Michele (9/5): Superb - Loved the well appointed cottage. Beds /mattresses need replacing, mattress toppers are not good enough. The kitchen was good but requires some extra consumables such as baking paper and/or foil to keep the oven clean. Microwave use is limited as the plates have the gold edges so they may arc in the Microwave. A couple of plastic dishes with lids would be helpful for steaming vegetables, etc. Kitchen tongs please, and some wooden tongs help get toast out of the toaster safely. Otherwise everything was lovely and we ate all the homemade jam and chutney...yum! Enjoyed the area very much apart from a couple of small things. Heating system worked well. Hot water and good water pressure. Eventually need to fix the creaking floorboards but overall we were very comfortable. Thank you!
