• Sonia (10/5): Las Palmeras Paradise - The apartment was home from home, comfortable & cosy. Location is perfect for shops, bars & restaurants. Complex is kept spotlessly clean . It is so peaceful & all staff are really friendly . Perfect place to relax & enjoy Puerto del Carmen. Found the sofa in the lounge really uncomfortable to sit on, was like sitting on a wooden board, very very hard , no foam padding.

Everything was provided including washing machine. Steps down towards the pool and our apartment, for someone who has walking difficulties,

• Tanya (8/5): Nice stay, great location - Great location, less than 5 min walk to the beach, lovely quiet complex, nice pool area & spacious apartment. Dusty floor in the bedroom on arrival (especially under the bed - looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while). Kitchen cupboard doors also dirty around the handles and felt greasy to touch.

• Steffen (10/5): fully recommended - while located near the beach, the apartment is located in a small street and the environment is quiet. Communication with management team was perfect and the gear available in the kitchen / "garage" was fully sufficient in the rare case of rain water starts dripping from the rooftop onto the electricity box located outside directly behind the bedroom. This was a bit irritating.

• Patrick (9/5): A wonderful place to stay, we will stay there again next year if its available - The apartment was central to the shop, pubs and restaurants and only minutes to the beach. The hosts were friendly and so helpful, always at the other end of the phone. The pool was outside the door, with free beds, and all cleaning done outside all apartments in the morning. Plenty tv stations including lots of Irish and British stations. It has everything there. Cant find any faults
