• Thamiris (9/5): Nada para reclamar, pretendemos voltar numa próxima vez. - Ótima localização. Fica nos fundos, o quarto nos atendeu super bem para o que queríamos. Ar, frigobar, ventilador, água do chuveiro quentinha, toalhas e roupas de cama. Os donos super atenciosos. Amamos ser recebidos pela agradável presença dos cachorros que tem na casa, super dóceis e carinhosos.

• Souza (10/5): - A casa é simples ambiente familiar muito aconchegante, os anfitriões Thadeu e Thalita muito solícitos, sempre preocupados com nosso bem-estar, eles tem escuna e barco de passeio próprio fizemos roteiro diferenciado em ilhas e praias lindas.

• Odile (6/5): Très bien placé mais à améliorer - Je donne la note de 6. ● 3 points pour l'accueil, la réactivité et la gentillesse de Tadeus Et ● 3 points pour l'emplacement au cœur du centre historique entre la grande place et le port. Très bien situé. Mais pour le reste, des améliorations sont à prévoir... La porte d'entrée qui donne sur la rue est très jolie, très coquette et on peut imaginer une belle chambre élégante avec un petit jardin ou une courette proprette. Mais il n'en est absolument rien, la courette est mal entretenue, ça sent même mauvais et un vieux tapis marron sale marqué "bem vendos" est peu engageant . L'intérieur de la chambre, c'est triste et basique avec une seule lumière, pas de table de nuit et un ensemble de meubles hétéroclites. Je ne comprends pas la note de 8 ni du reste le prix, 38 euros, beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est. J’espère que ma critique constructive encouragera le propriétaire à faire de gros efforts de réaménagement et d'embellissement et de la chambre et de la courette : mettre une glace dans la salle de bains, une table de nuit et une lampe de chevet. Changer les horribles rideaux et installer de jolis rideaux de la même couleur que les couvre-lits (pour ainsi égayer la chambre).. Nettoyer le corridor et mettre un coup de peinture, enlever l'horrible tapis marron de saleté "bem venido". Ranger les affaires dans la cour que ça fasse propre (oui, je sais ils font des travaux mais pas sur toute la courette).

Travaux en cours à l'extérieur devant la fenêtre. Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre. Vieille Literie (pas de matelas). Réfrigérateur et cuisinière neuve. Voir précédemment. Logement trop petit, pas adapté pour 4.

• Karin (6/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gerade noch akzeptabel - Die Unterkunft liegt zentral im historischen Zentrum. Der Schlafraum entspricht den Fotos. Der zum Zimmer gehörende Kühlschrank war eine Gefriertruhe. Das Badezimmer ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Im extrem kleinen Waschbecken steigt Wasser bzw. Lauge aus dem danebenliegenden Apartment hoch. Es gibt keinen Spiegel und als einzige Ablage dient ein unansehnliches und verfärbtes Regal, bei dem es sich um einen Spiegelschrank mit abmontierter oder abgefallener Tür handeln könnte. Insgesamt ist der ganze Innenhof sehr unaufgeräumt .
• Shawn (8/5): A quirky & basic but comfortable accommodation, great value for being central yet quiet. Great host. - Fabulous location in the historic centre - so easy to walk to everything, and feel "part of it". Very helpful host, who immediately responded when I had an issue. Lovely super-quiet air conditioner, which I used on fan setting to keep fresh air flowing (there's no window in the bedroom of the Suite). Old microwave oven broke (but host let me use one in the other room as it was unoccupied). Shower with instant water heating was quite warm but not really hot, even on the warmest "winter" setting - not a big problem, but not ideal.
• Renato (10/5): Ponto de referência na cidade. Amei - A localização é perfeita. Bem no meio do centro histórico. Proximo dos principais passeios e da vida noturna. Beber e voltar andando para o local é super satisfatório rsrsrs. O Anfitrial Tadeu é muito gente boa e está melhorando cada vez mais o local. A entrada pós porta principal é estreita e acabou ficando um cheiro forte do cachorro. Nada que incomode no quarto. O quarto é limpinho, porém ficam faltando detalhes de acabamento. Nada que a localização da Suite não passe por cima.

• Tara (6/5): It was someplace central to sleep but wouldn’t stay here again - Location was good. There was some sort of construction going on so the area outside the room was very messy. Bathroom was not clean. Only one plug socket so had to unplug the fan to be able to charge a phone.
• Dawana (10/5): rustic but very comfortable - The location of this casinha is in the heart of old town. It was as pictured. Though they were doing renovations, they were very considerate both with timing and cleaning up the construction. The bed was comfortable. The shower hot and good pressure. The internet strong and reliable. The fan was ssufficient for the weather so I didn't try the AC. It is not modern, but I was very comfortable here. The kitchen is simple but has everything for simple cooking, though the closest grocery is next to the bus station. The family was friendly and respectful and responded quickly to requests/questions. They offered use of their washing machine. The boat trip they offered was relaxing and interesting. Be aware if you have a roller suitcase the streets have large boulders and make it very difficult, if not impossible to roll. Returning to the bus station I found crossing the river and returning by the boardwalk much easier. Taxi can only come to 2 blocks away, so you still have a ways to carry/pull difficultly your luggage. Due to construction the place became very dusty each day. They are nearing completion so this should go away. A bedside light and plug-in would be nice. But a long extention cord to the bathroom outlet allowed for easy overnight charging of electronics.
• Katie (8/5): Great little apartment in a traditional stone house in the centre of Paraty. - Although it was an older unit, at the back of the host's home, it was quiet and there was privacy. There was constant hot water, with good pressure, a comfortable bed and pillow. Overall, a pleasant stay. We took a boat tour with the host for a reasonable price and had a very enjoyable day. Responsive and friendly hosts! No issues, we had a pleasant stay. 😊
