If the property indicates linen is not included, linen packs are available for hire at $45 per King, Queen, or Double pack, and $35 per Single pack. Beds can be made up for an additional $10 per bed. Please contact us to arrange.
By confirming this reservation, you will be required to accept Forster Accommodations rental agreement which will include, the Short Term Rental (STR) Code of Conduct and the applicable Strata By Laws for your property.
We do not allow for schoolies groups or parties of any nature.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

- Nicole (8/5): Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious and the views amazing. - The ease of booking and collecting the keys for the property was very easy. The management staff were also welcoming and friendly. There are a lot of stairs at the property. Some of the sensor lights did not work which made using them at night quite dangerous. The gardens would have been even more lovely if they had of been weeded.
- Fiona (5/5): - The location is quiet with a lovely outlook. Well maintained gardens and plenty of parking. There were spots of mould on the bedding, mould on blinds, airconditioning didn't reach the upstairs bedrooms. The place was tired.

- Nikki (8/5): Very accomodating - Close to beach, double garage , toboggans for dune surfing. Very well stocked with saucepans,glasses etc staff were helpful . Clean and great size bedrooms . Air con didn’t work very well but just bought out a fan and opened doors . It was probably due to humidity more so
- Cathie (6/5): Pleasant - We would like to stay there again as the property is spacious, suitable for a large group if you are prepared to share 2 full bathrooms and has a great view of the coast south of Forster. However, maintenance of the property and its amenities need improvement and need to be rectified for us to do so. It didn't affect us, but access is not possible for wheelchairs and the number of stairs to access the property will be a challenge for people with mobility issues. A big thanks to Forster Accommodation who manage the property for their assistance.

- Carroll (10/5): Great holiday house to stay comfortably with 12 people! Perfect location to enjoy Forster - Beautiful view through the oversized windows in the living room. Incredible location only a 2 minute walk to the top of the north one mile sand dune. The downstairs deck with plenty of seating was perfect for evening dinners.
