• Zillah (10/5): Fantastic place to stay - This is our favorite place is Bangkok. The owners are lovely, really helpful and always smiling. The room is perfect. Large, spacious, plenty of surface space, airy and impeccably clean. We get a large fridge and opening window with a fly screen and bars so you can leave them open when you go out. The location is perfect, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. I look forward to coming back again. Nothing

• Kase_Nino (9/5): Very pretty single room - The single room is really pretty with balcony! And very spacious in a very strategic but quiet location. Very clean too.Tony and his team is really nice and accomodating. Theres Late check out option with fair charge upon availability which is really great since i have evening flight. My private bathroom is downstair (which im already aware) it's a bit of hassle to walk down the stairs to do simple things like washing hands. But still my room is so pretty and very good price that I would comeback and stay again here!
• Ags (8/5): A cozy, homey stay in a quiet location with a comfortable and spacious room. - Located in a quiet area away from the noise, it has a very homey feel. The single room is a good size and includes a cozy night lamp, which isn’t always standard, but should be. My room was on the first floor, and the bathroom was one flight down on the ground floor, which wasn’t the most convenient.

• Patrick (10/5): - Tremendous stay. Absolutely tremendous. Let me tell you. The location is fantastic. Really great. Inside a gated complex and is very secure, very strong. You feel safe. The room itself has a push button lock and a padlock for when you leave. Double security. We love security. Nobody’s getting in there. Believe me. You walk in and boom there is a beautiful scent. Lavender, lemongrass. Smells like success. Very classy. The room is large, not tiny like some places. Big room. Spacious. Fridge in the room is very important. And they give you two large bottles of water. 1.5 litres. Large bottles! Not those pathetic little baby bottles some places give you. Sad! This is generous. Very generous. You’ve got a chair and also high chair with a table. Options. Flexibility. You’re not forced to sit on the bed like an amateur. You’ve got other places to put your ass. We appreciate that. Very comfortable setup. Bathroom situation is very smart. Slow-release toilet seat means no slamming, no drama. Sink is separate from the toilet and shower, located outside in the room. Different. Interesting. I like it. Towels are thick and luxurious. Not those thin, see-through towels that do nothing. These soak. They mean business. Plenty of toilet roll and nobody’s rationing you. We love abundance. And tissues provided are high quality. Not sandpaper. Good stuff. Overall, it is secure, spacious, generous and smells fantastic. A winning stay. Five stars. Maybe six

Offre diversi servizi non scontati come phon, bollitore con bustine di thè incluse e varie chiusure, sia del cancello che un lucchetto oltre a quella classica della porta Unico aspetto negativo ma inevitabile, vari rumori notturni dovuti alla vicinanza con la strada (ma locale con poco traffico) e ai muri sottili....stando nel centro di Bangkok è considerabile più che tranquilla per gli standard della zona!

• Monica (9/5): Vacanze in thailandia - Pensione molto particolare la reception è il soggiorno del proprietario le stanze si trovano in una struttura adiacente in una casa tradizionale. La camera era molto carina con pavimento in legno e un comodo letto, il bagno molto piccolino e un terrazzino non molto sfruttabile per il molto caldo, nell insieme mi è piaciuta. Comoda anche la posizione vicino al molo per prendere i battelli che viaggiano sul fiume e alla zona di khao san road piena di musica e localini. Il terrazzino non molto pulito, mentre l interno lo era, e la vicina di casa che ha parlato al telefono fino alle 2 di notte e siccome non ci sono finestre che sigillano i rumori e l altra casa si trovava a 1 metro di distanza sembrava di averla in camera..ma questo non è colpa del proprietario
• Therese (9/5): Great rooms in the separate building - Really nice place close to the busy streets but down a quiet side street. Spacious pretty and comfortable rooms with aircon. We were in a different building a few doors down so I’m not sure if there were any facilities in the main building. Kind woman who took us to our rooms. Would definitely stay in those rooms again! The shower was over the toilet which was a bit strange but it was hot and powerful so not really a problem for a quick shower! Kettle provided but no coffee or tea. We were a bit confused who was staff when we walked into the main building, it had more of a hostel vibe there so we were glad to be in a separate area and not have to go through.

