• Rica (7/5): Good place to stay if the heater is fixed. - It was clean and spacious. Good location. We contacted the owner as the house was cold and could not get the heater to work. She informed us she didn’t think it would be cold-so she turned it off. She instructed us how to turn it on, but it still did not work. This was around 3pm on the first day of our stay. We texted multiple times to get help and did not hear back from the owner until 8pm the next night. At that time she came over and decided the heater was broken. She offered space heaters at this time but it was pointless as we were going to bed and leaving early the next morning. Also, the on demand water heater for the showers were very touchy. We found only one person at a time could shower and don’t flush a toilet during that time.

• Ulrike (10/5): - Die schönste Unterkunft bisher auf dem Camino. Sehr gutes Restaurant gleich nebenan, der Supermarkt ist gegenüber. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier einchecken. Absolut empfehlenswert.

• Maria (10/5): Clean good location, responsive host but unusable washing machine. - Clean and reasonably priced Washing machine not cleaned due to prolonged period of non usage BUT host willing to give us compensation for laundry expense unfortunately digital payment is probably only used here in europe so i had to decline offer.

• Fanny (9/5): Superb - full furnished aparment, there is no breakfast, but we can buy frozen pizza, bread in the evening, and cook inside the apartment. Luggage transfer Pilbao also had known this aparment, I can get our luggage no problem. We arrive quite late and we take the keys from restaurant near the apartment, but the restaurant staf just deliver the key, he doesnt know the apartment location, luckily it is easy to follow direction using google map.

• Marcela (9/5): Superb - Host met us for check in which was a nice touch! The space was great and very cutely decorated. Very spacious and close to the main part of town.
• Figueroa (1/5): Worst stay on the camino. - The place was not bad. The problem is that the person managing it does such a pathetic job. We did not know how to get in upon arrival. I asked the host to meet us at the property and she refused. I do not speak Spanish and she did not speak any English. I had to get someone from the street to interpret. We found out we had to go to a bakery to get the keys. The keys were not at the bakery. The bakery told the host some guys picked already picked up the keys. When we got on the phone, she hung up on us. At first we thought it was double booked, and later realized the luggage company forgot to bring back the keys to bakery. It should not be this difficult to enter the property. Also, she should have sent the instructions earlier so we would have time to translate. Also, NO HOT WATER!!!

• Tracey (10/5): Exceptional - Literally top class apartment with absolutely everything needed for a short or long stay. Beautiful decor, quiet street, superb rooms etc etc. Only a few yards from the camino route. Cannot recommend highly enough. Oh and the hostess is so friendly and helpful also 😊

• Allen (10/5): Great apartment. - Great apartment after a long, wet day on the Camino. We were able to cook our meals and the Main Street with access to supermarkets, restaurants, laundromats, etc was close. Also, it's pretty close to the Camino for starting the next day. It does have a washer but it doesn't have a dryer. However, there is a laundromat with a dryer nearby.

• Vanessa (5/5): Unfortunate that the lack of heating and hot water issues affected our stay. Otherwise it would have been perfect. - It was clean, great location, spacious. The hearing g did not work. Owner knew but never mentioned it to us until we advised her we could not work it. There was an open fire but owner had not thought to stock wood for us as an alternative heating source. There was no water during the night and no hot water in the morning.
