• Fabrizio (4/5): - In parte la posizione, la cucina interna La stanza, la pulizia, l'odore, il servizio scadente (ho chiesto degli asciugamani puliti e decenti e sono stato semplicemente clemente ignorato)

В общем мы переночевали первый день и просто уехали так как не могу там больше находиться. + у них эти номера не в самом квартирном здании а внутри дворика там где люди мусор с квартир выкидывают
• Martin (1/5): - Die Lage war das einzige Schimmel im Badezimmer und das Waschbecken komplett verdreckt und die Dusche schmutzig. Der Boden im ganzen Apartment nicht gesaugt. Die Handtücher eine frechheit. Bin nach einer Nacht abgereist wegen dem Schimmel.

• Deborah (5/5): Evitate!! - Abbastanza centrale La pulizia pari a zero, per terra pieno non si poteva camminare scalzi e formiche, capelli in bagno, doccia intasata con qua stagnante per tutto il periodo di soggiorno, zero risposta da parte della reception. 25€ COSTO DELLA PULIZIA INESISTENTE!! Portatevi le asciugamani da casa!! Abbiamo pernottato 5 giorni, con un asciugamano che sembrava I tappeti che si mettono per terra dopo la doccia, quindi molto corto, senza altre asciugamani. Stoviglie sporche così come del resto tutto l'appartamento. No telecomando della tv. Allego le foto di come abbiamo trovato la stanza quando siamo entrati per la prima volta. Era ancora da fare, il tipo ha cambiato solo le lenzuola e sti due tappeti del bagno che erano gli asciugamani, più volte ho scritto se potessimo avere
• Giulia (4/5): - Il soggiorno purtroppo non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un solo asciugamano a testa e un unico rotolo di carta igienica già aperto per un soggiorno di 5 giorni. Abbiamo subito contattato l’host per richiedere asciugamani aggiuntivi e altra carta igienica. Ci è stato detto che sarebbero arrivati il giorno dopo, ma nonostante i nostri messaggi di sollecito ogni sera, il tutto è stato consegnato solo la domenica sera, quando saremmo ripartite la mattina successiva. Abbiamo inoltre trovato diversi piatti completamente sporchi, lasciati dagli inquilini precedenti. Non essendoci guanti né il necessario per pulire in modo adeguato, ci siamo rifiutate di occuparcene. Mancavano anche stracci e asciugamani di ogni tipo (per i piatti, per il viso, per il corpo o per i piedi dopo la doccia). Io e la mia amica abbiamo dovuto condividere i due soli asciugamani forniti, usandoli per corpo, capelli e viso, senza alcuna alternativa. La doccia tende ad allagare il bagno e, non avendo stracci né asciugamani di ricambio, non abbiamo potuto asciugare il pavimento senza compromettere gli unici asciugamani a disposizione. Anche la carta igienica è stata un problema, dovendo centellinarla per tutta la durata del soggiorno. L’appartamento in sé è molto carino e in un’ottima posizione, ma queste mancanze basilari hanno reso il soggiorno davvero scomodo. Con maggiore attenzione ai dettagli e una gestione più puntuale delle richieste degli ospiti, l’esperienza potrebbe essere decisamente migliore

• Ulugbek (3/5): - Administration was good and helpful ! Possibility of self check in! This is not a proper apartment I do not recommend people who really want to rest or save money! The bad was very narrow for two people. Kitchen facilities were terrible! Location was around 2km from city center and you have to walk much! If you cook the small of dishes cannot go outside! Very noisy evenings as there were thin walls even talking of neighbors can be easily heard!

