• Justin (9/5): Great place to stay in Florence - It was a beautiful property just outside of the hustle and bustle of the city. Also, the closets were very generously sized, bathroom was great, kitchen was fully stocked. It was really well set up, very pleasant. The immediate area outside was a little rough, but I never felt unsafe or anything. There weren't any restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but the bus stop was a short walk away, so it's not a big deal.

• Tamás (10/5): Compact apartman and the owner is very helpful show you everything you need. - Very well equiped modern apartman with view to a park. Close to Torino.
• Carine (10/5): - Les clés nous ont été remises en main propre de façon très pratique ! L'appartement est impeccable, très bien aménagé, bien placé (proximité des transports en commun). Le terrasse avec vue sur le parc est très agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Rien à signaler.

L'appartement est vraiment confortable, propre et spacieux, joliment décoré. Place de parking au bas de l'immeuble. Surprise d'avoir à notre disposition chacun un jeu de serviettes de toilette. Produit cosmétique disponible, café et collation en libre service. Tout est comme à la maison. Allez y les yeux fermés, rien à redire!!😊 Grazie mille !!! Rien

Appartamento bellissimo, comodo, pulito, ampio, proprietario gentilissimo, ottima posizione - E' la seconda volta che andiamo in quest'appartamento dato che la prima volta c'eravamo trovati benissmo, quindi ...ci siamo tornati! E' bellissmo, pulitissimo, elegante, proprietario gentilissimo, parcheggio facile, posizione ottima. In più questa volta abbiamo anche frequentato il grande parco che c'è dietro, ottimo per i bambini, per giocare, correre... Insomma, voto dell'appartamento da 1 a 10: 11!!! E' stato tutto perfetto! non è possibile trovare qualcosa che non mi è piaciuto.

• Stefano (10/5): Appartamento fantastico, curato, pulito, bello, da tornarci! - Posizione ottima, parcheggio facile e gratis, quartiere tranquillissimo, ascensore tattico, appartamento bellissmo, tutto nuovo, super pulito, curatissimo nei particolari (addirittura le ciabatte nuove appena entrati in appatamento!), sala di design con TV a schermo piatto enorme, cucina di altissima qualità, balcone, elettrodomestici di fascia alta, 2 camere matrimoniali con TV e ognuna con ampia cabina armadio, appartamento bello caldo nonostante fuori fosse freddo. Per non parlare del bagno, solo quello è un appartamento! Doccia SUPER, bella spaziosa, ben areata e con un soffione di acqua con gran pressione, una soddisfazione! Dato voto 10 perchè non c'era l'opzione 110 e Lode!!! E stato tutto perfetto!

Love the journey in. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice and quiet location. Supermarket close by. Everything was great.

• Bojana (9/5): Nice apartment - The apartment is nicely arranged and clean. The apartment has two bedrooms with large closets. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the park. Nearby is a bus stop (20 min. to the city no. 23A/ 23) and a small Coop store. The owner is very friendly and responsive. The mattresses were too soft for us. But that's a personal preference. It was quite loud in front of the apartment in the evening.

• Tamara (9/5): Very nice, spacious and confortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood conveniently close to Florence - Spacious, clean apartment. Nicely decorated. AC in every room. Free parking on the street. Washing machine and lines to dry laundry with clothes pins, laundry detergent. Very nice to have cold water in the fridge and a few snacks, very welcoming and nice touch. Small elevator very useful for taking up luggage. Nice view of park. Great responsive host providing useful tips and recommendations. Comfortable beds. Was a bit stressed not to break anything with small lively kid, as there was some glass elements to decor (very nice just fragile). Luckily all was ok:)

Public transport was also close walking distance to take the bus into the city. Owners were excellent to communicate with and extremely helpful. Nothing!

• Nicholas (9/5): Clean and well appointed apartment. Friendly and helpful host. - Quiet location close to local shops and public transport. Clean and well appointed apartment with plenty of room for our family. Balcony overlooking the adjacent park. Easy parking close to the front door. Excellent communication from the host. The electricity tripped out a couple of times due to us having too many items switched on at one time. This was easily fixed by resetting the breaker at the bottom of the stairs.
