Jorge (6/5): - Estaba limpio , Las habitaciones muy pequeñas, el valor no coincide con lo que ofrece, en la publicación aparece parqueadero nos tocó pagarlo
Laura Alejandra (10/5): Hotel excelente. - La ubicación del hotel era excelente. El cuarto estaba muy limpio y fue demasiado agradable hacer uso del aire acondicionado. Las recepcionistas siempre fueron muy amables. Tuvimos que salir varias veces y no hubo ningún inconveniente. Si vuelvo a Puerto Gaitán, de seguro me volvería a quedar. La cama estaba algo incómoda. Tuvimos un poco de molestias para dormir. Pero en general todo perfecto.