• Birte (8/5): Perfekt zum akklimatisieren in der Stadt! - Die ruhige versteckte Lage ist super schön und gleich um die Ecke ist ein toller Night market. Das Zimmer ist perfekt eingerichtet für eine Person und der Balkon ein schöner Zusatz. Ich komme gerne wieder. Das Bad ist sehr klein und das Bett sehr hart aber trotzdem war alles okay:)

• jocelyne (10/5): Confortable et bien situé - Chambre spacieuse propre et literie confortable avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Douche chaude, frigo, bouilloire Le petit espace balcon pour le café du matin etait un vrai plus. Super bien située Seul bémol : La pompe à côté de la chambre qui se déclenche à chaque fois que quelqu'un tire de l'eau comme notre voisin du dessus tous les nuits entre 1h et 2h du mat.
• Ekaterina (10/5): Great stay - Perfect location for exploring the city: close to the boat station, walkable, and with buses available. A very lively and pleasant neighborhood with cute cafés and restaurants. The host was kind and helpful, the room spotless and comfortable, with a nice little balcony. The room also had a small fridge and a kettle. The bathroom is shared but clean and well maintained. Mosquitoes were a bit annoying at first, but I used mosquito repellent and everything was fine.

Il posto è vicinissimo al Phra Arthur, il molo da cui si prendono i battello con cui ci siamo mossi Stanza datata, da rivedere. Purtroppo (e questo non dipende dalla proprietà ma devo segnalarlo), avevamo vicini molto rumorosi, per tre notti non abbiamo potuto dormire in quanto usavano il patio davanti a casa come punto di incontro con amici, a qualsiasi ora della notte, a fumare, giocare e bere

• Mahawa (10/5): - Hôtel dans petites ruelle très au calme. Affaires de toilettes, bouilloire, bouteilles d'eau mit à disposition dès l'arrivée. On est arrivés bien avant le chek-in mais la gérante a gentiment acceptée de nous garder bagages le temps de flâner en ville. Gérante très disponible et réactive. Elle nous a conseillé un restaurant juste à droite de l'hôtel et c'était excellent le repas: MOOK restaurant à tester. ́nous ont a pris ûne chambre pour deux avec une douche privée. C'était de grande chambre et propre. Très bien situé sans avoir la cohue de Kao San Road.
• Carmen (9/5): - Was lovely budget accomodation. Very simple, but I thought very clean and efficient. The lady was lovely and let us leave our bags on the last day which was amazing. We got in late and had trouble finding the building (it is a bit hidden!) but she found us and checked us in. After that we were all good and was a fun little spot and much easier to navigate once you know where you are. I would recommend for someone wanting simple clean budget accomodation to get to know the area in Bangkok. Thank you 😊 Nothing, the bathroom is small but everything worked as it should. Also for the price it is no problem.

• Claire (8/5): - Good location close to riverboat pier, Khao San road, Old City attractions, and very quiet. Nice hosts allowed us to store our bags before checkin. Host was very responsive on WhatsApp. Very relaxed vibe in hotel and the neighbourhood. A few cafes and stores nearby convenient for picking up coffee, water and food. Room was pretty clean. It rained hard when we were here and we were afraid maybe there would be flooding as the river was overflowing nearby, but road drained well and no flooding for us in the end. Some insects got into the room to escape the water but that is to be expected with ground level. The room felt a bit basic, and no view, but it is a good budget option.

Located near the river ferry for access to the rest of the city and close to Khao San Road area too. The towels were quite strange - we thought they were blankets at first. The light in the toilet didn’t work.

• Maria (9/5): I'll definitely come back! - The location is amazing! The bus stop and boat pier are a 5 minute walk away from the hostel, you can get anywhere in Bangkok from here. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, we stayed 5 nights and it was perfect.There's plenty of space to organize your things, there's hot water in the shower and AC. It's great value for money and I would definitely stay here again! It can get a bit loud outside because the neighbors start working early, but the noise didn't bother us that much. The bed was a little bit hard for us, but that's just personal preference.
