• Paul (5/5): Very friendly staff and a modern building, however better suited to a younger couple looking to stay up late. - Very nice welcome by Elena the hostess with fruit and wine. Elena also attended to our issues immediately. VERY Noisy late into the early hours of the morning (4am) from the Bar. The two bedrooms although very nice and modern are not separated adequately for sound or light. A glass partition allows TV light and sound etc to be easily heard from one room to the other.
• Ale (10/5): - Uns hat das wunderschöne, moderne Haus sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche und die Badezimmer sind hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Betten extrem bequem. Die große Terrasse mit dem schönen Außenpool war perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders toll war der Service des angrenzenden Restaurants – man konnte mit dem Handy ganz einfach Essen und Getränke direkt in die Villa bestellen. Alles in allem eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft zu einem sehr guten Preis. Absolut empfehlenswert!

• NIAMH (10/5): Luxury apartment, close to beach with sea and mountain view’s from bedroom balconies. - Bright, clean, modern spacious apartment close to long sandy beach. It’s on a direct bus route to and from the Airport in less than an hour and only half an hour to Heraklion city centre. Direct access to Kooba bar and restaurant. You can use their pool, have drinks and meals or you can order direct to your Villa. There is a cleaning service, which we had not expected and a very friendly outdoor maintenance man , who keeps the pool and patio pristine. Regular towel changes, nice toiletries , coffee provided and welcome bottle of wine and fruit. Very easy self check-in with detailed information from Elena. Everyone involved is friendly and helpful - this was our impression of all the Cretan people we encountered. Not really an issue for us but useful to know - Bedroom 2 on the top floor is a mezzanine over the 1st bedroom . It is completely sealed from the other bedroom by a full glass wall. However, a blind for the glass wall would be useful. If the occupants of bedroom 1 wake early and open their shutters and blind the light enters the mezzanine also. The bathroom on this floor is not for tall people - doorway and roof are very low, also no shower - just sink and WC. The balcony from this room does have the best views though.

• Andreas (10/5): Wir hatten einen ganz besonderen Jahreswechsel auf Kreta. - Sehr komfortable und geräumige Villa für den perfekten Urlaub. Die Gastgeber haben uns noch sehr kurzfristig einen Tisch für die Silvesterfeier im angeschlossenen Restaurant zur Verfügung gestellt.

Elena was Kooba’s contact throughout she forwarded arrival instructions including a video and any minor issues were quickly dealt with. • Mahshid (9/5): Wundervoll - Wunderschöne Villa mit Allem was man braucht und viel Liebe zum Details . Genauso wie auf den Bildern. Alle mögliche Geschäfte und Strand in Gehdistanz. Man kann Frühstück/Essen vom Strandbar direkt in Villa bestellen. Elena ist eine tolle sehr freundliche Managerin, beantwortet die Fragen schnell, hilft wenn man es braucht und findet schnell für alles eine gute Lösung. Nichts erwähnenswertes.

Air conditioning throughout that is so peaceful and extremely efficient. Being a detached villa, it is lovely and private and the beach is so lovely and just a few steps away with free sunbeds ( if you purchase food or drinks) The pool area at the villa is lovely and sunbeds are super comfy there too. Just fantastic. Nothing! All lovely.

La piscine était magnifique et super pour passer des moments en famille ainsi que pour faire quelques exercices. L’accès à la mer est très pratique et proche. Il manquerait une baignoire (plus pratique avec un bébé).

• Anca (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the villa was perfect for us, on the main street, with shops and restaurants. Everything new inside, very well equipped, close to a Kooba Beach bar, from where we ordered food that was delivered directly in our villa. Few steps from sandy beach, with nice sunbeds and perfect service. Cleaning was done every 3 days.

• Sarita (10/5): Luxurious, modern, comfortable Villa. - We booked the property following last minute cancellation of our flight, however the host ensured we were fully looked after, meeting us in the early hours to give us keys, arranging taxis and showing us around, we are extremely grateful. The property is beautiful, completed to high quality, modern, spacious and luxurious. The outdoor area is lovely with large swimming pool and lots of areas to relax. The property felt spacious spread over 3 floors, location convenient, lots of restaurants on doorstep and beach just outside. We had gorgeous sea views too. We loved it all, no only small suggestion might be to have some dining/eating area in garden, it’s so spacious with lots of shaded areas, could definitely accommodate!
