- Damjan (10/5): - Gospod je sam poskrbel za vso našo prtljago, pomagal z nasveti. Pohvalno je tudi, da smo po odhodu, ko smo zapustili apartma, lahko pustili kovčke pri njih v pisarni, da jih do odhoda na vlak nismo rabili nositi s seboj po ulicah. Vse je bilo zelo mirno, udobne postelje. Občutek varnosti ti daje tudi vratar, tako da nas ni nič skrbelo. Wifi ima blokiran dostop do nekaterih spletnih strani, ki jih vsakodnevno uporabljam in za katere je potrebna prijava, tako da do njih nisem mogel dostopati. TV je neuporaben, tako da ga nismo uporabljali. Slabši izbor posode, vendar nismo veliko kuhali zaradi pestre izbire ulične hrane.

There are lot of restaurants, shops, places of interest around. Taxim square is 300 meter from the property. The apartment features modern furniture and a fully equipped kitchen and dinning room, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a private parking in the basement for the guests. Probably one of the best choices in central Istanbul. I will definitely choose it for the next stay. Nothing

- Darren (10/5): Superb apartment, Friendly, Kind and helpful people. - The apartment was perfect with full facilites (even umbrellas), it felt safe and secure. Everyone helped with anything we needed from taxi's to eSIMS, they were very kind to our family from check in to check out. The location couldn't have been better for restaurants, bars and visiting all that Istanbul has to offer. For me personally I was unsure of how Turkish people would feel towards us having never been there before. I was surprised at the welcome we recieved and it continued throughout the trip. Having visited many countries through work and holidays I must say Turkey is now our favourite place, we will definitely return in the autumm to visit the sites we did not manage to see. Absoulutly nothing.

Location near Taksim Square was excellent for us. The apartment was well maintained and had everything we needed (and more). Bedding was of a good quality and beds were comfortable. Having a bathroom for each of the bedrooms was great. Some written details about the property would have been helpful e.g. what to do with our rubbish, whether we could put toilet paper down the toilet, etc

- Nadezhda (8/5): - Приветливый персонал, максимально быстро старался решать наши вопросы. Не уходила вода в раковине, на следующий день починили. Организовали трансфер, очень удобно. Рядом метро. Не понравился район вокруг апартаментов, проститутки, тут же женщины с маленькими детьми, сидящие на земле. Мы снимали аппартаменты в 2 уровня, очень мягкий матрас в спальне, спать невозможно. На втором уровне поставили раскладной диван, тоже невозможно было спать, очень жесткий, на него бы какой-то матрас. На кухне не хватает минимум для готовки - масло, соль, разделочная доска. Кушали вне дома, только завтрак хотели готовить в апартаментах. Старая сковородка, её нужно заменить.

Walking back to the apartment at night from Taksim Square was a bit intimidating with the trans prostitutes on the road down.
- Almaz (9/5): Рекомендую - Персонал очень отзывчив, всегда был на связи и давал рекомендации и ответы на вопросы. Здание апартамента (Taksim 360) чистое, уютное. Сам апартамент также, комфортный, но нами забронированный номер оказался маловат для нас (2 взрослый и 1 ребенок 7 лет), но это не проблема объекта размещения, при желании можно забронировать номер побольше. В апартаменте есть - мини кухня (газова электро-плита, холрдильник, кухонные принадлежности, духовка толи микроволновка - не разобрался), стиральная машина, Smart телевизор, Wi-Fi интернет на хорошей скорости. Номер чистый. Сменное белье присутствует в шкафах. Горячая вода в душевой кстати с хорошим напором. Если с аэропорта IST будете доезжать автобусом HAVA IST - то с конечной станции Taksim минут 10-15 ходьбы до апартамента. В здании с уличной стороны есть аптека, продуктовый магазин, кофейня и др. У выхода с апартамента - автобусная остановка. В 5 минутах ходьбы есть Starbucks. В прогулочную улицу Истиклял можно добраться пешком - дойти до площади Taksim минут 10 ходьбы, или если идти в сторону Starbucks есть светофор и переход, можно пройти и подняться по уличкам в сторону Истиклял. Я бы хотел порекомендовать укомплектовать немного душевую комнату - поставить мини наборы (гель для душа, шампунь, зубную пасту и щетку одноразовую). Не нашел утюг в комнате, возможно при запросе предоставили бы, благо у нас был паровой мини утюг. В гостиной предусмотрен только 1 стульчик, маловато, рекомендую дополнить хотя бы 2-3 стульями.

