Рядом продуктовый магазин. В квартире три отдельные спальные комнаты, все есть. Очень хороший отзывчивый хозяин, всегда на связи . Квартира На втором этаже. Один этаж надо подниматься пешком.
• Aleksei (8/5): - Все хорошо, кондиционер работал отлично,расположение супер,интернет летал. Хотя у нас была большая компания (6 человек), 3 спальни, холл и три сан узла с джакузи и душем давали комфортное проживание. Арсен очень коммуникабельный и доброжелательный хозяин лично нас встретил и проводил.
• Stela (9/5): Big flat in the center of Yerevan - Good location, plenty of space and very cooperative and responsive host. The bathroom with the tube was not good enough as the water was going out even in the bedroom. A recommendation here is if the tube can be taken out at all.
• Ricky (10/5): Very large apartment in the very center - Location - the very center, near the republic square. Large, new apartment, warm, clean, light. Comfortable bed and bed linen. 2nd floor. Well-equipped kitchen, there is a washing machine, dishwasher Simple and clear check-in process
• Klaithem (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is great, the location is good, the very center, there are many cafes and restaurants around for a walk around the center without a taxi, this is an option for accommodation, very good, warm and clean, the apartment has everything for a large company. • Galina (8/5): Very good - The main advantage of the apartment is its location - it is located in the center near the main tourist attractions. The communication with the host was very good. If you are 4 people, the apartment is perfect for you. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We were 6 and the other two had to sleep on the couch, which was uncomfortable. It was not pleasant for them to bother the others when using the bathrooms, which were internal to the bedrooms. It would be good to have sugar, spices and toilet paper, because we had to buy.
• Antonov (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location. Good appartment layout. Ideal for couple of friends or for two couples. All supplies were provided including the dishwasher tablets. Possibility to leave luggage at early arriving. Very friendly host who reacted promptly for all requests. Option to organize out of the town excursions for a fair price. Very small flaws. Some people are smoking in the yard despite prohibition, so better to keep the 2nd badroom window closed.
• Elham (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly owner, met us at the bus stop, walked us home, showed us the area, explained what was where, a very large apartment in the small center The apartment is on the second floor, you have to climb one floor on foot.
• Mesfer (10/5): Exceptional - Locations is perfect, right in the City Heart. Large spacious and clean apartment with all amenities for a family, super friendly and helpful host in transferring and keeping luggage free of charge.
