- Sharon (10/5): Great place to stay for a group of friends, great place for facilities for food and independent shops and good road conn - The layout, facilities and furnishings were exceptional.
Its location is close by to independent shops, various food shops such as a fishmonger, butcher, green grocer, which have all but disappeared from most high streets. Also lots of good restaurants in walking distance. And Cockermouth has interesting heritage to explore. We were able bodied, but the steep step from the street level and the stairs up to the apartment would be impractical for anyone with a mobility issue.

- Brennan (9/5): As I believe we were the first people to stay here, there was a couple of concerns however only being minor. There was n - This property was pretty much everything we wanted. Great location, great size modern and comfortable. Unfortunately the dryer wasn’t working when we stayed.
Messaging / Communication was unfortunately an issue, as I had issues but it’s didn’t get resolved. Tried calling the number which they had left however it wasn’t much help.
The car parking and bins/recycling was unclear and not mentioned anywhere. As they are at the back of the building down a small side street.
