- Ellie (1/5): Shocking stay if I’m completely honest! - The photos were extremely misleading. The sofa was propped up with a foldable step stool, and there was mould throughout the property. The walls were filthy and cracked in multiple areas, adding to the overall poor condition. The boiler cupboard had a large hole at the bottom, and the table was unstable, supported by a single pole that looked close to collapsing. Despite there being no food in the fridge or freezer, there was still a strong, unpleasant smell.

- Beth (7/5): Was close to the venue we were going to so served us well! - Comfy beds, clean and tidy. Didn't really like the area

- Seyi (10/5): My trip was an excellent experience overall. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-equipped, offerin - Very comfortable for family trip
- Jack (4/5): I would not recommend this place to anyone - It’s very clear when you enter the property that the photos used on here are old as the walls are covered in marks and dirt with chunks of paint hanging off. Not only was that apparent upon entering but we were instantly hit with the smell of damp and later found damp/mould around the kitchen window and bathroom window. The sofa is covered in marks. We were told the cleaner had been and cleaned the property literally just before we checked in yet when we went to use the oven we were shocked to find a pile of mouldy chips that’s had clearly been in there a while and mould on the bottom of the oven. On the second day of staying here the boiler must have broken as we had no hot water or heating anymore.
- Letisha (1/5): - Nothing There was no hot water or heating over all it was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at I feel like I was catfish and I would like a refund of what I’ve payed as this place was apparently cleaned before I arrived but when I got they it was disgusting to the point we couldn’t even sleep in the beds and we definitely couldn’t sleep when it was so cold as there was not heating it absolutely ridiculous and I’m very disappointed in this property
- Alice (6/5): Ideal for an Oasis gig as everywhere was fully booked but the area is far too scary and wouldn’t want to therefore stay - The property itself is modern and has all the things you’d need for a short stay. The area, there was loud music constantly and drugs being taken outside. Felt very intimidated. The property seems to have been renovated cheaply.
- Craig (10/5): Ideal, decent location and very clean. - Perfect for what we needed and a good standard.
- Jolene (9/5): Basic but clean and comfortable - Perfect for our group - clean and beds were comfortable
- Daniel (8/5): Very good -
- Graham (8/5): Very good -
