• Emma (10/5): Fantastic, spacious, beautiful accommodation in charming Döbling. - WOW! We had high expectations for this place but when we walked in, we were totally blown away. It's got these beautiful high ceilings, great natural lighting, and is very very spacious. Everyone was so comfortable and felt like we were in our home away from home. The apartment frankly was also just beautiful and very close to transit lines, making it very convenient to get into the heart of Vienna (around 15-20 mins by transit), only a few mins to walk to a Billa or other grocery store, and within walking or short transit distance to some fantastic restaurants in Döbling. Cannot say enough good things about our stay here.

• Pina (10/5): Exceptional - Apartman is were clean and modern furniture. The parking is easy to fine on the street.

• Nicholas (3/5): Noisy - Clean. Our apartment was lower in the building and thus in front of a NOISY intersection with a tram going by frequently. This makes significant noise in one bedroom and living room. The main listing shows a beautiful terrance and air conditioning yet the owner conveniently refuses to update the individual apartment listing’s description that there is NO air conditioning. They also conveniently do not show photos of the extremely small balcony.

• Nicole (5/5): Clean apartment but very noisy - We stayed in the two bed apartment. The property was clean and well equipped with a washing machine, fridge, coffee machine, stove, toaster. We were able to visit the grocery store down the street and cook dinner that night for ourselves. The owner allowed us to check in slightly early too which was very nice. The property is right on a busy street and tram line. I hardly got any sleep as my bedroom faced the street and the traffic/noise carried on for most of the night. It’s a little tricky to locate the apartment as the lift did not have apartment numbers listed. We just took a punt and visited every floor! The property is also about a 30min tram ride from Vienna city.
• Claus (8/5): Pleasant comfortable stay in spacious apartment, pity about the shower - Spacious, airy and clean apartment with great big, comfy beds in both bedrooms and ample storage space. Well laid out living/dining room with kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances. Location is fine with sufficient public transport options and being in the 19th District close to the many 'Heurigen' options in the vicinity. We would have given a higher score if a) the bathroom (which is big and spacious with 2 wash basins) had a shower screen (fixed or swivel) on the bath as one had to mop up the splashed water from the floor after each shower or only resort to bathing. With 4 guests this turned into an endless procession of cleaning up and b) the bathing towels being many, but rather small and not convenient to dry oneself off. The bathroom would be the reason we would not stay in this otherwise excellent facility in future again (too much hassle drying up the floor every time you shower).

• Salman (10/5): Will definitely return - It was spacious and welcoming. It was perfect for a family of 4 to relax and enjoy their stay. All our needs were catered We had booked the loft but got the apartment below the loft
• Rita (8/5): Very good - The apartmenz was very cosy, stylish. The tram was very loud and indeed disturbing in the mezannine bed. The room.on the mezannine was very light, no proper equipment to make it dark and block the morning lights.

• Krzysztof (10/5): Exceptional - In over 40 years of travelling I have never stayed at such exceedingly clean place as this apartment. An absolutely spotless place, with large rooms and all the necessary equipment for a longer stay. It was very hot in Vienna during the first few days of my stay and the large rooms of a traditional Viennese building ("Altbau") provided pleasant escape from the heat, especially the bedroom on the north side. I purposefully selected this suburban location as I wanted to be close to the popular walking areas of Grinzing and Neustift am Walde, but it was still only 15 min tram ride to the Ringstrasse (line 38). It is definitely a superior place and I would rank it 10+. I would like to add access to local TV stations (like ORF).

• Akakios (10/5): Exceptional - A very very nice beautiful and unique design of apartment that you don’t expect when you get in the building. Is was full equipped as an apartment, had almost everything. I suggest it to everyone honestly.
• Luka (10/5): Unforgettable - The lighting from the sun, the vast space and the terrace that gave a good view of Vienna and also the the wine bottle and other kitchen necessities and utensils :) The lift, the button for the last floor didn’t work properly but then we got the grip of things with the lift
