The host was amazing and a great communicator, as I had quite a few questions regarding my stay. I would highly recommend a stay at this caravan, and I will definitely book this one again😀

• DaisyJennifer (10/5): Amazing property and already looking at returning again! - The property was in a brilliant location, close enough to all the entertainment and facilities and was nice and quiet. The property was a lot larger than expected and was brilliant equipped for everything you need. It was exceptionally clean and the commutation from Paula the owner was great. My 3 year old has already asked to go back again. Nothing at all about the property the only thing I would say is the entertainment is a bit pricy but this isn’t the property owners fault just something to bare in mind when booking to budget for this :)

• Cheryl (9/5): Fantastic! - This caravan is a gem. It has every appliance and utensil you could need. The master bedroom is the biggest I’ve ever seen with a full size bath in the ensuite - ideal if you’re staying with youngsters not keen on a shower. Also comes with a large veranda and double doors to the front of the caravan. I would definitely stay here again. Can’t think of anything

• Kallie (1/5): Caravan is lovely, location is perfect host needs to take a little more care on making sure people can access the proper - The property itself was lovely the caravan was comfortable with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and one has a bath which was great, fully equipped in the kitchen too and decoration was modern. The campsite is huge yet relatively quiet with many activities and things to do, you can also access the beach directly from the park. The issue we had was that we were not given a code to the key box to access the caravan I tried to contact the host multiple times phone calls messages and emails I heard nothing from her. We had driven 3.5 hours to stay and after hours of trying to contact her for the code we had to find alternative accommodation. We managed to gain access for the second night after finally being contacted back at 1.30am to give us the code for the lock box so we could get in. We were obviously quite distressed with the situation and having to find ourselves somewhere to stay for the night and so I had contacted explaining this was the case. The host then said she would refund us for the night we hadn’t gotten in the caravan which I was somewhat grateful for. However I was contacted a few days later by booking informing me that the host had helped us find alternative accommodation ( which she hadn’t) and that she was willing to reimburse us 33 pounds for that. They caravan cost 130 for the 2 nights and we had also paid nearly 80 to stay in a bnb for the night. This to me was shocking after the stress we’d already been put through. Luckily once I had contacted booking they took care of everything and I did manage to receive a full refund for the night we didn’t get to stay in caravan. It’s a shame about what happened as the caravan is beautiful and the location is perfect. I would recommend to stay here however I would make sure once you’ve booked you request the lockbox code immediately to save yourself driving all the way to the destination and not being able to gain access.

Instructions on how to find the caravan are not great. Number on the caravan to small and can't be seen in the dark. Instructions for Internet and tv not there. All can be resolved quite easily and don't deter us from staying again.

The host was always on hand with sending over details for the keys etc. highly recommend! The caravan was very modern and the rooms were of a great size. It was spotless and the facilities in the caravan was everything you needed. We will be booking again. Thank you The only thing I would suggest would be mattress topper for the twin beds as very hard to sleep on and some blankets for each room. Other then that everything was perfect

• Anna (9/5): This one definitely an upgrade, we used caravans before but this is 💕💕💕💕 - The owner is very good and responded very quickly. We ran out of gas and we were not sure what had happened. The moment i sent a text message to the owner. Within a minute she responded and contacted maintenance team; who came within 10 minutes and checked the gas. He told us the gas tank needed to be changed. He went to get gas, and fixed it. I will definitely go back again 💕💐💕💃🏾💃🏾
• Lisa (9/5): Lovely Carvan - Good value for money. Very well maintain. Very pleasantly surprised. The cooker did really work very well, took over 40 min to cook a pizza. So we cut the pizza in half and put it in the air fryer, which was amazing.
• Nina (9/5): We only had two nights and would love to have longer next time. Really enjoyed our stay - The accommodation was clean, well maintained and comfortable. Was impressed with having 2 bathrooms and Veranda equipped with outdoor furniture. The small touches really impressed, with air fryer, beautiful glass wear and lovely bed linen. The only downside we couldn’t find a duvet for the sofa bed.

After leaving 7 voicemail and sending emails I was actually in the site office looking to book something else when she called and gave me the key code. So a delay of nearly one hour with 3 tired little boys all under 5.

WiFi included, tv and even an air fryer! Would recommend. Towels could have been provided, if they were we couldn’t find them. Other than that, everything was great.
