• James (9/5): Very easy, great location. Good value - Great location to access Ronda. Nice spacious apartment, balconies Ceilings need repairing and decorating but no big problem. We had issues parking even in the big paid car park and on any streets anywhere within the area but this isn’t the properties fault. I think the fact there were Easter parades etc meant there were a lot of people coming to Ronda on the few nights we were there.

• Alicia (1/5): Experiencia Desastrosa: Falta de Agua Caliente y un Anfitrión que No Cumple su "Palabra" - Ausencia de Agua Caliente: El agua caliente se agotaba a los pocos minutos, imposibilitando el uso normal de la ducha para dos personas. Incumplimiento de Limpieza: El apartamento no estaba limpio; encontramos zonas sucias, pelos y mantas manchadas. Aire Acondicionado Averiado: El AC no funcionaba correctamente. A pesar de que las ventanas eran de mala calidad, y del frio y la condensación se formaban charcos bajo la ventana. Falta de Profesionalidad del Anfitrión: El propietario reconoció los problemas in situ y se comprometió a devolvernos el 50% del importe. Sin embargo, 20 días después, no hemos recibido nada y ha dejado de responder a nuestros mensajes. Un servicio post-estancia lamentable. No recomendamos este alojamiento. Un anfitrión que no respeta sus propios compromisos escritos demuestra una falta total de seriedad. Esperamos que Booking.com tome medidas. ( Tenemos fotos como prueba)

• Vanesa (7/5): - La ubicación es inmejorable. Caminando a pocos minutos estás en el casco histórico. Es tranquilo y silencioso. Tiene todos los enseres necesarios para una corta estancia. La limpieza, tiene un problema de hormigas y necesita arreglos en el techo ya que tiene desconchones y da sensación de dejadez.

Room was really big and nice, with comfy bed. Equipment was perfect. All information were received before check-in, host was really kind and thoughtful. Thank you very much for such pleasant accommodation! I would definitely stay again and I would recommend this apartment to others. Only super small thing was a little bit of mold in the bathroom (I assume this was caused by the isolation of the building). Other than that, everything was perfect.
• Helmich (6/5): Mediocre, jacuzzi dirty and malfunctioning. - We booked this particular apartment because of the jacuzzi. Unfortunately we didn’t use it. When we turned on the jacuzzi, there were all kind of dirt and parts floating around in the water giving it a smell and dirty feeling. This is why we decided not to use it. Also it didn’t shut down anymore after we turned it on. We had to contact the concierge and he helped us with locating the power socket. Location is on the wrong side of Ronda, if you want a good experience. Place was clean, expect from the jacuzzi. All in all was a mediocre experience. Would not come again.
