• Kerry (7/5): A spacious house in a great location good communication by host and reasonably priced. - Clean spacious house close to town centre Good communication from host Advertised as 4 bedrooms but one room was interconnecting room with no door off another double room so not suitable for couples. Don’t think this was clear in the description (would be ideal for. Children but not adults) Need a blind in bathroom it faces out onto street with toilet next to window and can see everything when light on in bathroom Mirror in bathroom too small Only enough comfy seating in lounge for 4 people as there’s 2 x 2 seater sofa again not suitable for 8 people Dining table only seats 6 had two extra chair in the room but no space around the table No glasses in cupboard other than wine glasses Just felt it lacked a little TLC to make it more comfortable such as bedside tables each side of bed etc and curtains that fit the windows just small touches but would much improve the experience. Booked because it had parking as it was for 8 people should have space for 2 cars struggled to park one on arrival as street so busy but did eventually get a spot and had to park other car a 20 min walk away in expensive carpark for 2 days adding extra cost. Beds a little hard but to be expected in this type of property presumably for long life of mattress . Games room nice touch but could only have 2 people in here as pool table way too big for room.

Interconnecting rooms no door Seating for only 4 in lounge and 6 dining Not enough wine glasses, no teapot or cafetière Bad minimum decoration, felt like a student house Doors very noisy to open and close, when trying to be quiet in the night
• Sarah (7/5): House is probably functional rather than cosy but it was fine for a weekend stay. - The property was clean, beds were comfy & plenty of clean towels. Kitchen was functional & had all we needed for a weekend stay. Sofas were very comfortable & we enjoyed playing darts & pool. Good location for city centre & easy to find. The bathroom could do with a blind at the window & an extra parking permit would be useful as we had 2 cars, even if you made a charge for the 2nd permit. It is difficult to find a non permit place to park anywhere nearby.

• Michelle (5/5): We didn’t have a bad time but it is a little disappointing when you’re expecting a holiday home! Just a few tweaks would - The house is very clean, Ryan responds to messages and is quite pleasant but I do think the listing is misleading. The photos look great but the house lacks a bit of charm for a holiday home. This accommodation definitely didn’t give us holiday home vibes, everything is very basic The kitchen is basic, there is a mix and matched crockery set, no beer classes and no drying rack for washed dishes. The oven also didn’t work. Only one dish towel provided which was soaked after drying dishes. A general upgrade is desperately needed with regards to utensils, pots … pans etc Blindes or curtain is needed in the bathroom, even though there is ‘frosted’ glass on the window you could still see a person doing their business whilst standing outside.

• Helen (9/5): We enjoyed our stay at the house. Good communication from the host and instructions were all clear. - Good location close to city centre for a weekend away with the family. Would have preferred a blind in the bathroom! Not a big issue as window was frosted but felt a bit self conscious when the lights were on.
• Joerg (8/5): Gutes Quartier zum Übernachten - Gute Lage, wenn man bereit ist 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt zu gehen. Ruhige Straße. Betten sehr gut. Kontakt mit Vermieter ausgezeichnet, reagiert sehr schnell und freundlich! Küchenausstattung recht knapp (gr. Topf fehlt, Wassergläser fehlten), Gestaltung der Wohnung einfach, im Eßbereich viel schwarz, was einfach nicht unser Stil ist. 7. Sitzplatz fehlte. Teppich hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Garten leider nicht gestaltet, ohne Sitzplätze, was eine verpasste Chance ist.

• Dexter (10/5): Exceptional - It was my first time using a rented house for a short vacation. The property were clean, fresh and spacious. It felt like I was at home. The room size are great, the whole property was spacious and can accommodate a large family. The owner were attentive and available to answer any questions. On arrival biscuits were available in the kitchen, the bathroom had everything I needed, the beds were properly made up, the property did exceed my expectation. There was nothing to fault
