• Francesca (3/5): - La cornice della porta si è letteralmente staccata mentre la chiudevo, tra l altro unico modo di chiuderla era attraverso un piccolo “gancetto”, asciugamani sporchi, capelli nella doccia e ciliegina sulla torta niente acqua calda

PESSIMO SOGGIORNO - La posizione Già prima di entrare, per pagare ti mandano una posizione scorretta del loro ufficio, che noi abbiamo trovato chiedendo in giro a gente gentile che ci ha aiutato a trovarlo. Il pagamento è in struttura, ti fanno pagare con carta tramite un link che ti mandano su WhatsApp. Fate attenzione perché a me si è bloccata la carta per fare questo pagamento, e il ragazzo diceva che era colpa della mia banca, che GIUSTAMENTE ha rilevato sospetto questo pagamento tramite link. Fortunatamente avevo una Revolut e ho fatto il pagamento con quella. Arrivate nel pianerottolo, troviamo una porta senza maniglia che rimane SEMPRE aperta. L'ultima notte è entrato qualcuno ed è rimasto nel corridoio a guardare video a tutto volume (ce ne siamo accorte perché la luce del corridoio ha i sensori e i rumori venivano da lì). Ovviamente non siamo né uscite né siamo riuscite a dormire perché non ci sentivamo al sicuro. Entrare nella stanza è stato facile, chiudere la porta di camera no. La serratura funziona a malapena, non ci sentivamo sicure a lasciare le nostre cose dentro, ma purtroppo abbiamo dovuto. Fortunatamente non è successo nulla, ma vivevamo con la paura costante. ATTENZIONE: la porta si chiude SOLO premendo il bottoncino della maniglia dentro, a noi l'ha detto un ragazzo che alloggiava accanto perché abbiamo avuto difficoltà. Ma ancora non è finita, appena entriamo non ci sono abbastanza tovaglie, non ci sono le pantofole, non c'è un armadio, non ci sono le cose per il bagno, c'è una carta igienica a metà e pochissimo bagnoschiuma. La LUCE non funzionava, come in foto, dovevamo tenere la TV accesa con "luce bianca" per avere un po' di luce in camera, sennò non si vedeva nulla. NON C'È ACQUA LA SERA. Di giorno c'è solo acqua fredda, la sera non c'è completamente acqua, né fredda né calda. SONO CONDIZIONI IMPRATICABILI E IMPROPONIBILI A PERSONE CHE VOGLIONO FARSI UNA VACANZA. Eravamo costrette a lavarci la mattina. NON CI ANDATE!

• Kristian (5/5): - Diciamo che se vi fermate per una notte come ho fatto io e non volete spendere tanto ci può anche stare.. un po complicato tutto il meccanismo per il check in dato che va fatto da un’altra parte rispetto alla camera dove alloggerete, il parcheggio è a pagamento in un’altra struttura ancora, se avete bagagli pesanti non è un problema, é un GROSSO PROBLEMA!

• jaffrelot (8/5): - L'emplacement, bien situé près du centre dans une avenue très commerçante, chambre spacieuse et propre. L'accueil un peu juste, il manque des tasses ou verres pour accompagner la bouilloire, pas d'accès à la 2eme pomme de douche, système défectueux.

• Kurt (2/5): - Ödeme konusunda dolar ile ödeme için yardımcı oldular. Bilgilerde otopark yazıyor fakat otopark yok. Yakınlarda bir otopark bulmanız gerekecek. Kurutma makinası yok. Terlik yok. Bardak yok. Yok da yok yani. Saat 22 den önce gittik otopark sorunu nedeniyle kalmak istemedik. Fakat bize iptal ederseniz bunun bir ücreti var denildi

• Tamás (7/5): - Segítőkész volt a személyzet. Whatsappon keresztül mindenben segített. Segített a légkondicionálót bekapcsolni, kinyomtatta a beszálló kártyákat, parkolót ajánlott. Több helyen szakadt volt a lepedő. Ki volt égetve. Büdös volt a szobában, szellőztetés után is. A klíma nem volt kitakarítva, fertőtlenítve. Valószínűleg dohányoztak is a szobában. Az ablakot nem lehetett rendesen bezárni, jött be rajta a hideg.

• Natalja (6/5): - Отличное местоположение, до центра 5-7 мин пешком В комнате чисто,мебель и постель новая и чистая Душевая новая Балкон очень грязный,запах канализации в комнате,шум с соседней стройки начиная с 7.00 утра В комнате есть чайник,и это все из дополнительных удобств.Кружки,стаканы или какую то другую посуду ,видимо,нужно привозить с собой. Так же полотенце выделяют одно,для всех частей тела.

Mi sono comunque sentita tranquilla. • l’acqua e andata via varie volte. ( hanno detto che non gestiscono loro quando va e viene l’acqua… alloggiando in altre strutture nella stessa zona- palazzo affianco. Mai successo una cosa del genere) • il bagno si allagava dalla doccia aperta. • non c’erano asciugamani a sufficienza. • non c’era l’armadio • non c’era il phon per i capelli (l’ho dovuto chiedere) • qualità prezzo non è conveniente. • Andreas (2/5): Learn how to talk better specially to your customers . - The room didn't have hot water to take a bath, I tried to contact them in the evening but no one answered the phone, the next day the manager told me the other guy he forgot to inform me about that there was no water after 11 o'clock, excuses, 😂 I personally found it very rude but their manager even more so that instead of apologizing he insisted that he was right, personally I don't recommend anyone to stay there you can find much better