• Λαιμός (2/5): Κάτω του μετρίου - Ήταν αρκετά άνετο από άποψη χώρου. Ήταν σε κοντινή απόσταση απο στάση μετρό και από το κέντρο ήταν 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Δεν ήταν καθαρός ο χώρος. Αρχικά στο κρεβάτι δεν υπήρχε στρωμένο σεντόνι και υπήρχαν τρίχες και χνούδια στο στρωμα. Ήμασταν 2 άτομα και είχαν μόνο μια πετσέτα σώματος και καμιά πετσέτα προσώπου. Όταν ζητήσαμε άλλο ένα σετ μας είπε οτι κοστίζει έξτρα! Διευκρινισαμε ότι έχουμε κάνει κράτηση για 2 άτομα και δεν λάβαμε άλλη απάντηση. Επίσης δεν είχαν σαμπουάν και αφρολουτρα και τον βραστηρα δεν μπορούσαμε να τον χρησιμοποιήσουμε γιατί ήταν βρώμικος. Χαρτί υγείας είχαν μόνο 1!

• Zeljka (8/5): Good for a few days - Reading other reviews, we were a little worried before we arrived, but we had a good experience here. First off, the location is excellent, 5-6 min of walk away from the train station with a direct line to the Airport, and 1 min of walk away from the U1 metro line. If you prefer walking, the apartment is 10 min away from the center. There is a supermarket in the close proximity and plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. The apartment is small, but absolutely sufficient for a few days. We didn't cook there, but we noticed the kitchen had all the basics, the water heater, the microwave, pots and pans, etc. There was also a hairdryer and an iron. The space was generally clean, you can tell it was recently renowated. The bed was comfortable and since the apartment is located in the inner yard, it was very quiet throughout the night. The heating was also great. There was a musty smell coming from the bathroom, and some black - presumably moldy - stains on the floor. The bathroom doesn't have a window and needs to be ventilated and treared with an anti-mold cleaning agent more frequently. Also, the bath tub curtain needs a replacemnet.
• Carleen (1/5): Disappointed and extremely furious. - Location Black Mold covered the bathroom walls & shower tiles. Shower drained onto the bathroom floor. Old fish was left in the freezer. Washing machine would not drain/function. Owners told me I could cancel with no refund and could not relocate me. I moved out because the mold was making me sick. 🤢

• Simone (1/5): Pessimo - La posizione vicino la metro Dietro il letto completamente pieno di polvere e pieno di formiche ogni giorno un casino assurdo tra i ragazzini che fumavano davanti la porta e un via vai di gente che non si riusciva a riposare , mancavano le coperte matrimoniali abbiamo dormito su 1 divano letto aperto con un “materasso” di 2cm e due coperte singole neanche si sono degnati di darci le coperte matrimoniali .
• Klaudie (2/5): Katastrofa prolezlá plísní - Dobrá lokalita ubytování Matoucí informace k check-inu (informace jsme získali dle recenzí). Ubytování se nachází ve velmi špinavém vnitrobloku (na úrovni sklepů). V jiných recenzích bylo napsáno, že jde cítit plíseň - bohužel je plísní prolezlý celý pokoj i koupelna. Vůbec nám v tak plesnivém a zdraví škodlivém prostoru nebylo dobře. Když jsme přišli do pokoje, pračka byla zapnutá - nevěděli jsme jak s tím naložit, hostitel nekomunikoval dostatečně rychle. K ložnímu prádlu jsme dostali pouze dva malé ručníky, které nebyly dostačující.

• Laura (4/5): Podría estar mucho mejor - La ubicación del apartamento estaba bien. La parada de metro queda a poco más de 5 minutos y te deja en el centro. Además, la comunicación con el anfitrión no era mala. Cama cómoda y apartamento con potencial. Si quieres comprar comida tienes varias tiendas cercanas. Si pones la ubicacion en google maps te llevará a dos calles de diferencia, estuvimos preguntando por la zona hasta que por suerte encontramos el lugar y no tuve que llamar al anfitrión. Es cierto que hay cacas de pájaro en la entrada, pero no es algo relevante. Cosas que cambiaría: la puerta de la entrada tiene una parte de cristal por lo que desde fuera se ve fácilmente toda la zona de la cocina y el baño si tienes la luz encendida. Por otra parte, la limpieza era escasa y nos habían dejado toallas y sábanas de las almohadas en la secadora. Nos encontramos con la bolsa de basura repleta de la anterior reserva (imaginamos). En el baño, las toallas eran pequeñas y encontramos una mancha de humedad en la pared (aunque entendemos que por la humedad de la zona puede pasar eso). Por último, no había ni una escoba para barrer ni un trapo para limpiar la mesa, sólo un estropajo y un jabón de fregar platos. Sí, el precio es bastante tentador, pero el apartamento tiene potencial para más. La limpieza es un mínimo.

