• Anna (7/5): A really nice location and apartment, just needs a little bit of TLC. - The apartment building and layout is lovely it’s also in a great location to the beach and restaurants. As a foreign tourist I had expected to benefit from the lack of taxes as booking.com states the property currency is USD when you book. However, the owner does not have the ability to accept USD so you do need to pay full tax. Just to bear in mind when booking. The apartment was also not as clean as we would expect such as the floor. The front door has issues with the lock and the shower doesn’t stay in the holder very well. I did raise the cleanliness directly with the owner and she was very responsive and polite about it.

• Leonardo (9/5): - La ubicación es genial, La vista hermosa, la playa de Reñaca super tranquila y amplia. Andrea siempre atenta a las consultas y la gente de la recepción muy amables todos. Vamos volver. Los primeros días tuve problemas con Internet, luego se solucinó. La cama adicional un poco incomoda.

• Alvear (10/5): Tienes que ir - La vista maravillosa , la decoración , la iluminación del departamento , insuperable, lo mejor la terraza, muy amplia y reposera para tomar sol Que no se pudo ocupar la piscina por estar fuera de temporada

• Roberto Adolfo (3/5): Podría ser mejor - La ubicación cerca de todo, la limpieza y disposición de los Conserjes, muy amables. No Funciona el TV Cable y además los controles de TV desconfigurados. Me dijeron que el lugar era super seguro y ni siquiera está buena la chapa de seguridad de la puerta del departamento... El portón del Estacionamiento también está malo y es pesadísimo para abrirlo manualmente ... El departamento es frío ya que no le entra sol en casi todo el día. La forma de pago, tener que transferir al llegar al lugar es un trámite que sería mejor poder hacer al momento de reservar, antes de viajar, ya que tampoco te dejan entrar al depto si no has pagado.
• francois (10/5): - La vue sur le balcon est superbe et les concierges très attentionnés La propreté de l'appartement n'était pas bonne, les équipements ne sont pas terribles notamment la machine à café qui ne marchait pas . Attention ! Pour chauffer l'appartement c'est en supplément.
