerage smell in the bathroom, it was removed by staff but came back. Also the heating stopped working and couldn’t be fixed so we had a couple of days without heating which was nippy in december. A lot of noise from the street on Saturday night but other nights fine
- Kuhelika (1/5): Horrendous - leaking roof, smelly and unempathetic staff - - Don’t go by the pictures - smelly, noisy and worst of all leaking roof ; that’s what we were welcomed by and when you try to complain the host says “we can’t do anything about it - you have already paid” - absolutely terrible experience. Avoid!

- Elizabeth (10/5): Perfect, spacious stay hidden away in the central part of town. - Super spacious! Felt like a luxury apartment. Very central to anything. We walked everywhere.
- Nivrithi (1/5): Horrendous - I didn’t stay here it was double booked and the contact person was very rude and unaccommodating after I had fully paid for the accommodation The contact person was forcing me to take a 1 bedroom apartment after I paid for a 2 bedroom apartment . She was so rude and really upset our day and was not accommodating with shouting at me on the phone after they double booked this apartment

- MARI CARMEN (10/5): Volveremos! - Ubicación excelente, céntrica pero a la vez sin ruido. Apartamento moderno limpio y cómodo.
- Nicolas (9/5): - Spacieux, jacuzzi sur le rooftop, bel emplacement, réponses rapides (même si automatisées) de l'hôte, personnel sympa,... belle télévision et belle salle de bain Il faisait froid durant la nuit, la climatisation était sur 30 degrés constamment pour que ma copine n'ait pas froid. Aussi, en mettant la ventilation de la salle de bain, une odeur d'humidité répugnante apparaissait dans la chambre. Passé cela, tout le reste était parfait.

- Ian (8/5): Super apartment in a great location. - The apartment was in a great location. It was clean and had very comfortable beds. Communication with the office was great. All the city centre attractions within easy walking distance. Street door keypad instructions should have been clearer (on arrival it was dark and difficult to figure out how to activate the correct keypad). The hot tub either didn't heat or needed instructions which were not provided.

A experiência de check-in, em que um bot envia-nos várias mensagens desnecessárias para o whatsapp, quanto não vale um humano com uma mensagem certeira. Por ser um R/C tem pouca luz natural.
