• aaron (10/5): Recomendado - Nos parecio perfecto, cocina, baños y habitaciones. La verdad que nos sorprendio todo y que las imagenes de los apartamentos ya son destacables. Muy contentos. El apartamento es perfecto pero si que es cierto que el aparcamiento es complicado, el aparcamiento cercano es de zona azul, es decir de pago y el aparcamiento que no sea de pago mas cercano esta a unos 10minutos andando.

• hans (8/5): Appartement op prima lokatie, dichtbij de oude stad. - Bedankt en douche waren super. Geen uitzicht en keukeninrichting was erg summier.

• Maria (8/5): - El apartamento es una monada, cómodo, bien pensado para dos parejas. Tienes todos los servicios a mano. Transporte, tiendas , estás a un paso del centro de la ciudad. La localización es muy buena. El barrio es muy conveniente pero no es bonito. Aunque la localización es muy buena.

• Séverine (9/5): Escale très agréable, nous reviendrons avec plaisir. - Tout ! Vanesa est très sympa, très disponible et de très bons conseils. Le logement est top, très beau, très fonctionnel, très bien décoré et très propre. Il est bien situé. Le seul bémol ce serait le bruit extérieur mais c'est normal vu sa situation en ville. Et aussi la difficulté pour se garer, mais c'est valable partout dans cette ville, et vanesa a été de bon conseil en nous indiquant les différentes possibilités. Nous nous sommes garés dans le parking sous terrain de la place Alfonso XIII, à 3 min en voiture et 15 min à pied. Nous avons payés 19.55€ de 22h à 9h.

• MONICA (9/5): Días agradables en familia - Lo primero la atención por parte de Vanesa desde el minuto uno, ¡de 10! La ubicación es excelente, cerca del centro y de las estaciones, las camas comodísimas. Tienes todo lo que necesitas para que te sientas como en casa pues no le falta un detalle. He de destacar la calefacción ya que calienta todo el apartamento en minutos y aunque sea un espacio grande y abierto no pasas frío en ningún momento. Volveríamos sin duda! Nada, todo estupendo.

• Maria Auxiliadora (9/5): Genial. Una noche en familia - Todo, la verdad que tiene todo equipado perfectamente, estaba bien ubicado. Había cerca un parking gratuito y otro público con pago ota muy cercano (en la biblioteca) y aparcamos perfectamente. Era un bajo, un local reformado en loft pero precioso, incluso con cápsulas de café. Muy limpio y muy práctico para una familia de 4. En realidad nada, pero si sacamos dos pequeñas pegas (por poner algo) en el lavabo del baño haría falta jabón porque solo había en la ducha y tenías que entrar para echarte pero es un pequeño detalle. Quizá también la iluminación que al ser un bajo no es super luminoso pero para unas noches y hacer turismo por Santander, es ideal.

• Sarah (9/5): Modern, clever use of space and design and good central location - The layout of the place worked well with our 6 year old and he loved the bunk beds, the whole place is tastefully decorated and really modern and comfortable Location was good too we could walk everywhere we needed to get to.

• Enrique (6/5): No se si repetiría - El salón comedor es amplio, el acceso es cómodo porque está a pie de calle. Cuando nos íbamos a duchar no había agua caliente, el calentador no funcionaba, tuvimos que meter agua en el circuito. Las escaleras para subir a la habitación de arriba no son muy cómodas.

• Natalia (7/5): Guter Aufenthalt für einen Kurztrip - Die Lage der Wohnung. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und groß und die wohnung ist insgesamt modern und schön eingerichtet. In der Nähe gab es viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Einkaufen. Die Vermieterin war sehr engagiert und bemüht. Es war etwas schade, dass die Küche recht wenig Ausstattung hatte. Ein paar Trockentücher fürs Geschirr und ein Brotmesser sind u.a. Dinge die gefehlt haben. Ein bisschen Shampoo und Duschgel sind mittlerweile auch eher der Standard und wirklich hilfreich wenn man bei so kurzen Aufenthalten nicht alles kaufen muss.

• Santiago Bastón Ruiz (6/5): Short, in proper apartment, close to the train station. - The space itself is fantastic. As we walked in for the first time, we were greeted by a well kept apartment that felt like our home. It had a fully furnished kitchen, a very comfortable bed, high ceilings, a proper lighting system and a comfortable privacy glass that allowed for a more intimate setting. As a product that is obviously meant for more than two, we did have more space than we knew what to do with. In retrospect however, it added to the feeling of a place we could feel at home in. It also allowed both of us to have a space we could be comfortable in if we needed some space to disconnect at the end of the day. The amount of time you get in the apartment. This is something that is mentioned before hand, and obviously something that we took into account. However, it being a later-than-normal check-in, whilst the check-out does occur at a traditional time… does mean that as a client, you don’t really see the value of your money in the time you’re allowed to make use of the apartment, particularly if you have a shorter stay. As stated before: this was mentioned beforehand- but we would recommend that -at the very least- management begin to offer the option to leave your bags (in a safe place) before clients check-in, and after check-out out of courtesy.

I did not find it super clean and especially missing airconditioning. Appartement is in a busy area and ground floor so if you open the windows there is a lot of noice

• Maria Del Carmen (7/5): - En general nos gustó bastante todo , las instalaciones estaban todo muy limpio y nuevo , la ubicación a pesar de no estar en el centro está a pocos minutos de todo. Las escaleras , es un apartamento duplex y el baño está en la plantá baja con lo que por la noche es un poco peligroso , si no quieres encender todas las luces hay que ir con mucho cuidado