• Raul F. (5/5): - - A localizacao era ótima, muito perto de metrô e ponto de ônibus. Lugar silencioso. O apartamento conta com máquina de lavar roupa e secadora, cozinha equipada com utensílios. O lugar parece ser novo ou recentemente reformado. O apartamento é localizado na parte de baixo do prédio, como num jardim. O acesso nao é coberto. Na parte externa, escada e próximo a porta, há muitos dejetos de pombos. O ralo do banheiro entupiu depois de dois dias. Só tem uma tomada perto da cama. Como é um apartamento sem muita ventilacao, alguns pontos tem cheiro de mofo.

• JUGAD (1/5): Überall Schimmel! - nichts, da wir direkt wieder abgereist sind Wir sind in der Unterkunft angekommen und mussten leider feststellen, dass sich sehr viel Schimmel in der Wohnung befindet. Schon beim Betreten war ein starker, modriger Geruch wahrnehmbar und der Schimmelbefall ist an mehreren Stellen sichtbar. Da Schimmel ein erhebliches Gesundheitsrisiko darstellt, war es uns nicht möglich, in der Unterkunft zu bleiben. Wir mussten kurzfristig eine alternative Unterkunft organisieren. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der untersten Etage eines Hinterhofs und wirkt eher wie ein Kellerraum als wie eine bewohnbare Wohnung. Der Hinterhof ist feucht, riecht unangenehm und dient zudem als Abstellplatz für Mülltonnen. Selbst Lüften beseitigt den Geruch nicht. Nicht empfehlenswert.

• Rémi (5/5): Logement bien placé avec des problèmes d’humidité et d’écoulement de la douche, sans interlocuteur. - L’emplacement est à environ 15 min du centre à pied. L’appartement se situe en rez-de-chaussée sur cour et donc tranquille globalement. Il dispose d’un équipement de lave-linge et sèche-linge pratique pour les longs voyages. Fortes odeurs d’humidité malgré la ventilation, il n’existe qu’une fenêtre sur cour. L’écoulement de la douche ne se fait pas bien malgré un signalement au propriétaire.
• asia (5/5): - posizione relativamente vicino al centro host davvero poco reperibile, c’erano solo due asciugamani (piccoli)+un altro nella lavatrice, oltre al sapone per i piatti non c’era altro, né in bagno né altrove, quasi tutte le posate e i piatti erano sporchi, così come il pavimento, bastava poggiare lo zaino a terra per risollevarlo colmo di polvere. Appartamento molto più piccolo rispetto alle foto qui caricate e perennemente umido.
• Peter (1/5): Muffiges Appartement in einem schmutzigen Hinterhof - nichts Schon vor dem betreten des Appartements sit massenweise Taubenkot auf der Stiege und im Hof aufgefallen. Beim öffnen der Türe ist uns ein modriger Geruch entgegengekommen. An ein schlafen war aufgrund des extremen Geruchs nicht zu denken, was wir dann im Auto gemacht haben. Der Duschvorhang war schmutzig oder schimmlig. Wir haben auch für spätere Rückfragen Fotos gemacht.
• Isabella (8/5): it’s a good place to stay i you want calm - It had easy access and was well connected to the city center. We go there in less than 15min and also walking distance to the prater. The room is big and kitchen had all basic amenities The only thing we lack was a full size mirror o some cleaning towels for the kitchen. But those are small details of our preference :)

