• Iris (5/5): No vale el precio - Nos gustó muchísimo la ubicación cerca de todo Cierto es que hay cucarachas en el alojamiento tanto de dia como de noche Las instalaciones estaban defectuosas y el mueble del baño en lo alto a una mala posición colocada para si quieres darte un buen golpe Debajo estan los bares por la noche hacen una escandalera increíble cerrando las sombrillas y colocando las sillas a eso de las 00:00 Fuimos con un coche scooter de minusvalía y aunque puedes ponerlo abajo a aparcado tuve que comprar un adaptador para poder cargarlo porque me comentaron que me iban abrir la puerta de abajo que es como tipo recepción con unas salas y demás pero nunca me abrieron es mas cusndo se dieron cuenta que estaba cargandola la presidenta y el conserje cerro la puerta y no pude cargar el coche de minusvalía con una incapacidad. La presidencia tocó nuestra puerta porque me comentó que la luz es de la comunidad y la pagan todos y me hizo comprar el adaptador y pasarlo de arriba hasta abajo tampoco me dio opción es la presidenta y no estemos que nos haya tocado ai estábamos de vacaciones hospedados allí en vez de hablar directamente con los inquilinos no con nosotros. El cristal del baño esta roto lo tienen hay medio sujeto a lo chapuza con una tira blanca.

• Alan (10/5): Great location and comfortable apartment. - Great location and very comfortable apartment. In particular two members of staff were extremely helpful, Alberto and Nestor. They are a credit to the rental company.
• Stefanie (9/5): Sehr schön und zentral gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. - Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gut möbliert. Alles Erforderliche war vorhanden. Es roch dort auch immer sehr gut. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und kleine Probleme, die wir am Anfang hatten, wurden umgehend gelöst. Die Lage direkt an der Straße könnte lärmempfindliche Menschen stören. Für uns war es kein Problem.
• Andreas (7/5): Vista Marina - Das Appartement liegt direkt im Zentrum, es ist alles sehr nah bei , angefangen von der Gastronomie und über weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Der Parkplatz ist auch in der Nähe ca 200 m, und kostenlos Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, leider ist es sehr laut, da nichts isoliert ist,man sollte schon Ohropax mitnehmen, wenn man geräuschempfindlich ist, es ist nun Mal das Zentrum, Es ist sehr sauber, die Betten sind auch gut, Das Internet ist sehr schlecht, vom High Speed weit entfernt, Haustiere hat man auch, in der Zwischendecke ist eine Maderfamilie eingezogen und Khakalaken sind leider auch ab und zu da, was nicht zu vermeiden ist, Trotzdem würde ich es wieder buchen, da die Lage traumhaft ist. Das Internet und das es nicht isoliert ist, Keine Informationen lag im Appartement, wo die Müllentsorgung ist und wie man sich ins WLAN einloggen kann, z b Name der Box, musste erst ausprobiert werden,

• Celso (5/5): Estancia agradable, aunque condicionada - La ubicación era muy buena. Tenía un gran televisor una nevera espaciosa y un gran calentador. Incluso lavadora. Todo estaba muy limpio. La anfitriona que nos atendió al llegar era muy simpática y nos explicó todo con detalle, incluso nos recomendó un buen lugar para comer. Olía muy mal, a bajante. Es una vieja instalación, sin duda. La luz de una de las mesas de noche parpadeaba. La puerta de la ducha era defectuosa, se descolgaba con facilidad.
• sonia (4/5): No duermes y no puedes cocina - La localización. Pues el ruido que había en la calle toda, toda, la noche, imposible dormir, hay dos bares justamente debajo del balcón y con extractor de la cocina. Había cucarachas en el apartamento. El anfitrión me ofreció poner un producto, pero yo de vacacionales no voy a fumigar apartamentos vacacionales.

• Pasternak (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean apartment. Everthing was great. Grocery shop on the other side of the streets, nice view, many restaurants nearby. There is free public parking 200 meters from the apartment so we had no problem finding parking space. I would recomend this room to everyone looking for a place to rest after visiting wonders of Tenerife. I especially recomend it if youre renting a car.

• Olga (9/5): Superb - We really liked the apartments. Everything is equipped and there is everything for a comfortable stay. The location is right in the center. Everything is within close proximity, beach, supermarket, cafe. The owner was very responsive and helped in resolving our issues. I recommend There are a lot of cafes near the balcony and sometimes it was noisy
• Gabriela (9/5): Overbooked so we stayed in different place, but it was GREAT! - We stayed in differet building which was AMAZING! 2 balconies, big bathroom, big living room, easy access, great location! Because this original accommodation got overbooked the host offered us different place which might caused some confusion so we did not recieve any check in instructions. We needed to call to get them while waiting in front of the building with our luggages.
