• Sue (8/5): Lovely, comfortable space with lots of room - Our host was fantastic, even bringing us regular bottled water deliveries so we didn't have to carry it, which was much appreciated With a triple carriageway very close by, there was a lot of round the clock traffic noise. So the large outdoor space (the main reason we chose this apartment) wasn't the relaxing space we'd hoped for. It was also a slightly longer commute than expected into Athens centre, but with the tram close by it was an easy route

• Dv (7/5): Bonne location si il est rafraîchi (humidité) - L'emplacement est très bien pour la tranquillité. La literie de la Master bedroom est super ! L'appartement est très sympa et bien achalandé. Le prix proposé au moment de notre location était intéressant et nous avons pris 3 jours supplémentaires vu que nous avions besoin d'un logement pour un repos post opératoire. Il y a un gros problème d'humidité dans l'appartement qui fait que les murs s'effrites et il y a beaucoup de traces d'humidité. Ce qui est vraiment désagréable ce sont les plinthes qui se décolles et laisse apparaître de la moisissure. L'appartement a besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement et d'un ménage plus minutieux, si je peux me permettre.

• Polina (10/5): Sehr zufrieden 🤩Unterkunft, Lage und Gastgeber top. - Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben, alles super sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen! 🇬🇷 Keine Kritik alles top! 🔝🥇
• Еваделия (10/5): - Очень уютная квартира,удобное расположение. Рядом остановки трамвая и автобуса.до центра Афин ехать примерно 26 остановок,что составляет 30 минут. В этой части курсируют экскурсионные автобусы,что очень удобно. Тихий уютный район. Недалеко есть магазин пекарня и несколько кафе рядом. Вид из квартиры потрясающий,огромный балкон с мебелью. На кухне есть всё необходимое для приготовления пищи. Есть стиральная машина,нам это было как нельзя кстати так как мы прилетели из Санторини и была необходимость в стирке. Соседей не слышно. Хозяин и его мама были очень приветливы и готовы прийти на помощь по любым вопросам. В гостиной нас ждал комплимент в виде бутылочки вина.

The deck is large and has a view of the water and you are right across from several popular beach clubs Honestly, I can’t think of a thing that I did not like

Mike fue un gran anfitrión, nos estaba esperando para recibirnos e incluso nos dejó bebidas frias en la nevera.. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para la estancia. 100% recomendable. • KIM (10/5): Een heerlijk en zorgeloos verblijf in een prachtig, gezellig en perfect gelegen logement - We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad! Het logement is prachtig: heel mooi ingericht, super comfortabele bedden en gelegen op een toplocatie. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig, en we voelden ons echt in de watten gelegd. De huurder was ontzettend gastvrij en stond steeds klaar om onze vragen te beantwoorden. We kijken met een warm gevoel terug op ons verblijf en raden dit adresje absoluut aan!

• Wendy (9/5): - Wij zijn een gezin met 2 tieners van 16 en 17 jaar en hebben geboekt voor 15 nachten in deze prachtige 5p penthouse op de 4e etage met lift en eigen parkeerplaats voor onze huurauto. De host is supervriendelijk, direct bereikbaar, erg behulpzaam met tips voor uitjes en stond ons op te wachten met een mooi welkomstgeschenk. Het appartement is zeer ruim, schoon, licht, reeds voorzien van alle basis keuken- en badkamerartikelen, afwas- en wasmachine, snelle Wi-Fi,  goede airco, héérlijke boxsprings en heeft een enorm terras met uitzicht op zee en de bergen. Stranden (gratis of betalend) met leuke beach bars (Bolivar Beach Club een aanrader voor ouders die van een drankje& dansje houden ;-), tram en busverbinding naar Athene centrum meteen aan de overkant. Restaurants, bars, supermarkten, een heerlijke bakker op slechts enkel minuten lopen en een hypersupermarkt op min 7 rijden. We hebben genoten van onze gezinsvakantie in het mooie Athene, tijdens onze meerdere roadtrips in het vaste land én Astric Seaview Penthouse... dankjewel Michael!

It's a great location, run by a responsive and helpful host, and last but not least, the property itself is just amazing. I do not think I can do it justice in words. Have a look at the photos and you will understand. The only thing I did not like is that I had to leave and not extend my stay.
• Władysław (10/5): Exceptional - This penthouse in Athens was just unreal! It was huge and had tons of space. The view was amazing – you could see both the mountains and the sea. The place had everything we needed, and the owner was so nice. He even left us candy, wine, champagne, and other yummy stuff. Plus, there was always cold water in the fridge. Everything was just great! The bed was super comfy, like a dream. And the owner was really friendly and always happy to help us out with anything or give us tips. We loved it!
• Sue (10/5): Perfect stay. We slept well and the place was immaculately clean. - Very clean modern apartment with everything you need for a stay away from home. Mike went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we required. The apartment was like home away from home with fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, a safe, coffee & tea facilities, bottled water, toiletries, basically anything you would need. Large terrace, lift access nice neighbourhood. Fabulous cafe/cocktail bar across the main road on the beach which did a good selection of food and drinks. Nothing! Maybe the sea view was restricted but everything else was spot on so this wasn’t an issue.

• James (10/5): Amazing place with a great host - The apartment was amazing. Recently renovated with a very nice and cozy design. The host was super friendly and helpful and he made sure that the apartment was cleaned before the next guests. The only thing that wasn't great is the beach that's a couple minutes away on foot. This is obviously not the fault of the host but it is something to keep in mind. However there are plenty of beaches close by if you have a car that are much nicer.

The mattress and the pillows were extremely comfortable and we had a great sleep. The owner was super helpful, responded immediately and did his best to help us with all our needs.