- Nurcan (10/5): Séjour exceptionnel dans un appartement impeccable, calme et parfaitement équipé. - Très bel appartement, spacieux, très propre et bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, 2 salles de bain…). La Wi-Fi est très rapide. L’appartement est bien situé et très calme, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Le parking privé est un vrai plus car il est difficile de trouver une place dehors, même si l’accès est un peu étroit. La personne qui nous a donné l’accès à l’appartement a été très accueillante, serviable et facilement joignable pendant tout le séjour. Je recommande sans hésitation. Franchement rien de négatif à signaler, tout s’est très bien passé

To enter the bathroom you have to pass through the bedroom which was a little uncomfortable because we booked for three people and one of us slept in the living room. Maybe not all of the apartments are situated like the one we had. Overall it was very good.

- Nicoleta (10/5): - Apartamentul a foist foarte aproape de piata Taksim si de strada Istiklal si foarte curat . Este pozitionat pe lateral, astfel este ferit de zgomotul stradal. Parcarea este un mare plus, fiind sbterana si pazita Aceasta se afla in aceeasi cladire cu apartamentul si se coboara cu liftul. As reveni oricand cu placere!

- ADELINA (10/5): I recommend - explore the contradictory cosmopolitanism of Istanbul - Regarding the walking area in the old part Taksim Meydanı and Istiklal Caddesi, the location is excellent. The hotel is two modern boulevards, and the area itself is authentic - narrow, steep streets with laundry spread over pedestrians, children playing directly on the street... in general, the neighborhood evokes very contradictory feelings. But the 360 degree project in this neighborhood is an attempt to bring in the new and modern. The hotel office sign on the boulevard side should be more visible, large, and recognizable. There are many hotels there and the office from which check-in is done is almost undetectable.
- Sohaib (5/5): Great location but disappointing management - The location was great, in the heart of Taksim. The furnishing at the apartment was modern and nice. The bed was comfortable We booked the apartment one night before and received a welcome message from the property. When we arrived at the property the next day with the whole family and the luggage, they informed us that there was a system glitch due to which the 2 bedroom apartment was seen available in the system at a much lower price whereas in reality it was not available or available at a higher price. They cancelled our booking. When I protested they offered to refund the full amount and make available a one bedroom apartment. We didn't want it but had no choice. The staff didn't have the decency to apologize for their mistake, neither informed us before we took a 2 hour ride to come to the property from across town. If they did, we would have found another 2 bedroom apartment elsewhere.

- Айгерим (6/5): - First of all, I didn’t like the location. The building is situated not far from a dangerous area, which is within walking distance from the apartment hotel. Secondly, the apartments do not match the description. I booked a 70 sq.m. apartment, but in reality, we were placed in a 40 sq.m. one. It was also stated that our apartment would have both a sea view and a city view, and that there would be a balcony. However, in reality, there was no balcony and no view of either the city or the sea. I chose and paid for the most expensive apartment among all the options, but what we received did not match the description on Booking at all. There were no kitchen utensils, no toothbrushes, and no toothpaste. Moreover, if you want to cancel your reservation, they will not cancel it under any circumstances. If you have paid, consider that you will not get your money back. Overall, they are scammers. I believe that all the positive reviews were not left by real people.

Despite the area's older far from ideal reputation, the condo feels totally safe with 24/7 security guards. There's a lot of construction around and when it all finishes, the area will for sure upscale in total. The apartment is very well equipped and clean with as regular cleaning service as you choose. The owners were very polite helpful and always available. In total a great experience and we'll most certainly return! The fact that we didn't have more time!

Taksim square and the busy street with shops and restaurants just 500 m away. Still some construction works continue in the area of the complex. When finish will be really perfect place !!!

The apartment was also spacious. Location was not great as it was not easy to find. The cab was unable to drop us at the apartment block as it was on a side road that is not accessible by vehicles. Attention to details can be improved (e.g., kettle was initially unavailable, TV does not work, kitchen crockery was limited, and lint in the dryer was not cleaned).
