Jeśli szukasz miejsca, w którym poczujesz się jak w domu, to jest właśnie ten adres. ​Wyposażenie na najwyższym poziomie. ​Mieszkanie jest w pełni wyposażone i widać, że gospodarz zadbał o każdy szczegół. Do naszej dyspozycji były: ​Kuchnia: Ekspres do kawy (zapas kawy i herbaty na start był miłym akcentem!), wszelkie niezbędne przybory kuchenne, garnki i naczynia. ​Udogodnienia: Pralka, suszarka do włosów oraz żelazko, co bardzo ułatwiło nam dłuższy pobyt. ​Wszystko było lśniąco czyste i przygotowane na nasz przyjazd. ​Lokalizacja to ogromny atut tego miejsca. Punkt jest tak skomunikowany, że można stąd błyskawicznie dostać się w każdą część Barcelony. Większość atrakcji jest na wyciągnięcie ręki lub w zasięgu krótkiej przejażdżki metrem. ​Kontakt z właścicielem był fantastyczny. Odpowiedzi na pytania przychodziły niemal natychmiast, a proces zameldowania przebiegł bardzo sprawnie. Czuć, że gospodarzowi zależy na komforcie gości. ​Podsumowując, cały pobyt przebiegł bez najmniejszych zarzutów. Z czystym sumieniem polecam ten apartament każdemu, kto wybiera się do stolicy Katalonii!

• Lara (8/5): - Apartamento renovado em bairro residencial, próximo (menos de 10 min a pé) de estação de metro grande, com cruzamento de linhas. Vai direto ao aeroporto, centro histórico e estação rodoviária. Bem servido de restaurantes e pastelarias. Anfitriã muito atenciosa. Edifício sem elevador, dificil para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida, com carrinhos de bebé ou muita bagagem.

• Lauren (8/5): Clean, comfy and well communicated - The apartment is clean, comfy and decorated beautifully, the communication is excellent. There is a lot of space compared to most places in Barca, and having the terrace is a unique luxury and special find for the city. If you are a novice to Barca then probably not the best neighbourhood to stay in, as a little out but that’s why you get the space! If you are visiting the Nou Camp it’s within walking distance so great for there! We are used to Barca , so the location wasn’t an issue and we’d certainly stay again

• Ylenia (10/5): - Appartamento super pulito, carinissimo, ben fatto. Eravamo in 6 persone e siamo stati comunque bene anche se ovviamente un po' stretti. L'oste super gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi ora. Check-in fai da te efficace. Vicino a due linee di metro: Collblanc a circa 10/12 minuti a piedi, Santa Eulalia un po' più vicina. Dall'aeroporto dista circa mezz'ora prendendo direttamente la metro Collblanc e stessa distanza per andare sulla Rambla. Un po' in periferia ma equamente distante dai NS punti di interesse. La zona è servita e abbastanza tranquilla. Sono stati 4 GG meravigliosi. Se si viaggia in famiglia consiglio di fare il biglietto metro Familia utilizzabile da tutti i membri con 8 corse Nulla

• Laura (1/5): - Nosotros somos dos adultos de 70 y 77 años acompañados con un niño de 16 años..Al llegar entramos a un palier allí nos quedamos casi una hora resolviendo como hacer frente a subir al departamento. Mi departamento se ubicaba en el tercer piso más un piso intermedio. La estrechisima escaleras larguísimas nos imposibilitaron acceder al departamento. Nos empezamos a sentir mal ante la imposilidad de no poder llegar al dpto sumado a que nuestra salud emocional y física se habían resentido. Queríamos llamar a un Uber para buscar otro lugar para hospedarnos pero ninguno aceptaba el viaje. La zona era insegura Luego de 2 horas tirados en un escalón nos recogió un taxi Leer lo anterior en el rubro que mas te gustó. Agrego edificio deprobable.Repito escaleras largas y estrechas donde era imposible subir las maletas. Entorno inseguro.

• mohammed (8/5): شكرا لكم - الشقة جميلة ومرتبة وفي غاية النظافة وفيها كل احتياجاتك والموقع ممتاز نوعا ما والاهم من ذلك الموظفين وسرعه استجابتهم ومتعاونين جداً لأي طلب . عدم وجود مصعد والشقة في الدور الثالث مرهق جدا سأكرر حجزي شرط ان ان تكون الشقة في الدور الاول فقط .
• László (9/5): - Minden nagyon gördülékeny volt. Az apartman nagyon szép, tiszta, jól felszerelt. A kommunikáció teljesen rendben történt. A fürdőszoba, wc, zuhanyzó méretei nagyon aprók, szűk , de nagyon tiszta.
• Zsuzsanna (10/5): Nekünk nagyon bejön, tutira visszatérünk, ha legközelebb Barcelonában járunk. - Nagyon szép, tiszta és jól felszerelt lakás. Nagyon kényelmesen elfértünk benne öten. Kedves és segítőkész a bérbeadó. Minden kérdésünkre azonnal válaszolt. A közelben minden megtalálható. Az online check-in könnyen és gyorsan kitölthető. Egyetlen hátrány volt, hogy a közelben autóval nem lehet megállni. SZóval aki kocsival érkezik, az ne számítson közeli parkolóra. Ennek ellenére szuper hely, mindenkinek ajánlom. Minden tökéletes volt.

