• Aspasia (9/5): Τέλειο για Χριστούγεννα. - Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο (10' με αμάξι) και ταυτόχρονα σε ένα σημείο κοντά στο δάσος που νιώθεις ένα με την φύση. Είναι πολύ προσεγμένο. Είχε τα πάντα από ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, όλες τις καφετιέρες- μαζί με αντίστοιχους καφέδες κ ζάχαρη, κούπες, πιάτα, καθαριστικά, μέχρι κ ηλεκτρική σκούπα.. έχει σίτες παντού, καλά στρώματα και μια μεγάλη τηλεόραση στο σαλόνι. Ανετότατο πάρκινγκ, αρκετά σπίτια γύρω, ώστε να μην νιώθεις αποκομμένος και αν θες κάτι από e-food... έρχονται κανονικά. Ο οικοδεσπότης κ. Σπύρος, πολύ ευγενικός και ταυτόχρονα διακριτικός. Έβαλα 9 και όχι 10 για τους εξής λόγους: Το σπίτι δεν έχει καλοριφέρ, θερμαίνεται με air-condition. Έχει πολύ ζέστη βέβαια, γιατί έχει μονάδες σε όλους τους χώρους, αλλά αν ανοίξεις λίγο μια πόρτα ή ένα παράθυρο, είναι γνωστό πως το σπίτι δεν κρατάει ζέστη. Επίσης για χειμωνιάτικες διακοπές που κάναμε εμείς, μας έλλειψε πολύ ένα τζάκι που θα ήταν ό,τι καλύτερο. Το τελευταίο κ λιγότερο σημαντικό, ήταν η διακόσμηση. Έχει παντού βάζα με πλαστικά λουλούδια χωρίς λόγο, τα καλύμματα κ οι κουρτίνες είναι σε καλή κατάσταση αλλά βγαλμένα όλα από τα 90's. Με ελάχιστες αλλαγές θα γινόταν σημαντικό upgrade στο σπίτι. Προσοχή κ λίγο στον τρόπο άφιξης του σπιτιού, γιατί έχει 5 δρόμους προσβάσιμους κ μπορεί να βρεθείτε σε κάποιες περίεργες ανηφόρες.

• Franz (8/5): Gerne wieder. - Freundlicher Empfang, an Ausstattung alles da was man braucht. Keine Bedienungsanleitung für die Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist exponiert und fußläufig keine Lokale erreichbar.

• Nir (9/5): - מדובר בוילה עם שתי קומות, סלון ומטבח מאובזר ועוד שלושה חדרי שינה עם מזגנים. יש הרבה מרפסות לישיבה רגועה. הבית מתאים למשפחות ויש מטבח גדול מאובזר במכשירי חשמל לרבות מכונת קפה קפסולות שמאפשר בישול עצמי. לקחת בחשבון שהמיקום הוא במעלה העיר. יש נוף יפה אך מחייב נסיעה של כמה דקות לטיילת.

• Sagit (5/5): Things I wish I had known before - It is big. Kitchen welll eccuipted.it is clean. Need to wait at least 1 hour for the water to heat. While the boiler is on you can not have all air conditioning on. The Vila backyard is not maintained. The street is not well paved, and construction are being done every day. It is hard to get there, so only if you rent a good strong car, you will manage. Tv is old.

• David (10/5): Excellent! - The villa is very close to Ioaninna city center, shopping centers and city exit what made the daily drives very easy. The location is up on the hill what makes it very quiet. Spiros our host was very friendly and always took care for our needs.

• Jeanette (8/5): It was a nice stay that could have been nicer if the above had been taken into consideration. - It was well furnished and clean. There was nothing in the house we could drink or eat. Considering how far it was from any shops it would have been nice to have at least some water in the fridge. There were 3 single serves of butter in the fridge only. There were only 3 coffee capsules for 3 people for 3 days, no long life milk.
