• Agata (10/5): - Obiekt jest super duży i wygodny, wchodzi spokojnie nawet 7 osób, lokalizacja super, do 20 minut autobusem do centrum. Przystanek dwa kroki od apartamentu. Obok cudowna restauracja na śniadania, do Watykanu 20 minut spacerkiem. Dla mnie obiekt był świetny. Łóżka wygodne, klimatyzacja, ekspres do kawy z zapasem kapsułek. Wyposażona kuchnia. Wszystko czego trzeba. Duży balkon. Gdybym się miała czepiać, to może warto naprawić drzwi pod prysznicem czy deskę w WC, ale nie sprawiało nam to kłopotu. Nie znalazłam też zwykłych kubków, ale były szklanki i kieliszki.

• Aga (8/5): Wonderful stay in Rome - Location was very good, walkable to Vatican and lots of public transport nearby, same for shops and restaurant. Huge place so we all had lots of room, appreciated the lift as well after long walks! 100% would recommend to anyone, we had pretty much everything we needed. For a central location and busy road we had good sleep! Loved the balcony! Host was also great and his colleague as well. Really helpful. The flat is beautiful but the bathrooms need a bit of TLC, toilets and showers in particular. A few broken bits here and there. Also some night lamps didn't work so that needs a bit of attention. And would be better to have the tv in the same room as the sofa. These are all small things, they didn't ruin our stay one bit.

• Dean (9/5): Great location within walking distance of most locations, easily accessible with public transport - Apartment was very spacious, way bigger than expected with loads of rooms and toilets. WiFi was free. All the necessary utilities and items were available. Central location easily accessed by public transport WiFi signal wasn't great at the back of the house It was a decent walk to some places but we knew that when we were booking so not an issue
• Snezana (10/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe von Vatikan. Man kann entweder zu Fuß hingehen oder 2 Bushaltestellen fahren. Bis zum Zentrum fährt man auch mit der Bus ca. 20 Minuten. Bushaltestelle ist gleich nebenan. Gleich unten gibt es ganz nette Café, dort kann man frühstücken.

• Lewis (9/5): Experience Rome’s rhythm, then retreat to peace - As a first-time visitor to Rome, staying at the President Vatican Palace made the experience even more magical. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy, welcoming, and wonderfully relaxing. 🌆 What Made It Special: Location, Comfort, and Vibes - Prime Location: Getting there was a breeze—just a short 12–15 minute ride from Rome Termini. The neighborhood felt lively but not overwhelming, with plenty of shops, grocery stores, and a charming family-run store just a few minutes away. We loved wandering the streets and soaking in the local atmosphere. - Spacious and Chill Rooms: Traveling with two other adults, we were thrilled to each have our own room. The space was generous, and the air conditioning in every room was a lifesaver—especially being able to adjust it to our own comfort. It felt like having our own little sanctuary in the city. - Relaxing Common Areas: The shared space had everything we needed to unwind, from a TV we could connect to, a coffee and tea station, and a lovely terrace where we spent quiet moments enjoying the breeze. Having our own keys to both the building and our individual rooms made everything feel secure and convenient. The internet was also fast and extremely reliable working like a charm throughout our stay. - Room 4 Perks: If you can, grab Room 4—it came with its own bathroom and a washer/dryer combo that worked perfectly. Being able to do laundry mid-trip was a huge plus and made packing lighter a lot easier. Final Thoughts This place was the perfect launchpad for exploring Rome. It was comfortable, well-located, and had everything we needed to feel relaxed and at home. The 11 AM checkout gave us a smooth and stress-free departure. I’d absolutely stay here again—and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, enjoyable stay in the Eternal City. Small Things to Note - Key Issue: My building key didn’t work at first, but the landlord was super responsive and got it sorted quickly. It didn’t disrupt our stay at all. - Kitchen Access: The kitchen was locked during our visit. We didn’t need it, but if you’re planning to cook, it’s something to check ahead of time. - Bathroom Setup: Only Room 4 had an en-suite bathroom. The others shared one, which was fine for us, but good to know if you’re expecting full privacy.
• GIUSEPPE (7/5): Migliorabile la comunicazione con l'host, non sempre comprensibile. - La colazione non era compresa, c'erano solo poche cialde per il caffè e non tutti hanno potuto prepararlo. L'appartamento era molto grande e luminoso. Non abbiamo avuto abbastanza asciugamani per la doccia, eravamo 7 per 2 giorni ed il secondo giorno abbiamo avuto difficoltà a lavarci.

The location was perfect—close to everything and easy to find parking, which made traveling stress-free. The area was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a restful stay. The apartment itself was super clean, with simple yet elegant décor that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the space easily accommodated our group of six adults. We appreciated having a refrigerator, which allowed us to stock up on groceries and prepare breakfast in the mornings. A highlight was starting each day with fresh coffee and croissants from the charming bakery downstairs—it was such a treat! If you enjoy walking, this is an excellent spot; we walked to the Colosseum while exploring the city, and the experience was fantastic. Our host was outstanding—very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the clear instructions provided. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment. If I return to Rome, I would definitely stay here again! Maybe having a broom or cleaning supplies so we could clean better after breakfast.
• Daniel (10/5): Thoroughly recommend this massive apartment for a central stay in Rome - The location was perfect, close to the Vatican - about a 20 minute walk - but if you don't fancy the walk, there's many buses along the route which will get you there in 5 mins. The property was massive, loads of space for a couple or even a large family. The property was very clean and the host was excellent with his communication. Overall, I would recommend anyone coming to Rome to stay here. Nothing, everything was excellent.
• Robert (10/5): wonderful roman holiday - huge 200 m apartment with 3 independent bedrooms with bathrooms, huge dining room with living room with TV You have to make your own breakfast. Opposite there is a well-stocked shop with fresh bread, cold cuts, fruit and vegetables. well-connected place with buses 916,881,98, which take you to the heart of Rome. contrary to appearances, getting to the Aurelia metro station is not that difficult too few cups and e.g. kitchen towels in the kitchen
• Nicola (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very big .There is plenty of room for a large group. It's about 15 minutes to the Vatican There are plenty of places to eat and drink. Excellent communication with the owner.
• Prajakta (9/5): Spacious and good location with an excellent host. - The house was huge and really spacious. Having 3 comfortable bedrooms for our group of 3 families was good. The supermarket close by was very convenient. The host was really nice and readily available to answer any doubts we had. He also came over immediately to check the water pressure in the bathroom when we mentioned there was some issue. Having the water pressure and temperature checked up would be good.
• Dejiang (10/5): Exceptional - the best place for visiting roma and vantican. you can walk from the appartment to vantican in about 15 minutes and the metro station valle aurelia is in the near, very convenient. the area is nice and safe, I parked my car at the street parking lot for free during the two days in roma. A supermarket ist on the other street side of the appartment, you can get every thing you need there! Everything in the appartment was great, it is clean and very comfortable. you have more than enough place for 6 persons. I can still write more than 100 words about this, :). nothing!

• Grace (8/5): Very good - The apartment is extremely spacious with high ceilings and hardwood floors. There is lots of room, and would definitely be ideal for big groups. The balcony is also a lovely place to sit. It’s nice staying away from the touristy area and being surrounded in a true Roman suburb. The bedrooms are a little noisy at night and the curtains are also shear so light comes in early in the morning. It would be better if the windows were double glazed and the curtains to be more affective. Also the apartment is not as close to the Vatican as some may think. Probably about a 20min walk to the Vatican, apart from that it is not really close to the main touristy sites in Rome so just be mindful.
