• tari10 (3/5): Not worth it unless you only sleep there and go straight out the door, never to come back. - Location is very good, although there are ongoing construction works (rebuilding the street by the house), they're not bothering in terms of noise. Very close to the beach and center of Tarrafal. Beds were ok, kind of comfy (at least for me). Oh god, where to start. The apartment was awfully dirty. I mean DIRTY. Everything-sticking-to-your-hands dirty. All the counters, all the cutlery, all plates etc needed a good scrubbing before we decided to use them. And I do know it is not supposed to be 5* hotel and I do know it does not have to be spotless clean, but come on. Cockroaches (multiple, we've managed to kill at least 4) in the bathroom and the kitchen, my friends found a mouse going through their backpack in the middle of the night. Bathroom is leaking. I have no idea where from. May be the shower or toilet or sink or all of those at the same time. With 6 people in the apartment using the bathroom, even after one day it was a total wet mess. Mirror broken in half probably a long time ago, still serving its purpose. In general - the apartment wasn't that cheap to ignore such a poor standard. It does have potential due to location, multiple rooms etc, but something has to be done to make it a little less disgusting.
• Ana Rita (8/5): Estadia adequada para um grupo de várias pessoas (5/6) pax. Com todas as condições necessárias. Bem localizado. - O apartamento estava bem equipado , com frigorífico e microondas .os quartos tinham toalhas e os colchões bastante confortáveis. A água do banho estava quentinha . O Sr Barreto foi muito prestável e explicou a utilização do apartamento detalhadamente . No wc havia um problema de canalização, e o chão após o banho ficava molhado .

• Elena (4/5): Reconnecting with nature, literally - The apartment was spacious as it was supposed to be for many people and we were only with two, this allowed to sleep in another room the second night. There is also an ample terrace Location was also fine Shower had soap The apartment is not well maintained; it is old and not very clean, the mattresses super hard and pillows not comfortable. We did not cook, but the kitchen did not invite us to do so, and cutlery was not clean. There is no airco, but the nights we were there there was so much noise that we could not keep the windows open, also because otherwise mosquitos would come in. At 6 AM the church bells ring, the roosters crow hard in the morning, and in the street below there are workroads. The cherry on top of the cake, two cockroaches the first night we slept there made us think to leave, but luckily after those we did not find any.
• Mirja (8/5): Apartment in centre. During the night very quiet. - Big room and own kitchen and bathroom. Location in centre. Beds were comfortable. The apartment could have been cleaner. The shower was leaking. For longer stay this wasn’t very cosy.

• Diana (10/5): Exceptional - Very good apartment for a group stay, we felt very welcomed :) The location is perfect, right in the center of Tarrafal and just a few minutes walk to the beach!