• Cozanne (8/5): Good location and price - It was well equipped; kitchenette, washer and dryer. Its located at a yard so it may be slightly confusing at first. Location is just a walking distance to the nearest supermarket and the train station. There were alot of restaurants nearby as well but considering i travelled during Christmas, most of the shops are closed during those times There is a small window by the entrance door which is slightly uncomfortable as there are people who sometimes would smoke or chill around the yard area

• Steven (8/5): Nice location, convenient and very reasonably priced - I would stay here again. - Well situated just around the corner from a subway station, yet private and tucked away and surrounded by local places to eat and drink. The Danube was just a 20 minute walk away too. Free wifi and a tv with access to the usual subscription channels if you have your log-in details with you. There is a local shop on the same street, open until 8pm. The washer and dryer were easy to operate. I was told to go to the yard - this was through a glass door and wasn't immediately obvious to me at first. Being in a tall courtyard, telephone signal was almost non-existant whilst in the flat. There is a patch of mould forming on the bathroom ceiling - the extractor fan turns off immediately when the light is turned off, I think this is the cause. Just the leave the light on a few more minutes.
• Gleb (7/5): Nice place to sleep & go - The apartment is located quite close to the Praterstern station. The whole area is nice. Lots of cafes and restaurants. The apartment has a big bed which is also nice. I had a lot of things to do in Vienna, so I stayed inside only for the sleep. For such an approach, the apartments are absolutely OK. You will be living in the yard of the building. It is a bit noisy cause someone services the trash bins in early morning, other guests can also be loud. Also keep in mind that your only window is also facing the yard (at least in the apartment where I used to live).
• Iulia (8/5): 8/10 - The room had all utilities you can ask for , very cozy and clean and location close enough to the city center. When we arived at the location the room had very humid air with a persistent mold smell . No mold whatsoever but just the smell of it. This was the only downside of things.

• Beáta__ (7/5): Good - The location was great, close to the city centre. The bed was very comfortable. It was impossible to communicate with the owner, he didn't pick up the phone and didn't reply to any messages. We had to figure out ourselves which was our apartment, it wasn't indicated anywhere. When we checked in, the drying machine was still working and there were food and medication left in the cupboards. The towels were very small. There was a coffee machine but we didn't get any coffee capsules.

• Roxana (3/5): Poor - The comunication was great, they replied immediately and gave exact details how to enter and where to find the keys. The location was also great There was a powerful smell of mold/humidity that wouldn't go away even with the door and window open for a long time
• Gwydion (1/5): Bad - Mould on the wall, on the utensils, in the freezer. Damp smell in apartment. Main shower head didn't work. Bathroom wouldn't dry. Thin small towels. There were things in the dryer upon arrival that weren't ours and were still damp. Bed uncomfortable. Surrounding building unfinished - not shown in photos or description. Main building door doesn't lock.

• Ruben (1/5): Just don't, pay a little bit more and get a proper place - Nothing against the place apart from being in a run down building Instructions on how to get there were lacking. Once found the place I tried to collect the keys but the code was not working. I called the number provided but the person I talked to was of no help, hanged up on me and never called back. At the end I tried in other doors and that's how I found out that the information provided about the room was wrong! This was 35 minutes of not being able to do anything, getting no help from the host the in cold without knowing if I would need to find some other place.
• Serena (7/5): Good - The owner of the house replied immediately when I called. The house is small but very comfortable and has everything needed for a stay of few days. The house is very warm. Close there is also a supermarket where to buy anything and it is an area full of restaurants, shops and bars. It is not mentioned on the check in information, but the main door of the building is always open, and the property is in an internal courtyard, so the key box is inside the building. Also, the towels given by the owner are small, so could be useful to have additional bigger ones.
