Angelica (6/5): Ottima posizione e casa spaziosa, ma poco curata con gravi problemi agli scarichi e, soprattutto, caparra gestita fuori - Ottima la posizione, a due passi dal mare, e casa spaziosa con un bel giardino. Purtroppo però la casa risulta poco curata: coperte impolverate, porte difettose e soprattutto seri problemi con l’impianto idrico. Per tutta la settimana gli scarichi del bagno si otturavano frequentemente e la pressione dell’acqua era molto bassa, rendendo difficile anche l’uso delle docce. Aspetto molto negativo: viene richiesta una caparra privata fuori dalla piattaforma, che l’host gestisce in autonomia. Nel nostro caso è stata trattenuta una parte in modo arbitrario, addebitandoci un danno che avevamo invece segnalato noi stessi. Consiglio vivamente di controllare e documentare tutto al check-in.
