Please note that there is a nonrefundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance/security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a SELFIE HOLDING THE ID to verify the booking details. The service fee is nonrefundable when the booking is canceled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox are a call-out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders, and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancelations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

- Gerry (7/5): Great location which compensated for the other deficiencies. - Location, Location, Location ! Decor is tired, overall cleanleness was not great, seats at dinning table were stained. Couch was in need of a serious deep clean. No vacum in the apartment which would have been useful. Balcony was really bad with ingreained dirt on the walls around the window frames, was unusable. Needs a deep clean. Key box was a pain to use, its tiny at the back of a large post box with a flap. Spoke with other guests in the building and all had a similar view. Only one set of keys provided.

Lock box didn’t lock so keys were exposed on arrival and I couldn’t lock them at the end. The apartment is above the bus depot which means it’s incredibly noisy during the night .. be warned!

Master bed is so soft and pillows to high so have bad neck as a result
Ridiculous form to fill in just to stay in apartment
Being told I’d broken something (window lock) which I’d never even used. Apartment too cold and noisy (as it’s above the street where the buses from the terminal travel)to open window. And I didn’t even know there was a window to open.
