• Dorota (6/5): - Obiekt znajduje się na głównej ulicy , bardzo blisko centrum. Było widać że pomieszczenie jest brudne , tak ja szafki i wewnątrz szafek . Brak podstawowych rzeczy do gotowania , jeden garnek , patelnia spalona cała zdarta z teflonu przypalona rączka która nadaje się tylko do wyrzucenia , z rur w kuchni i łazience podcieka woda , czasem ktoś nam zakręcał wodę główna , trzeba było wychodzić przed mieszkanie i włączać główny zawór . Raczej już tu nie wrócimy .

• Ana (4/5): Decepción - La ubicación, el precio y que parecía que había sido reformado más o menos recientemente, aunque estaba ya un poco deteriorado. Nos quedamos sin agua la primera mañana y fue porque alguien nos había cerrado la llave de paso que hay al lado de la puerta en las escaleras. Se ve que es algo habitual porque cuando mandé un mensaje enseguida me dijeron que saliera a abrirla. Alguien la cerró porque un rato antes sí que teníamos. Al momento nos volvimos a quedar sin agua (estando la llave abierta) y ahí ya me ignoraron y no contestaron a los mensajes. No tuvimos agua y cuando hicimos el check-out y se lo dije simplemente me dijeron “ok, gracias” Además el baño no estaba limpio, había muchísimas mosquitas de humedad en la ducha. Deberían cuidar más el trato al cliente. Decepcionante no poder ducharte ni lavarte los dientes. Además en la cocina no había ni un cubierto ni una sartén. Imposible de usar. Cuando abrimos la lavadora tenía ropa mojada que se ve que olvidaron que estaba ahí.

• Andi (10/5): - Our stay at this apartment was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was beautifully presented, exceptionally clean, and designed with great attention to detail. It felt fresh, comfortable, and very well cared for — a perfect place to relax and enjoy our time. The space was bright and inviting, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. What truly made the difference, however, was the staff. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and professional throughout our stay. Communication was effortless, and they were always ready to assist with any request. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely valued as guests. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service. We would happily return again!

• Arjona (9/5): Great location - The location was perfect, the entrance and facilities were in excellent contemporary condition, and the staff were extremely polite and welcoming. A very pleasant experience overall. Will visit again and suggest it to my friends as well.
• Ebru (8/5): Great for a group of friends - Hands down the best location in Tirana. It really is spacious, close to the city center and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great value for money. The bathroom faucet was leaking so you had to be extra careful not to flood the bathroom 😅

• Dominika (3/5): Brak wody przez cały pobyt. - Obiekt urządzony bardzo nowocześnie, wygodne łóżka, czysto. Do mieszkania przyjechaliśmy około godziny 2 w nocy, ze względu na późny lot z Warszawy. Niestety nie zostaliśmy poinformowani o braku wody i zakręconych zaworach, co skutkowało brakiem możliwości wzięcia prysznica oraz skorzystania z toalety po podróży… Brak wody jest w mojej opinii nieakceptowalny. Po moich telefonach i wiadomościach około godziny 10 przyjechał Pan, który odkręcił zawory, prosił o poczekanie do godziny 11, niestety ale woda wróciła, dopiero o godzinie 13:30 pojawił się lekki strumień, kiedy my już wyjeżdżaliśmy z apartamentu i zmierzaliśmy do kolejnej lokalizacji. Nie skorzystaliśmy z możliwości umycia się. Niestety, ale brak propozycji rekompensaty ze strony właściciela powoduje, że nie mogę polecić tego miejsca. Nigdy nie spotkałam się z taką sytuacją, aby nie było wody, uważam że w takich sytuacjach właściciel powinien wcześniej informować wynajmujących o możliwej sytuacji, wtedy można by było rozważyć inną lokalizację na nocleg…

• Norbert (8/5): Very good - Great location, nice set up with a room with two single beds and another with a double, great staff and good communication about the check in The only downside was the cleaning - we found a dirty towel in one of closets, the terrace which would've been very nice to spend time on was completely dirty including the outdoor furniture, bad smell from the fridge etc.

• Matt (10/5): Lovely Central Modern Apartment with Accommodating staff - Super helpful and friendly staff, not only for our check in but with other queries throughout our stay. The rooms were modern and clean with plenty of room for 4 adults to stay. The location was very central with bars/restaurants/coffee shops were all in stepping distance and all points of interest were within a 15 minute walk.

The apartment was in the perfect spot of tirana and it was such a spacious and modern place. We didn't had something that we didn't like.

Not enough cups and glasses or small bowls for up to four people.No instructions for use of cooker etc though I realise language is a bit of a problem. Stair light not functioning properly. When we asked for extra bedding because it had turned cold it came without duvet covers. How were they going to clean it for the next customers? Communication before arrival was very frustrating even when I asked several times for exact location and was reliant on my being able to access what!s app on the road.It gave me a lot of anxiety.Their local office seemed overstretched.
