• Juana María (10/5): - La tranquilidad de la urbanización. A pesar de encontrarse en pleno paseo con la playa a escasos metros, restaurantes, tiendas y demás reinaba el silencio. Todo estaba perfecto, limpieza, equipación de cocina, toallas para la playa,etc. Cuenta con piscina dentro de la urbanizacion y de una pequeña plaza donde los niños pueden estar sin peligro.

• Nigel (10/5): Would highly recommend - Communication with agency was first class which is always a positive. Beautiful apartment, so modern and clean. Location is perfect for restaurants and beach. Very safe , very central but still private. Would highly recommend this apartment. No faults
• Diarmuid (4/5): Accommodation was very disappointing - When we arrived the apartment had not been cleaned and was in an awful state. Also there was a bad leak in our bathroom which we contacted them about but no one came to fix it while we were there. Apartment was very central and very close to the beach. It's an awful pity that the apartment was in such a bad state because it wasn't cheap.

• Lou (4/5): Perfect location, great facilities, but dark and no balcony - Beds were very comfy, apartment was clean and had everything we needed, lots of extras like cleaning stuff, bin bags, tea bags, coffee pods and a Dolce Gusto machine. Even some books and board games. There was air con in the kitchen/sittingroom area and in one bedroom. Unfortunately, apartment is very dark, even with lights on. Bulb may be gone in ceiling light in second bedroom - just a lava lamp to light the room up.. We didn't contact the property to address this as we were out all the time. No balcony. There was a sort of closed greenhouse type room with windows and a roof. When the blinds were up, we were looking at a wall and a tree. This was very disappointing. The location was amazing though, literally down a ramp to the front of the complex, and then some steps to the strip, 2 minutes or less.

• Nicola (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment right beside the beach and central to everything. Very well kept and presented. Spotless and modern. Plenty of towels, comfy beds, big TV, tea and coffee machine.
• Corinne (6/5): Pleasant - Beautiful apartment. Excellent location Work goin on in Apartment above which we didn't know about. Barely got any sleep as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday morning we were awoken at 7 30am by hammering and drilling or clattering about. Complained on the Tues but no answer then again on Wed an was told the owners would be spoken to as shouldn't work till after 9am but the noise started at 8.10am.
• Always (9/5): Great location, but not the best spot on the complex. - Great little apartment in a brilliant location just over the road from the beach, pretty much equipped with everything needed. It was a bit dark inside, with hardly any natural light, it has 3 TV's two of which wouldn't switch on, could be batteries in the remotes needed replacing, or the wrong remotes for the TV's. There's really no outside area, apart from a couple of little chairs and tiny table on the front. Also I got the impression that the pool would be directly outside the apartment, it's not, it's up on a different block.
• Dunne (10/5): Exceptional - Location was perfect. Apartment was absolutely spotless. Lots of storage space. Very comfy beds. 3 televisions plus 3 remotes but no imput or connection. OK for a week but would not suit for longer as I normally stay around 3 weeks.

• Angela (9/5): Superb - Lovely apartment close to the strip and all it's restaurants and bars, but a very quiet location at night. Across the road from the complex was Playa Grande, a lovely clean beach. Apartment was well equipped for a couple, had everything, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and clothes airer, even had an outdoor line.. Air conditioning was very good in the kitchen/ living room and also in the main bedroom. Loads of hot water for the showers 🚿 Would recommend to anyone, a couple or family with one or two children... Wouldn't like to fit in 6 people to it, the second bedroom is a single bedroom in my opinion. We would happily return here on our next visit to Puerto del Carmen 😀 Really nothing to not like here.. A full sized ironing board would be great. And a couple of hooks or rail's in the bathroom to hang up towels near the shower. The shower area is a little compact, a single tray..
• Sukhdeep (8/5): Overall great stay. - Location is amazing very close to beach, bars and restaurants . Off street parking was there too. We had a wheelchair user and it was nice to have a ground floor apartment. The second bedroom is tiny with 1 single bed and another pull out one and this room does not have Air conditioning, so you have to leave door open and air conditioning on from living room to get cool.
• Mark (7/5): Good location, Too Expensive - Location is good. The cost was too high for this 1 bedroom apartment and a BOX room. We paid €1400 in total for 8 nights, and you can definitely get better and similar apartments in the same area for less than half the price. We have booked to go back next year for €650 in a similar area. The cleaning of the apartment should have been included in the overall price, add it on, and assume people will need cleaning every 2 or 3 days. The shower walls were dirty, and the shower knob that controls the temperature needs replacing. The swimming pool was freezing, nobody used it as it was too cold. Bed head boards need replacing. The box room is too small for adults.
• Janette (9/5): Brilliant - Right on the strip . Very comfortable and well equipped apartment the second bedroom is small but adequate. There is no maid service so you can wash your towels .I would most definitely stay there again

• E.shanahan (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent. Playa grande beach across the road On the strip beside brian boru and ceasers bowling Ir was a. Lovely bright clean apt however quite small for 6 of us (2ad 4ch) the shower was very very small. It had a pull out lever which if you hit off the water would turn off. The 2nd bedroom was very small no room to walk in if 2 people were sleeping in there
