• Amanda (8/5): Looks good but is disappointing. - The location is fantastic. The apartment is clean and stylish. The kitchen is well equipped and so is the bathroom, which is a thoughtful touch. A book of local eateries The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we’d slept on in our 40+ nights travelling around the UK - it felt like a cardboard box! Our bath towels were stained and paper thin. These things were a real surprise because the apartment looked new and contemporary and with a change of bed, some nice bed linen and towels it could be very deluxe.

• Patricia (8/5): A fine stay. - Lovely spacious apartment with parking. Large walk in shower, could do with grab rails and extra shower mat. Beautiful fire. Great big TV, lots of channels to watch. Plenty of cupboard space. Very quiet area. Lovely walk into town. The bed needs a new mattress. The towels need replacing with larger ones. Shower for second person went cold. Coat stand would be helpful.

• David (5/5): - Easy to get into The bed and duvet were not good enough. That is the worst bed I’ve slept on in 30 years of travelling. No bedside lamps, floor felt like it was directly on concrete. Towels had bleach stains on them and were threadbare and tiny

• Parvinder (9/5): Excellent location with modern, clean facilities - Modern, clean, parking. On main road, half a mile from main attractions. Opposite the beach. Owner very courteous and helpful TV not easy to get channels on.

• Judith (9/5): A very happy place to spend a week, with its end of prom location, away from the busiest parts - Location was superb for a couple in their 70's. Quiet and private. Excellent parking and safe ! Beds excellent. Clean and welcoming bedrooms and bathrooms. Desperately needs a dishwasher, to keep up with modern life, where no one wants to spend time washing up and have come from home where they have a dishwasher. Much more hygienic too. Not keen on the TV arrangement but we did get to grips with it as the days went by. We just like good old fashioned TV viewing. Settee and single chair looked very smart and photogenic for websites, but are so uncomfortable and inappropriate for general clientelle.

• Tinna (8/5): A value for money apartment in a great location reasonably equipped. - The location was very central to the beach and town facilities. All were within walking distance. The apartment had its own private parking space. It was reasonably equipped in the kitchen with far more cupboards than required for a weeks stay.The bathroom was spacious and good. The walk-in shower was powerful. The apartment was newly decorated and exceptionally clean throughout. Not enough storage for clothes only a 3/4 hanging space in the 1 double wardrobe. Not enough hangers. No bedside lamps. No coat hooks. No shelf in the shower. No change of towels during a week long stay. A very very noisy extractor hood fan. Uncomfortable modular sofa. No written instruction on the oven and hob setting.

• David (10/5): exceptional accommodation and lovely hosts - Everything Perhaps table lamps would have improved the ambience of the property rather than just the led downlighters, but not vital
• B (10/5): Warm, comforable, cozy. - The place was easy to locate and it was gorgeous inside. Modern but simple. Lots of space. A smart TV. Spacious rooms - one with an en suite. The location was also perfect with a >10 minute walk to the Grand Pier. The host was also amazing at responding quickly to our messages and was very helpful and friendly. 10/10 would stay here again. Very reasonably priced for what it is. Personally I found the beds a bit too hard, but my friend loved that. The only things I would have truly appreciated would have been coat hangers by the door, a net over the bedroom windows (I like natural light but also privacy) and bins in the bathrooms or bedrooms as it was a minor annoyance having to take makeup wipes and femine products through to the bin in the kitchen.

• Durham (9/5): Short break Weston super mare - Nice location for a very well presented property. very clean, very tasteful. had a relaxing 5 day break, if in area again would book this again. slightly confused by parking arrangements as we had to park in 3 different places although there was a designated space. But no biggy as we always had a space somewhere.

