• ELENA (1/5): Pésima elección en Florencia - Estaba céntrico La falta de respuesta ante un problema grave ( por avería , sin calefacción ni agua caliente un día y medio de los dos que estuvimos ), en Navidad y con 4 grados fuera . El primer día tardaron 7 horas en contestar nuestras llamadas y mensajes, fue desesperante. Está justo encima de dos bares , hay mucho jaleo por la noche , y en las habitaciones que dan a la calle se escucha todo . La casa no tiene salón , y la cocina es pequeña, así que solo se puede estar en las habitaciones.

• Jose (9/5): - Lovely apartment. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a family of 6. There is no living room, but there is a very small common area near the front door with 2 chairs. Washer and dryer were very convenient. Great neighborhood and walking distance to all there is to see in Florence. The host was very helpful. Highly recommend.

• Deb (8/5): Perfect place if you are looking for classic Italian city centre living. - location was perfect. parking the rental was a chore but that is to be expected. love the quirky setting. we only stayed the one night so did not need the kitchen. Although the bar across the street was happening until late we never heard anything!! Not specific to you but water was mid.

• Gabi (9/5): A comfortable and quiet stay in the heart of Florence. - We really enjoyed our stay. Each room had its own air conditioning unit and private bathroom, which made everything very comfortable. The place was clean and perfectly located in the city center, just a few steps from the Duomo, yet on a quieter street. Only one of the rooms was slightly noisier at night, as it faced the street with a bar nearby — but the noise stopped around 11 PM (on weekdays), so it wasn’t a big issue. The accommodation is also very close to the central food market and several great local restaurants. The only downside was that the kitchen could have been better equipped — with more dishes, glasses, and a coffee machine — but this didn't bother us much overall.
