Me comuniqué con un día de anticipación para confirmar mi llegada y, para mi sorpresa, la anfitriona me informó que ya había alquilado el alojamiento a otra persona. No respetó la reserva y nos dejó sin hospedaje a último momento, generando un gran inconveniente. Considero que esto es una falta de compromiso y seriedad con los huéspedes.
