• Ben (9/5): A really lovely place in a great location! - A lovely stay, great location and amazing facilities. Brilliant for kids, and really well equipped. The cleanliness was the only thing that let it down, didn’t appear to have been cleaned properly before our stay as there was hairs all over the bedding.

Very clean and comfortable with parking next to the property. Lots to do on site and not too far to get to the beach access point.

• Anne (7/5): Filey Stay - The location. Dog friendly. The caravan smelt strongly of cigarette smoke when we arrived which wore off after our 4 day stay.

• Helen (6/5): Pleasant - The caravan was lovely to look at , and nicely set out , comfortable , great location , however there was a few things not up to standard with the cleaning, cutlery pans , and no washing up essentials , hair dryer not working , outside light not working which was needed as I have a disability with partially sighted, especially with the the steps in the dark , on arrival the caravan did not smell freshly cleaned quite a strong odour ,I would like to say we would stay again but we are not so sure , we left a day early ,thankyou Helen and Paul. Cleanliness ;was not up to standard , we tried to hoover but could not stand the smell when it was on needed a clean too , pans and cutlery too, hairdryer not working , outside light not working , no washing up essentials, strong odour when got there ,did not smell freshly cleaned .

The location couldn't have been better, we were close to everything. Definitely planning on coming back again soon. It was the perfect getaway and we can't wait to return! Thanks for everything! Only the noise of the seaguls but that can't be helped