Found it stark and clinical. Blinds for privacy would be good. The tv's were massive in the bedroom, not easy to use for my generation. Cleanliness was below my expectations. Mattress felt poor quality

• Amy (9/5): Stylish, Modern and Comfy apartment suitable for all. - Perfect Location, modern and up to date. Free parking which is a bonus! Spacious and clean. Also letting us check in an earlier which was a great help! Sophie who I was in contact with was very accommodated and helpful! The shower hot water was a bit hit and miss. The tv in the bedroom would not work, couldn’t use it. (Not much of a problem but would be ideal if it worked). As a group of girl would be ideal for some more mirrors (bigger) but that’s just preference.

It was advertised as having a seaview,this needs to be changed as unless you hang out the bedroom window next to a garage with binoculars there is definitely no Seaview! We booked this so we cater for ourselves however there was no table or chairs to eat at. Very overpriced considering all of this. Situated at the of a Dentistry at the end of the drive where neighbours could see in.

Towels where all wet on the cupboard in bedroom gutter broken in front of main entrance. Back windows filthy. This could be a great little accommodation with a few hours of tlc
• Dragana (7/5): Very beautiful condos. there is np basic facilities for washing dishes- so bring everything with you - I like the location as it's close to the beach and local bus stops. Condos inside are very well placed. To the outside there is not much privacy. They are not equipped for cooking, even there is no "Fairy" or equivalent detergent for washing the dishes, so one is left with option of ordering the take aways only. I personally don't have a car and travel light for work. As above.

• Paige (8/5): Overall enjoyed the stay just think when advertised as new/new refurb i expected everything finished - Apartment was clean, well presented, Netflix already signed in and we even had a cool feature fireplace. Location perfect for local amenities, supermarket less than 10 minute walk, beach on your door step, restaurants around 15min walk I had booked the sea view room but there was no sea view as we were located in the apartments to the back of the property. Apartment was advertised as new but there were few imperfections like no lock on the bathroom door, one of the steps were damaged/missing outside one apartment, trades men were bringing bags of soil into the driveway so we had to ask them to move the van so we could get out.
• Claire (5/5): Disappointing - Relatively close to the centre but still a bit of a walk. The owners tried to address the numerous issues promptly. The sofa bed in the first property was not fit for purpose. It tipped over and was very uncomfortable. The sheets didn’t fit and the duvet was missing on arrival. No soap in the bathroom and the shower door was dirty. There were only two tiny towels when we arrived. The Wi-Fi didn’t work on the tv. My husband woke with a back ache from the bed which was uncomfortable. We changed accommodation the second night but beds were still uncomfortable as was the second sofa bed. Which were many sofas joined together. We were attending a funeral so we could really have done with a comfortable stay. The owners were keen to help but the issues should not have been there to begin with.

• Zainab (8/5): A great choice for a short stay - Staffs very responsive. The location is great, easy to find and free parking. The condo was super clean when we checked and I love the practical layout. The beds are not so comfortable and the floor is a bit damp probably due to the condensation when we on the heater.
• Banwell (10/5): Exceptional - It's a perfect sized place. I like it that much. I extended my stay while we were there and in a peaceful location . I will definitely stay here when I'm back in the area again, and I'll recommend it to friends and family

Bedrooms need full-length mirrors. Shower trays were slippery. This could be a hazard. Need non-slip shower mats.

Has its own parking inside the property not having car to stand outside on street Very good restuarants close by, suggest REVO with excellent burgers and view right on the sea front Great shower , loved it! Does have a stove, whasing maschine , microwave etc Bit cold setting on the heating and with not many carpets , it does get cold during the day. Think it will be great during the summer , we were just unlucky with a cold week of spring lol!
• Woodstock (10/5): Exceptional - I really liked the fact how close we was to the beach front and all the other amenities, the apartment was really clean, everything you needed was there for you to use, easy and fast check in any problems the host was responsive to anything you asked 😁 There wasnt really anything not to like 😊

There was a folder with all the information I needed, including local restaurants.. I had a parking space right outside, making it easy to unload luggage. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The netflix in all rooms was a delightful surprise. The apartment was close to the beach, and a reasonable walk from the town centre.. Nothing
