Las camas cómodas y buena limpieza Un poco justo de menaje y el ambiente sobretodo a la tarde resultaba un poco frío, por temperatura y por decoración un poco gris y escasa. A la mañana se veía más luminoso y cálido.

• Paloma (7/5): Bien - Me gustó que olía a limpio, el detalle de dejar las galletas y el café y el sistema de llave.la ubicación me pareció muy buena No me pareció tan tan cómodo la verdad , ya que éramos dos parejas y las camas que se unían no eran buenas.

Tuvimos un incidente y nos solucionaron muy rápido. Las ventanas son muy antiguas y se escucha todo y aire de la calle. Me faltó papel de cocina y tostadora.

• Reinou (6/5): - Centrale ligging en snelle reactie bij vragen. We werden goed geholpen en gastvrij (via de app) ontvangen. Groot en ruim Appartment. Ik had niet verwacht dat we op de 10e verdieping zouden zitten, met liftangst niet heel fijn om iedere keer te moeten lopen. Was fijn geweest al dit vermeld was in de omschrijving Appartment. We hadden pech met het weer (bijna continue regen) maar het voelde wat troosteloos, een grote hoge flat met flats erom heen. Het appartement was absoluut groot maar miste warmte en gezelligheid en is gedateerd en heeft ook wel wat onderhoud nodig.

Los horarios de entrada y salida, entiendo que hay que recoger limpiar para el siguiente cliente pero salir antes de las 11 creo que es demasiado temprano, se entra después de las 15 y en una noche no son ni 24 horas . Creo que podían flexibilizar un poco los horarios y dejar una salida a algo más tarde .

• Monika (10/5): Wonderful place to stay in Gijón - Our stay was fantastic. The flat was spacious, perfect for the four of us, and it was very clean, bright, and cozy. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the center. The owner, Alfonso, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions on how to reach the suite, along with all the information we needed. He spoke very good English and provided instructions in both Spanish and English. There was even a small breakfast compliment waiting for us in the suite. We were very pleased and satisfied with our stay.

• Sandra (9/5): Un piso estupendo - Todo muy limpio, acogedor, bonito y comodísimo para ir en familia. Nos facilitaron salir un poco más tarde de la hora pactada lo cual nos ayudó mucho. Quizás la calefacción se podría haber puesto un poco antes para calentar el piso. En general el piso nos gustó mucho.

• James (9/5): Suite and Sour - A lovely bright, clean and comfortable modern apartment, ideally located in the city centre. Large livingroom and well-equipped kitchen. Overall, very happy with the place aside from the "didn't like" points i've indicated elsewhere. Extreme difficulty in initial communications with host/owner. A noisy environment at our end and a weak phone signal didn't help. Very frustrating in trying to work out the entrance mechanism which was via a downloaded app and entrance code and through phone messages from the host. When we eventually worked it out, it was a pretty straightforward operation and worked very well. But initially, not a good experience on that aspect of things. The two single beds in our room were very close togeher and when separated, the space between them was much too narrow. Basically, the room was too small for two beds!

Rooms are huge TV + internet with free Wi-Fi 5* plus perfect little stop off for bikers touring at a bargain price. Nothing. Everything was exceptional. 😉

The host welcomed us with the local specialities. The host speaks good English which is a rarity in Spain. There is only public parking available. Although the host speaks good English, all the instructions are in Spanish. For us it is like no instructions at all, since we don't speak Spanish. I don't know, but I got the impression the people in Spain expect the tourists to speak their language. Which is exaggerated since the language of international communication today is English.