Rapporto qualità prezzo soddisfacente La proprietaria si é resa disponibile in caso di necessità ma per fortuna non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno! La zona sicuramente non é tra le migliori di Barcellona ma non abbiamo avuto nessun problema particolare da segnalare! Alla sera noi però abbiamo preferito rincasare con il taxi e non con la metro quindi non so alla sera come sia la zona! Sull’appartamento in sé nulla da dire!

The apartment was stinking, we had to let all the windows open for our whole stay and the problem never got solved. Not convenient beds.

Есть интернет и тв. Кровати достаточно удобные. Метро находится в 7 минутах хотьбы от дома. Недалеко есть подземная латная парковка. Квартира подходит для проживания 4 человек. Во время моего визита в здании было тихо. Владелец старался оперативно решить все наши вопросы и был всегда на связи. Огромное спасибо за гостеприимство.

• Diana (10/5): Mon séjour a été vraiment excellent, tout était parfait et j’ai beaucoup apprécié l’appartement ainsi que l’accueil de l - L’appartement était très propre et bien entretenu. L’hôte a été vraiment très disponible, elle répondait toujours rapidement à mes questions et s’assurait que tout allait bien. Le prix était correct, et l’appartement est bien situé, pas loin des stations. À proximité, il y a de petits restaurants locaux où l’on peut prendre le petit-déjeuner ou manger simplement. Nous avons aussi pu laver nos vêtements, ce qui était très pratique. Je me suis senti(e) très à l’aise et confortable pendant le séjour. Honnêtement, tout était presque parfait. Le seul point un peu négatif est l’horaire : l’entrée à partir de 15h et le départ à 10h me semblaient un peu stricts, surtout en payant la nuit complète. Mais à part ça, tout était excellent.
• Kacper (9/5): Prawie idealnie - Apartament dla 5 dorosłych jak najbardziej spełnia wymagania. Mieszkanie wygląda na nowe, odświeżone, czyste oraz jest dobrze wyposażone. Ręczniki, żele, szampony - wszystko znajduje się na miejscu. Wyposażenie kuchni też na duży plus bo można bez problemu coś sobie przygotować na miejscu. Łóżka bardzo wygodne, a nocą nie słychać było niepożądanych hałasów. Odnośnie lokalizacji linia metra L1 znajduje się w odległości 10 minut piechotą więc apartament oddalony od centrum nie jest znaczącym problemem. Cały proces zakwaterowania przebiegł bezproblemowo, a obsługa odpowiadała praktycznie od razu na pytania. Bardzo pozytywne odczucia. Jeden minus to okolica. Nie jest to najpiękniejsza część Barcelony, ale tak jak pisałem wyżej można łatwo stąd uciec ;) Drugi trochę mniejszy to układ łazienki. Większe chłopy muszą siadać na tronie pod kątem bo zlew znajduje się tuż obok. Mała niedogodność.

• Dimanarig (9/5): Superb - all amenities were reached, very clean, ive requested to have the rooms cleaned thoroughly as the children i was travelling with were allergic to dust, and they have been met. went in july, and there were ACs in every room. the shower temperature was difficult to control, but there were still hot water available. the adaptor didnt work very well. but we had our own anyways.

The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby buses and the metro, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. Communication with the host was fast and easy, and they were incredibly welcoming. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, and the smart TV was a great bonus. We especially appreciated the lovely welcome wine—it was such a thoughtful touch! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona N/A

Overall it was ok, it could have been better for the price paid Some things could be improved for a better experience, taking into account that the price is a bit high. I would say: One of the bed creaks loudly even with the slightest movement, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. There is an unpleasant smell in both the bathroom and kitchen every morning, despite the presence of air fresheners — which clearly aren’t an effective solution. The bathroom door and one of the bedroom doors creak excessively, and there is visible mold in the shower area. If these issues are solved, I would say it really is a nice place to stay.

• Kimberly (10/5): Convenient & comfortable! - Newly renovated, comfortable, easy communication, good location (slightly out of inner city Barcelona) with access to two train stations which is about 8mins walk each so very convenient. One even goes directly to main attractions such as the Sagrada Familia. Has great facilities, washing machine/dryer/place to hang clothes to dry. No fault of the property, but walls are thin therefore you can hear alot of movements from neighbours. But small inconvenience, great place all in all.

• Kathryn (8/5): Very good - Apartment was very clean, communication was excellent, ease of key pick up and drop off was brilliant. It was a bit noisy outside on Saturday night.

• Denise (10/5): Nice little apartment - We had a very nice stay in this very clean and comfortable apartment. It is located right next to Barcelona, and since we had a rental car, it was ok to get around. Parking garage a few blocks away and cheap 7.50 euros/day. Metro is also close by, but we didn't use.. Would definitely recommend this place if you don't want to pay the high Barcelona rates. One main air conditioning unit in the living area was more than adequate to cool the whole apartment, and the fans in the room were perfect for us. The host was extra helpful when we locked the keys inside - thank you! Some extra pillows would be nice. Otherwise, nothing I can think of..
