• Kevin (10/5): Fantastic villa set in a picturesque location with an elevation that provides a perfect view from both the property and - Beautiful contemporary villa set in a picturesque location which would be difficult to replicate. The property is pristine in its decoration and is so well equipped that you will not find yourself needing something and being unable to find it. The infinity pool is great and provides the perfect setting for the view across a paddock with 2 pretty donkeys, framed by pretty flora and forna which lead your eye directly to the sea - it is quite simply magnificent! Set on a hillside, the layout of the villa spans multi levels. The internal space is characterful and interesting with no two spaces being the same. The high ceilings accentuate the feeling of space, it is indeed a spacious property. There are lots of seating spaces throughout the property with a variety of settings, terraces, communal or private in a bedroom to read a book. There is plentiful parking space at the rear and a large turning area set among a small fruit tree grove that is backed by a natural screen of pine trees. We visited at the beginning of October 2025 and found the setting to be extremely peaceful. It felt a privilege to experience such a lovely space and setting. Difficult, personally, I loved the property and enjoyed our stay immensely. It delivered on all the levels promised. Perhaps others might find the location of the property remote, but for me this was part of its appeal. Worthy of note is that the driveway from the road to the property is extremely steep however, again, this is to be expected with a hillside property. The hire of a car is highly recommended, however, we sufficed using taxis to get around. We walked to the town of Koskinou on a couple of occasions, which is a pretty, uphill journey, however, be mindful, this was tricky as the first half of the journey is aside a busy road with no pavement.

• Mark (10/5): Stunning villa - The place is o a different level, the view from the pool was amazing the pictures online don't do it justice. The location was spot on very quiet apart from local barking dogs. Koskinou its self if a lovely proper Greek village offering a handful of lovely taverns to eat and drink, not a dodgy sports bar in site. We will be back next year for sure. Nothing

The holiday Villa could not have been better! - We liked everything: lay-out of the villa, air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen. the pool, the view from the pool, grill, warm welcoming, The Villa was super clean and well-situated. The WiFi worked well. One extra bathroom would have been icing on the cake :). The mosquito net door to the pool area was a bit clumsy but it did the job.
